Great job, nice people

This was the second time we've had Scrub Bros (Pierre/Joe) here and both times we were very impressed with the outcome. He's always on time, friendly, yet very professional. Our carpets have seen better days and should really be replaced, but every time we have Scrub Bros here, we know we can hold off for at least another 6 months. We will most certainly keep using Scrub Bros in the future!

The owner came on time. Had the equipment ready quickly, he explained what he would do regarding moving the furniture and odors etc. Very professional. I really liked him. Money well spent, very fair and honest.

Called him on Monday for a quote and he scheduled me for 2 days later. Was very prompt and efficient! Super nice guy too. Overall took about an hour. And the floors are nice and soft with no more stains!

We had a coupon from Angie's list for 5 rooms cleaned for $105. The areas we had cleaned were 3 rather large bedrooms, our stairs and the hallway/landing area above the stairs that opened up to the bedrooms. I know normally carpet cleaners charge extra for stairs and we were prepared to pay extra for them, I have also head that if you have medium to large sized rooms carpet cleaning companies will count them as 2 rooms. Well that was not the case for Scrub Brothers! They were very fair in the price and he didn't charge extra for the stair because we only had 4 rooms to clean so he said he would include it in the price of the coupon! His reasoning was 4 rooms plus stairs = 5 rooms. This was great to hear as I have heard of so many other carpet cleaning companies that keep adding on charges for everything and the cost can sometimes double or triple what you were quoted. He did a great job with the carpets also and he left us a bottle of spot treatment to use in case we have something happens between now and our next cleaning. We will be using them again for sure.

Used Scrub Brothers for a rental house. When I called, they were very friendly and fit me into their schedule with no problem. On the day of cleaning they were very punctual and finished the job very quickly. The carpets looked beautiful! I will definitely be using Scrub Brothers again in the future.

Great! This is a top notch company. After the carpets dried, we noticed cat urine odor from the previous tenants and I called Scrub Bros back to see if they could help. They came back the next day and treated the problem areas (about 6 spots) with a heavy duty deodorizer that seems to have worked. They did not charge anything to do this. Now that's SERVICE! I will hire them again.

Pierre showed up on time and immediately went to work. He was able to help in moving some heavy furniture which I was not able to and was happy do to so. He worked really hard and did a fantastic job. We were so impressed with his work that we asked for an estimate to clean our tile grout and had him come back a day later to clean the grout....great job!

I liked him. He came in on time; that is a plus and helped with everything. He did a great job and also cleaned up his mess. His price was good too.

AMAZING. I would highly tell all my friends and relatives about this company. My carpet looks brand new and feels even better. I was giving a quote over the phone and came in under price and budget as well. I will most definately use this service in the future

The crew was very personable and did a good job. I found, however, that I prefer Oxyclean. The difference is that the carpet was damper and then just a bit stiff when dry after Scrub Brothers. So, if prices were about the same, I would probably use Oxyclean. If the Scrub Brothers' price was quite a bit lower, I would feel fine about using them again.

The original call went well, Joe called me back a few hours after I left a voicemail and was professional. Then, there were several back-and-forth calls a few days before and on the same day as he was scheduled to come, asking to switch times. That was fine for me, but for other people it might not have been. Originally, we scheduled for 2:30. Then, he called back and asked to do 1:00, a few days before. Then, that morning, he called and asked if he could come earlier. I said 11:30 would work, and he agreed but didn't show up until 12. He did call to say he'd go stuck in construction traffic, though. Overall, they did a pretty good job cleaning both the carpets and ducts. I have never had any other company do it, so I can't really compare them to other experiences, but the questions and comments Joe made implied that he knew what he was doing. His adult son worked with him, and they were both polite and pleasant. I was a little disappointed that they didn't move anything beyond what we had moved ourselves. There wasn't much left in the way but the couch, dining room table and bed, but they didn't move any of those. They also didn't use wall corner protectors, so our beige painted corners now have quite a few grey scratches on them. Joe showed me the ball of stuff they had gotten from the vents and carpet after they were done, so it was nice to see what I'd gotten for my money. I vacuumed after they left and my canister went from completely empty to overflowing, which I guess means they got up a lot of stuff that had been ground into the carpet, but didn't get picked up by the cleaners themselves. Overall, I'm satisfied, although I think with a few small adjustments it would have been a much better experience and I could have given a glowing review.

It’s just a small company and a man and his son runs it. They are very responsive and they would bend over backwards to get out and do the work for you. They did a very good job and their prices are extremely reasonable.

The appointment was set earlier in the week for a certain time, but they managed to come earlier. They were quick and effficient without leaving the carpet soggy. Stains and dirt were effectively removed and they were done in about an hour.

The white carpet showed the traffic patterns throughout the house. It looked dingy and gray. They came exactly on time and got the carpet back to almost looking new. They were very courteous and professional, and most importantly, didn't pressure us to add on services we didn't need like many carpet cleaning companies do once they get to your house.

No problems. They did the landing and stairs without nickel/diming me for extras.
