Work was never done.
Description of Work: I posted a review complaining about charging my credit card up front for a job that was to be performed in September and also being charged a fee for cancelling the contract. Ben the owner called to today 8-11-14 and apologized for the mishap and promptly refunded the $14.00 cancellation fee. He was very kind, prompt and considerate in solving this complaint. I will definitely call them when I decide to have my hardwood floors redone. Gary and Donna Becker
