Pierre is so awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough - he always does a great job. I am always appreciative that my carpets are clean but not soaking wet for days. The cleaner he uses makes my house smell so clean when he is finished. I had a day where my dog was getting sick in the guest room and I didn't realize what was going on for several hours. I called Pierre and he arranged things to be at my house within two hours. He cleaned it all up and told me if the stains came back, they didn't, to call and he would come treat them again free of charge.

I am familiar with Scrub Bros.. Have used them for several years. Pierre was punctual, as always, did a good job and was done in no time.

Had a leak in the bathroom that soaked my carpets. He came out and brought out vents to dry it out and clean it. He even pat down the carpet, he did everything. The man who came out was very nice.

Excellent service. Was on time and got right to work. Very knowledgeable about carpet types and expected wear. Carpet looks very good after cleaning and we had pet stains. Some areas were dry within 8 hours, but we didn't put furniture back until the next morning.

Went well. They provider and his worker (father and son) came and quickly cleaned all the carpets. They carpets looked great, and they were in and out in about 1 hour. I had waited about 3 months after purchasing the deal on Angie's list to use it and they still honored it and were able to do the work on a Saturday. I would use them again.

They arrived ahead of schedule, worked their butts off and did a fantastic job. There were a few stains on the carpet in one of the rooms, and they were able to get all of them out. Very professional and friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had company coming in on Wednesday 5-27 late, so I started cleaning on Saturday 5-23. My vacuum ingested something hard and self-destructed. Sunday all repair shops were closed. Monday was Memorial Day and all the repair shops were still closed. By this time I was worried that I might not get it repaired in time to clean the carpets before my company showed up. So Tuesday morning I started calling Carpet Cleaning companies. Scrub Brothers was the first to return my call. I explained my problem and told him the approximate size of the job (I estimated 430 sq. ft.) and he quoted between $100 and $125. He then said he would check his schedule and call me back. He called back about 45 minutes later and said he could make it the next day between 3 and 4 PM. I moved all the movable furniture out of the living room and dining room. The next day (Wednesday) he called at about 3:50 PM and said he would be here in 10 minutes. He was, he did the job and was gone by a little after 5 PM. The carpets and couch came out better than I thought they would and the total cost was $95. Needless to say I was very pleased by the fast service and good results. I will definitely use them again when necessary.

Excellent service. Was a few minutes late, but called us to inform. worked hard to clean 4 bedrooms and a family room that had not been cleaned in a while. Service was prompt and the results were excellent. I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used this service and I am once again delighted with the quality of the work. The price was very reasonable for all the carpet in a two-story home, Pierre is very pleasant, professional, and courteous. I asked him to postpone our original appointment because I was house-sitting a dog and wanted to clean the carpets afterwards, and he was very flexible and accommodating. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Pierre arrived as planned (8am) and after a discussion proceeded to shampoo the entire house and was finished in two hours. Everything small and loose was picked up and put into a different areas as he said he would only go around objects rather than move them. I was very pleased with is personality and punctuality as well as the rug cleaning which was professional, thorough and he accepted Angie's list coupon offer. I will be happy to have Pierre return and continue to shampoo rugs on a continual basis.
