They did a pretty good job. It was hard to communicate with them because they didn't speak English, but they did haul away the debris.

Very prompt and professional. Had them in one time when we got behind and decided to hire them regularly.

Their bid was too high. They were higher than anybody else. My overall experience with them was fine! The only thing negative was just their prices were too high, and they weren't flexible on the days that they could do service.

The price was excellent..all employees are very courteous. They are prompt and due all work in a timely manner. We have used this company many times over the years, for yard clean-up, trimming etc. We have always been very happy with their price & service. Highly recommend

Work was completed on time and at estimate.

I made an appointment with the receptionist for 5:15PM on Friday, May 11. I explained that I get off work at 5:00pm and would be home at 5:15pm. She said ok. On the day of the appointment I waited until 6:00pm and he was still a no show. I called the office which was closed so I called the cell number for them that is listed on Angieslist and got voicemail. He called me back within a few minutes and said she told him that I said I'm available after 5:00, which he took as ANYTIME after 5:00. He said that he was on the other side of town doing estimates but he should be there by 8:00pm. I thought 8:00pm was pretty late to be doing estimates but I said ok I'll be waiting. He still didn't show up and didn't call. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and called the next Monday and explained to the receptionist that he was a no-call, no-show for the appointment. She appologized and said she would call him and call me back to see if he was available to do it that day. I never received a call back. Apparently this company has no respect for someone's time and doesn't understand customer service. I wasted my Friday night waiting around for them and my wife and I had to cancel plans that we made. It must be nice to have so much business that they blow off potential customers.

I've been using Mayan Lawn for about 7 years now. On the rare occasion something's not done to my satisfaction, Robert makes sure to fix it and make it right.

Mayan Lawn is a local company and Robert is a great guy, explains everything, and told me if I had any problems to call him and he would be right there.

She comes out when I call her. I plan to use her again this winter.

Had a problem with a paving contractor not showing up so he did a day or two later and looked at the job and took measurements but never submitted an estimate.

They were a no-call, no-show on day scheduled. After I called the office, they apoligized and came out the next day. I felt that their prices for the work were a little on the high side (they said they gave me $130.00 in discounts), but they did do good work.

The manager made an initial visit to look over the property and was quite thorough and helpful in pointing out the best sprinkler times for the lawn and marked all of the leaks as well as noting several trees that he would remove. The workers came and completed the work later that week and found the bothersome leak that I was initially concerned about and repaired other leaks. The work is done on a time basis and the time it took was twice what was estimated initially, but my lawn looks much better now.

Very well done. I have used them when I was away and needed to have the lawn cut etc. Very reliable.
