I cannot say enough great things about this company. Ben's customer service was off the charts. He contacts you a couple of days before the job, the morning of and at the end to make sure everything went well. I was beyond impressed with the guys and how hard they worked! They were extra careful with some of my more expensive items and nothing was damaged in the end. We ended up using them for an additional hour to finish clearing out our large storage unit. The guys were incredibly friendly and such hard workers. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to all. They saved mine and my husband's back with all of the heavy items they carried, and they were a joy to work with!!

I'm not the easiest of clients to satisfy. That said, these guys were fantastic. They worked hard and carefully, loading the trailer high and tight. They managed to get all of our stuff into this trailer with the exception of a couple deck chairs that we gave to a friend. I could not believe that they would be able to get everything into this trailer. Junior was the lead guy with two helpers. He was terrific as were his helpers.They never stopped except for two 10 minute breaks (which they deducted from the bill!!!). They started around 1 pm and finished up around 7 pm that evening. Ben was the inside guy at the home office. He called me at least three times during the day to make sure that all was going well and to my satisfaction. He was outstanding also. This is a first class, professional operation that I can enthusiastically recommend to all.

Everything was executed really well, our crew was friendly & so helpful, and Ben would call and check in periodically to make sure all was well and we were happy. It was a long 12 hour day but at the end, we were sorry to see them go! That's why i just got off the phone with Ben this morning to schedule part "B" of the move. I'm actually looking forward to it!!

I was very anxious about the move from a first floor apartment to a third floor unit. I checked Angie's List for movers and started calling down the list. The first person I reached at a different mover had horrible customer service skills and it seemed like he didn't want my business since I was moving to the third floor and gave me an outrageous estimate for the cost of my move. That is when I called Loading Helpers. I have to say that Ben Pierce has wonderful customer service skills. He was very kind and accommodating. Knowing that not everyone has had to hire a mover in the past, he asks all the right questions to make sure he can fill your needs. I was very happy with my decision to hire Loading Helpers because of my interaction with Ben on the phone. Ben continued his excellent customer service by calling me to confirm my appointment the day before. He confirmed once again all of the specifics of out move. He eased my anxiety by letting me know that he was sending his manager to my job as part of the 3 man team. He called me again the next morning to let me know when the team would be arriving. When the team arrived they were very professional and went straight to work. They packed up my furniture and boxes in record time, utilizing all the space in my UHaul. The move up to the third floor was grueling work but these gentleman took it all in stride and finished in the exact time agreed upon. When the team had finished up I spoke with Ben again. Ben asked if I was satisfied with the job and if I would be needing more assistance. I am very happy to say that I was very satisfied with Loading Helpers from my initial phone call to when they left the job and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of loading help. The closing of my former home changed by a day, so I had to scramble and find replacement movers. Ben Pierce was extremely responsive, both before, during, and after the move to ensure I knew the status of times, number of men, etc. I was assigned four men to start, but two more came to help late in the day. The only thing to remember is that Loading Helpers doesn't own their own trucks. You have to rent a UHaul and drive it back and forth. Keep that in mind.

I was very pleased with the service. Great care was taken with the furniture both when loading and unloading. The team was punctual, responsible, and a pleasure to work with.

We made contact with Ben Pearce who's company we found on Angie's List. We pre-arranged each appointment a few days in advance as our exact moving dates firmed up. He sent a team of two men each time, and they arrived on time on each designated day. They worked with great speed and efficiency, and each time were able to completely unload the fully packed 20' trailer. They never sacrificed handling care for speed, however, and we had no breakage whatsoever. Ben stayed in close contact with his team, and made sure we were satisfied at the end of each unload. We were very happy with the work performed and give Loading Helpers an unconditional recommendation.

The move went beautifully! We had lived in our home for over 30 years and we were downsizing to a home about 40 miles away. Ben at Loading Helpers was extremely helpful in suggesting the size of the van and types of materials we would need for the move. He referred me to a van rental company that gave us a 20% discount. He assured me I could call him any time with questions--and I did! I had to reschedule the move a couple of times and he was always very helpful and accommodating. On moving day two of his assistants arrived right on time as scheduled and went right to work. They finished loading a large van in just a couple of hours and were cheerful and helpful during the whole process. They followed the van to our new home and quickly unloaded each item with no breakage or damage. I highly recommend this company.

It was great. Everyone arrived a bit early. I had hired them only to move the fireplace insert, but since there was a three-hour minimum, they also helped me install a security door. I was really glad they did so, since the door would have been a major pain to install by myself.

The movers showed up on time and did an excellent job. I am in the military and move a good amount, these were easily the most professional and efficient movers I have ever used. The job they did was incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future, and could not thank them enough. The manager called me 3x's throughout the day to make sure that I was satisfied with the service that was being provided. In addition to the service provided, the company was able to recommend an add that allowed me to purchase moving blankets at a significantly discounted price. Simply put this is the best moving company I have ever used, and I give my highest possible recommendation to anyone considering them.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and took great care of my things. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. These guys not only have brute strength, but brains as well! Completely polite and respectful and genuinely concerned in handling all my goods with care. My daughter and I were amazed at their efficient handling and got to dubbing them Hercules and Thor. They were delightful. But they were fast too! I sure didn't think they could get it all done in the time they projected, but they did. And the cost was exactly as estimated; no hidden charges. I moved into a completely renovated unit and later inspection revealed that there were absolutely no scratches nor damage to corners, doors, etc. These guys are true professionals. Of the many moves I've done (3 in the last 18 months; one coast-to-coast), this is the very best move I've ever had. You could not do better than to call Loading Helpers.

