I called looking for someone to come help level the ground and lay pavers for a shed. The owner came out personally and I was very impressed; he said they would be able to help me out and get My Job done in a week/week and a half. I paid him CASH for the estimate/fee for him Come out (which he told me would speed up the process, rather than having to schedule it to pay with a card). Then he never called me back. Ever. I reached out. He never texted, called, or Emailed me back. I never received a quote. I just never heard from him. He took my cash and couldn’t even both to call back to tell me he didn’t want to do it. He clearly had no intention of taking on our project, just wanted some free cash.

They answered the phone. They said they would check their availability in my area and Never called back.

In 2018 I asked Mayan Lawn to give me an estimate for landscape repairs, they never gave me an estimate. In 2019 I tried again still no estimate. They have done clean up and sprinkler repair and did a good job. If they didn't want the work they should have said so.

An appointment was made for the following week. A specific one-hour timeframe was given, and I was assured that I'd be called when the guy was on his way. Fast-forward to the following week, I call to confirm the estimate appointment. Everything is a go. No call. No show. Totally unprofessional.

Very professional and very informative as to what issues yard had. Very prompt in making sure yard was functioning properly.

Firm was too busy to quote - waited for more than 2 weeks, then finally gave up and cancelled the effort.

I am not sure what happened - they didn't show up and didn't call so I will give them one chance and that will be it. I really needed some help and didn't call anyone else - I am only in town for a couple days and not sure what happened.

Always show up in a timely manner leaving the lawn looking great. Fantastic communication and customer service.

Everything went very smoothly. From the emailed estimate to the scheduling, Mayan kept me informed. The owner, Robert, actually performed the service. He gave me a call when he was on his way and performed the turn on & testing of my system flawlessly. He was very friendly as he showed me what he was doing and explained the process. I was so impressed with the service, that I am in the process of hiring Mayan Lawn & Landscape for another project.

Robert was very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. He came up with a plan to landscape our yard that is both beautiful and functional. He helped me work with 2 HOAs to get the project approved and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were happy. Robert and his crew were ALWAYS there when they said they would be and worked very hard and efficiently. Robert checked on the crew every day they were on site to make sure they were doing exactly what was called for in the landscape plan. He also made sure he answered all our questions and was very patient when my wife and made numerous changes to the plan

Excellent experience. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had several leaks in my system and Robert was able to diagnose them all and give me a plan for fixing them. His workers showed up right on time and finished the work in a timely fashion. Now my system works perfectly with no leaks!

Mario came by the same day I called to evaluate my yard and give me the pricing for their services. He was very professional, helpful and courteous. I signed an annual maintenance agreement and since then they have done an excellent job and my lawn has never looked better. They are always there when they say they will be and work very efficiently.

A beautiful gate and his service was timely. He charged the estimate.

Robert was very detailed and clear with his proposal. He was always easy to contact, patient with my questions and pleasant to work with. We worked on the design and options together . This job took eight days with two workers. Robert met with them daily and gave detailed instructions. The workers were on time and worked carefully to get it right. I am so pleased.

It took Robert about two weeks to get me the initial estimate, which was over my budget. I sent the quote with some adjustments and it took about a week for anyone to get back with me and even then I had to call and email. I was told the quote would be adjusted and sent back. I told them once I had reviewed the revised quote I would have no problem paying the down payment the same day I received the quote and reviewed. After a week of waiting for the revision, I once again called -- no pickup -- and emailed. This time I only got an email stating, "He will do it today..." That was the last I heard from Mayan. Needless to say, I was p***** at the lack of response and the general disrespect towards a potential customer. If my project wasn't large enough budget-wise a simple "no thanks" would've been fine. Instead I lost the entire month of May waiting for nothing. I even turned down another estimate from another landscaper and cancelled an appointment from a third company to do a quote. Since this is the busy time of year for landscapers and I've had to start the whole process over, I don't hold out much hope for getting anything done prior to mid-July, if I'm lucky. Thanks for nothing Mayan!

Service was as expected. They showed up, confirmed the work to be done. Clean up was great.

We were out of town and heard about our fence being knocked down by the wind. We called Robert as we had done business with him last summer/fall. We called on Friday, drove home on the weekend, met with Robert first thing on Monday morning. He gave us an estimate, secured the area with plastic fence, and the work started yesterday (Thursday) to be completed on Monday. He knew our situation and was responsive, helpful, professional, and just awesome! His crew is the best!

Our yard needed a makeover. Robert came out to give us an estimate and had some great ideas as to how we could improve the looks of our property. He really knows his business. He gave us a couple of options and prices and when we agreed on what we needed/wanted, he scheduled us in his queue! We had only about a two week wait for his schedule to accommodate us. Our back yard flagstones had been lain down by us (the owners who have no knowledge of how to do it correctly) 20 years ago and had become a safety hazard as the flagstones and sand shifted and created an uneven walkway and patio area. Robert and his crew, picked up the old stones, put in more sand and re-leveled the surface, replaced the flagstone and sealed it with a special grout sand - they way it should have been done in the first place. In the front we had recently had a tree removed and there were roots and stumps in the center of the yard. They pulled them out, leveled the front yard, and installed some artificial turf. The work was done as promised, when promised, and in a professional and knowledgeable manner. These guys were great! It was a lot of hard, hard work and they did it well.
