Excellent communication! They returned my call promptly, confirmed the appt. the day before, and called the day of the appt. to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and let me decide when I wanted them to start. They worked quickly and when they were finished the carpets looked great. I highly recommend Scrub Bros.

Joe showed up on time, and was very professional nice and got right to work. Pre-treated and cleaned the rugs and was done within the hour. The rugs looked great. They were clean and smelled clean. The price he told me was what I paid...no mumbo jumbo. Did not try to sell me extra things. These guys just come and CLEAN. I will be calling them again. This was the first time I've ever had my carpets done professionally, I usually try and do it myself. never again. I'll be calling scrub bros.

This carpet cleaning company is the best, friendliest, most professional carpet cleaning company I have ever used. I have been having my carpets and furniture professionally cleaned at least once a year (and sometimes more) for over 30 years. Needless to say I have used many different companies in that time. Scrub Bros is the best!!! They arrive on time, efficiently and completely clean your carpets and furniture and don't charge a penny more than they quoted. After they cleaned my carpets I was so impressed I contacted them to have them clean my daughter's carpets and upholstery. She was 9 months pregnant at the time and I treated her and her husband to a two day get-away and in that time, as a surprise, I planned to clean her house and have all the carpets, area rugs and upholstery cleaned. I was working within a tight timetable to get all that done before she and her husband returned home. I set up an appointment with Scrub Bros but I got mixed up on the time and they arrived before I was at her house. Because they had other commitments they couldn't stay to clean her carpets and upholstery and I was really kicking myself that I had messed up and my daughter would come home to a clean house but with the furniture and carpets not clean. Anyway Scrub Bros came to my rescue and agreed to come early the following day and do all the cleaning. They did and her house wound up looking wonderful! I was so grateful for them being so accommodating. So if you want a fair price, great work and super nice people call Scrub Bros!

Excellent customer service and the detail to the job was awesome!! I will use again!! I have used about 5 others in the area and I will only use Scrub Brothers again!! He was on time and very efficient. I was very pleased.

They cleaned 3 bedrooms that hadn't been cleaned for several years. We were very happy with the results. They arrived on time, cleaned quickly (took less than one hour) and were professional throughout the process. We will call them the next time for carpet cleaning!

This is our first experience with Joe, and we're truly glad we did. Very professional and courteous, and efficient. We have quite a large place, with lots of carpeting including a long flight of stairs - but very quickly done. What I especially like - besides the friendly and personal service - was the process they use for carpet cleaning. In the past, other cleaners have really soaked down our carpets, and takes a very long time to dry. The process that Scrub Brothers uses works very well, but the carpets dried in half the time compared to other companies. Because of the less water, no big problems seen around furniture, etc. We'll definitely go to them again.

They called ahead and let us know when they would arrive. They were here exactly at that time. They introduced themselves and we took a quick tour of the five rooms we wanted cleaned. They briefly explained the process and what to expect, and got right to work. One hour later they were done. They answered questions about the process and when we could put items back on the carpet. The carpet looks great and the price was very reasonable. We used the Angie List coupon.

These guys showed up ahead of schedule & cleaned all of the carpet in my very large house in about 1 1/2 hrs. They were thoughtful, professional & got the job done quickly! I will have them out again and definitely recommend them! Happy customer! : )

My wife and I have tried a number of carpet cleaners (several on Angie's List as an "A". Since this was the first time we have utilized Angie's List, we decided to go with a new carpet cleaner that had warrented previous "A's". Scrub Bros was by far the best carpet cleaners we have found. Punctual, professional, and courteous, they did an outstanding job. While it took a little while for the carpet to fully dry out, there is no film and all the "pet spots"were removed. It is too bad that there is not an A+ on Angie's List, as Scrub Bros deserve it. Definitely going to use them again.

We have several rentals in the area and have used Scrub Brothers many times. Every time they have been punctual, professional and done a tremendous job. That is why we continue to use their services!

