They came right over, diagnosed the problem, went to the shop and got a new water heater, and replaced it.... all in one afternoon. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Jeff did a terrific job ,did a through job he inspected the furnace inside, checked for carbon monoxide leakage, checked the blower and found and found it was over amping .which could cause later problems and using to much electricy.

Greg did a fine job. He corrected all the work requested to be done in one day. He provided new commode, snaked drains in three Baths R&R Kitchen sink sealed two commodes, Replaced Drain piping In kitchen sink replaced anode in Water Heater,all for a reasonable price.

Over the years of being a home owner and having to deal with contractors the "Benjamin Franklin Plumbing" was a 5 plus star organization. The Sr. Plummer, Jeff Micheal was the person responsible for this rating. His professional technical and customer skills are outstanding. If all BFP Plummers are like Jeff this company is a winner.

The plumber that came out (Keith) was knowledgeable, fast and did quality work. The initial quoted price was way too high, but they honored a lower more appropriate price. Very happy with the work done and the company.
