Scrub Brothers Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

They were able to get several stains out of our carpets and did it without me having to direct them. The service man was running late and called to let me know. Did a great job.

My two dogs got into a fight in our family room (over treats and vet visit) and before they could be separated there was blood all over our white carpet. It looked like one of those crime scenes you often see on television. We figured the only solution would be to replace the carpet. I called Scrub Bros and Pierre, the owner thought he might be able to clean the carpet. When he arrived and looked at the carpet he said ?this one is going to be tough?. He went to work and after he had finished, the carpet looked great. However, Pierre told us the stains might come back and to call him if they did return. As the carpet dried, the stains did return, but not with the same intensity. Pierre returned a couple of days later and treated the stains again and 99% of stains were gone. Pierre returned a third time to treat remaining stains. We now have a carpet that is 100% white. Pierre never complained about the extra service trips. He was a pleasant person to work with and I will recommend Scrub Bros 110%. They will be our carpet cleaners from now on. One thing that saved us was that we didn?t try to remove stains prior to calling Scrub Bros. That could have ?set? the stains.

First of all...selected this company as they were #1 on Angies with excellent ratings. From start to finish it took approx. 35 minutes or a bit less....1 storey house. No stains to attack. We have 2 cats but vacuum very frequently. Kept furniture off carpeting overnight as drying took longer than we expected although we could walk on it if necessary. Drying time longer probably because of time of year and we can't open windows, although we set our furnace higher than usual and kept fan on for a # of hours. Day later...carpet looks good and we would definitely use them again. Also...Joe I believe it was...gave us a bottle of carpet stain cleaner and hints on how to use it. We are happy with the experience.

Fantastic, he was able to come a little early but called first, I thought that was great, sometimes an early arrival is not good, it worked for me this day. Pierre knows what he is doing, he is polite and personable. I will use him in the future.

He was scheduled Thursday afternoon. Pierre called today (Wednesday) to see if it would be convienient if he came over today at 3pm. It was and the work was done professionally.

Joe arrived right on time. He was very professional, answered our questions fully and and was completely finished in one hour. We still can't believe how nice our carpets look. This is so much more convenient than renting a machine or using our Kirby and hoping for the best. We will certainly call on the Scrub Brothers again and have already recommended them to our friends and neighbors.

Joe was extremely professional, on time and efficient. We have used other carpet cleaners and done it ourselves, and Scrub Brother's delivered the best results. He pre treated pet stains and got up all the spots. We will definitely call Joe in the future and will recommend him to family and friends. We used the coupon but got the pet stains pre treated.

Joe was polite and professional, discussing with me all of the pros and cons for stain removal and work in our home. He listened to what I wanted and was respectful. He never once tried to push a service on me that I didn't want and he did make sensible recommendations. He did an outstanding job - it feels wonderful to have my son's trail of spilled apple juice gone! I will definitely use him again.

They cleaned quickly and well a pet stain on my stairs. Very responsive and nice to work with.

He treated the stains and gave us a full explanation of how the spot remover worked. He explained the differences in our two types of carpet. He simply did a great job?we will recommend and use them again!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent and I was very impressed. Some of the areas were kind of dirty. It was a new carpet that was 2 years old. He said I need to do it every year which I will do. He got it clean and it smelled nice. I will use them again next year.

My carpets had not been cleaned for over a year and a half . Pierre came in and cleaned them to where they looked almost brand new again. He was a few minutes late, but called to inform me of his tardiness well in advance of his arrival. He removed stains from two dogs, a cat and my son's greasy boots; not to mention a huge stain from a broken water heater. He was very professional, did the job quickly, and was much less expensive than most all of the previous carpet cleaners I have used in the past. I would truly recommend Scrub Brothers to anyone and will be contacting them again in the fall.

My phone message requesting the service was returned quickly. When he realized he was running late on the previous job he called to inform me and arrived at his adjusted time. He cleaned the entire house (1500 sq ft) in an hour and gave me the Angie's list discount even though I forgot to print out the coupon. No fuss, no muss.

Joe called ahead saying that he was ahead of schedule and could he come. He arrived and went right to work. He did the great room (considered 2 rooms), the hall and master bath area for a discounted $105.00. He took about and hour and a half. He worked with me on heavy furniture that needed to be moved. I was able to walk on the carpet right away. He advised moving the rest of the furniture back in the next morning. The result was excellent. I would use them again.
