It went exceptionally well.

The workmen were sloppy, leaving trash all around - empty drink bottles, nails on floor, pens, empty masking tape spools, wads of unused tape. They even threw some tape wads in my flower garden near the front door. They left jagged metal in the wall, cutting a guest in my house. The worst thing was that they taped all my cupboards and kitchen drawers shut, not bothering to ask me (yes, I was home the whole time) if I wanted anything out first. They sealed my phone (a land line) and my security system, and blocked them with the refrigerator, so I had no access for a week.

The men working here in our daughter's house were amazing. Very thorough.

Excellent service. Candy did a superior job on re-hanging the drapes. Everyone on time, clean appearance, & very professional.

The serviceman was very professional, polite and did an excellent job. His name is Keith Baugh. He was also very careful not to scratch the walls which were recently painted.

They were on time, but the woman came in her appearance (and scent) were totally unprofessional. She was giving me bad information as far as how my furnace operates. When she inquired about the location of my furnace, I told her it was in my attic. She said that she'd never heard of that and wanted to look in my garage. After she checked the garage and found it was not there, she said "Oh, I must have been wrong." She did apologize, but at that point I had already decided that I would not do business with them.

They were excellent. I have twelve year old carpets and I have used several services. This is one of the cleanest jobs I've had done. Their scheduling was perfect; they were right on time. It was about $200 less than it cost the time before.