TWO THUMBS UP!!!! I contacted Loading Helpers to do my move yet Lavish Concierge contacted me for the move. It turns out they are owned by the same people. I was a little hesitant to use them because of a prior bad review; but it was only one bad review out of hundreds of moves and since my contact was very personable I decided to give them a "shot". They were able to accommodate me on very short notice which was definitely a plus. The two men that came out on Friday morning, Dan and Jr. were prompt, accommodating, competent and also very personable. It was a small "in house" move, basement to main floor, but the items were large, heavy and cumbersome. This group defiinitely knew what they were doing and moved everything without incident. I would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to a friend. Thank you guys!!! (Sorry it took so long for me to give you the cudos you deserved.)

I started calling other moving companies at 4 p.m. on Friday when the other mover cancelled. Since summer is a very busy moving time and people have scheduled weeks in advance, I felt like the companies I called were laughing at me and saying, "You want it when?!!" Then I remembered Angie's List! I saw that Loading Helpers specialized in emergency moves and so I called them right away. They got back to me in a few minutes and Ben Pierce set up a time to move us on Monday (the exterminators were coming on Tuesday). They called a day ahead to verify the time and address and came early on the moving day. Ben and his helper did an outstanding job and actually relieved a great deal of our stress with their professionalism, steady work and sense of humor. They were very careful with all of our belongings and nothing was damaged. We are senior citizens, so we can no longer lift heavy weights. They saved us from incurring any physical problems. Another thing that I would like to complement them on is how really helpful they are no matter what the job. They moved some kitchen cabinets for our remodel out of the garage and upstairs where they will be installed. We also had over 75 plastic containers (totes) full to the top that needed to be moved away from the garage walls and into a storage container in the back yard. There were also miscellaneous things that you usually find in a garage including a boat motor, refrigerator, generator, etc. We had them move a heavy hospital bed that we were donating to the thrift shop into the back of our pickup and they also setup 2 heavy umbrellas on our deck that we couldn't lift. I had anticipated that the job would take much longer than it did. They completed the job to our complete satisfaction. They are courteous, friendly, understanding and really hard workers! I would definitely hire them again and I recommend them especially to senior citizens like us who can't do everything that we used to be able to do.

Everything went great. Ben the owner was very courteous and called the day before to confirm the time and place. He also secured a discount on the truck rental for me, Loading Helpers only provides the labor, you provide the truck. Both my helpers, Junior and Augie were hard workers and polite, following all of my instructions and providing good feedback on the items they had more experience with. Would hire again!

It was the hottest weekend of the year with a temp of 106° the day we moved. Junior and his crew, Augie and Charlie, arrived at 8 AM and worked all morning and half way through the afternoon in spite of the oppressive heat. They could not have been nicer or worked any more diligently. They were helpful, friendly and hard-working. The guys were very careful with some unusually heavy furniture that had to go up two sets of stairs. It was a terrible day to be doing such hard work but Junior, Augie and Charlie worked right through the heat and did a great job. We had the usual unexpected obstacles that occur during a move but our guys from Loading Helpers did a wonderful job and just powered through the problems without complaint. They did an excellent job. I'd also like to mention Ben Pierce, the Loading Helpers Regional Manager. Ben was a real pleasure to work with, answering all my questions and never making me feel as though I had asked something that I'm sure he's answered thousands of times already. If he was unavailable when I called, he got back to me literally within two minutes. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Loading Helpers without reservation to anyone needing help with a move. I'm very happy we called them and I would definitely hire them again in the future.

4 Guys helped us move our office furniture. They were very careful with the move and knew how to load a truck very efficiently. Recommend highly.

They arrived prior to the time they said and got to work. They worked consistently the whole time and did a good job thinking thing through. Easy to work with.

I have used Loading Helpers several times for different moves and they always complete the work in the time line I specified. I met with them (Time I used them) and they prevented me from making some basic mistakes in Packing and saved me having to replace items. Their care of my property is second to none... The crew showed up at 9 am and we began to pack a three bedroom house and then divided the contents between a storage unit and our new place... we were finished by 7 pm... Ben Pierce who is the local contact and coordinator for Loading Helpers could not be more accommodating to my timing needs. I can not say enough good things about them. Janos

The estimate was considerably lower than actual, i.e. amount of time, size of the truck needed, manpower needed and cost. The owner and crew showed up on time. The owner left almost immediately. The lead person was not able to keep the crew moving forward and did most of the work himself. The move was to take less than a day. Unfortunately, it took two days. Most pieces suffered damages. The company did the repairs themselves. Additional insurance was not purchased. Scratches were not addressed. The other owner put in an appearance in attempt to help on the second day. The bill was reduced by nearly $150. The movers shared their pay rate from their company with landscapers working at the home second day.
