Scrub bros were quick and clean. I definitely recommend them.

Beautiful. Pierre called to tell me that he was running a little early and would that be OK with me. I said yes and he got here about 20 minutes before our scheduled time. In less than an hour he had pre-treated our living room, dining room and family room. Steamed all areas and was finished with a terrific job. I couldn't recommend him any higher. Thanks for great and professional work.

Pierre was very professional & polite, which is important to me. He was very honest, telling me the sharpee pen stains from my dog on a substantial are of my carpet probably could not be removed. I asked him to come anyway to try. He did an amazing job, using specai treatments & the stains did go away until we walked on them for a few months, then they appeared again. I have confidence that I hired the best (at least I tried before getting new flooring!). I would definitely hire them again. He was very reasonably priced.

I can't say enough how grateful I am for Pierre at Scrub Bros Carpet Cleaning! When I told him about my stains (black sharpie pens chewed up by my dog, then my scrubbing it spreading the stains out) he cautioned that he probably could not remove them. I pretty much was resolved to get new flooring, but I asked him to try. Wow!! The stains came out with his great cleaners. He said he would come back out to try another cleaner if any stains came back over time. I am very happy. He saved me thousands! The price was extremely reasonable. He was very professional & kind, which I always appreciate.

Scrub Bros came out yesterday and cleaned my sectional and carpets. They got out stains that two other carpet companies said "couldn't be done." I am very pleased with their work. They were professional, friendly and got the work done quickly. I would definitely use them again and I have referred them to my friends and family.

I would like to change my previous review where I said this company was unresponsive after the initial email. Pierre, from the company, called me soon after that review and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. I believe it was a mutual misunderstanding. He scheduled an appointment within 5 days. He was very courteous and professional.

I received an answer when I first asked about whether of not they also did area rugs, which they do not. I was told, though, that they had a good referral for area rugs. I then let them know what I needed done, without the area rugs, and asked if they would be able to come to Incline to perform that work. It's been almost a week, with another email from me checking to make sure they received my request, and I have not heard again from them. If they did not wish to come to Incline, why not just tell me so? After the response from the company, I sent two more emails and heard nothing more for almost a week. Later, when I was called by Pierre, he explained that he preferred that customers call him. He thought he had put that in the email, which he had not. I thought the email correspondence would continue. We both misunderstood. Pierre apologized, as did I. He explained his fees. We set up an appointment. I later cancelled the appointment, explaining to him, that we had decided to replace the carpet and the chairs, instead of having them cleaned.

Very well done and quickly as well. Very impressed.

They had a chemical that they were out of to get a stain out of my carpet. They stain is still there.

They cleaned my carpet, upholstery on my dining chairs and the kitchen tile grout. Everything was beautifully done. They even got out a large stain (blood) that I thought would never come out. They were right on time and work efficiently and very professionally. I won't call anyone else in the future. I have found the best.