They did a beautiful job and did everything I asked them to do at half the price they quoted.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, CLEANED FIVE ROOMS IN 40 MINUTES, VERY PROFESSIONAL. TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A DISCOUNT COUPON WITH ANGIE'S LIST WHICH I HAD MISSED--THAT GAVE ME $45 OFF THE REGULAR PRICE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO TELL ME ABOUT IT SINCE I MISSED IT, BUT THAT JUST SHOWS THEIR FAIRNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM. I PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN.

It went perfectly! They removed everything that was removable, cleaned well, took pillows and cushions outside to air out, and deodorized everything. The people were polite and informative. It will take a second cleaning (as they told me in the beginning) to get all the smell out, using a second kind of deodorizer, and we'll certainly have them back to do that.

How'd it go? Perfectly! Joe said that he'd do the job for less -- ( because we had only 3 rooms?) -- but went up a bit over the coupon because we also wanted Scotch Guard (or equilivant). They were polite and unbelievably quick. The rugs were dry within about 6 hours, and not a spot on them.

They had come in my home on time, and it was completely finished within a few hours. They had removed stains on the carpet that I could not. Would use this company again. The price they had charged was fair. I have a 3 thousand square foot home with wall to wall carpet. They had also cleaned all the tile counters in the home. Very good job.

Arrived on time. Went right to work after we showed them the scope of work. Finished in a out 45 minutes. Job well done!!

They arrived on time, cleaned the entire condo and were through within 30 minutes and my carpets have never looked better. They were very professional and courteous and I will definitely use them again.

The Scrub Bros are the best carpet cleaners I've had in 30 years!!! (Yes, my carpets are 30 years old.) I have my carpets cleaned every 3-6 months, so I've tried everyone out there. My appointment was for 1pm but they called at 11:30am and said that they could come earlier. That was fine by me, but my grandson hadn't been by to carry out the rest of the furniture yet. They came at 12:00 and helped carry out the last of the remaining furniture (wow!) and by 12:30 they had finished cleaning! I have medium sized rooms and they cleaned all 4 rooms I asked for, two pantries, the Foyer and an area rug. I just about passed out when they said it would only be $140. And all that was impressive, but the carpet. OH, the carpet! They got out every spot (even spots that other cleaners said couldn't be removed.) It took about 8 hours to fully dry and it is just so soft and fresh (not that awful crisp crunchy carpet left by Chem Dry). It's 2 days later. NO spots have reappeared. I took a bunch of business cards and am going to be passing them out to my friends. I love these guys!

Joe showed up on time and got right to work. My carpet was white, however I had two teenage girls living here and both worked at a fast food business so my carpet looked kind of dark white in places as well as black in others. The hall was worse, it was so dirty with black spots. Joe was in and out in less then a hour. Joe also told me that white carpet has a habit of having some of the dark spots return and for me to call him if they did. Only two spots came back. The hallway looked OK, however when Joe came back to re-do the two spots he also re-did the hallway also at no cost to me. I have my white carpet back thanks to Joe and his son.

Showed up right on time and you can tell he knows what he's doing. The best cleaner I've used!

After having Above the Rest Carpet Cleaning come to my son's residence which turned out to be a complete disaster, I called Joe at Scrub Brothers to come and re-clean the carpet. In all my years of hiring carpet cleaners, I have NEVER had such a great professional job done. This company is extremely reputable and back everything they say. There are no hidden charges and they are up-front and very honest. I will never take a chance on any other carpet cleaner other than Scrub Brothers. When you hire them, you know you are getting a dependable, honest, and highly professional company.

We had not had our capets cleaned since moving here over 7 years a go. We first needed to have the carpet streached and Scrub Bros. provided an excellent referral for that activity. Joe showed up the next week to clean and did an outstanding job. We had some wicking of stains a few days after he completed the work and he promptly returned to treat the spots. Very impressed considering the number of years we neglected the carpet and will be using Scrub Bros for all future carpet maintenance needs.

Joe was prompt, professional and the carpet looked great when he was finished. His free bottle of spot cleaner has been extremely helpful and easy to use. I will be calling him again.
