We had our ducts inspected for a free estimate of cleaning them! The team member was on time and very nice and gave us an obligation free estimate that was a bit over budget for us right now but he gave us tips on how to clean it ourselves and told us to call if we end up wanting to move forward with them! Never pushed a sale on us and was very thorough! We will be working with COIT in the future

I made an appointment for a restaurant concrete cleaning. I was told they work up until 5;00pm. So I made an appointment for a Wednesday, August 30, at 2:00pm. I had to close my business early and get everything prepped for them to come in and clean. This involved moving the whole dining area out of the way. I had no problem closing early. Wednesday rolls around. It's 2:30pm and no one has showed up. I call them and I'm told the appointment had been canceled. They couldn't tell me when or by who. I know I didn't. They also told me that the people who were scheduled for the cleaning had already gone home and wouldn't be able to go back to get it done. They offered to do it a different day with a 10% discount. I'm not willing to close early another day and lose more business because of their mistake. I'm not willing to take more of my time and employees time for them to possibly mess up again. I asked to talk to the manager. He didn't seem bothered by any of it. He offered me the same solution. 10% discount was pretty much a slap in the face and shows how much they cared about the situation. I can 100% guarantee no one from my place called to cancel the appointment. I gave them my cell phone number for all communications. If they couldn't show for the appointment, a simple phone call would have been enough to figure something out. Overall very unprofessional and unreliable. If you have a business I suggest you look elsewhere for cleaning services.
