Purchased 3 hours of cleaning for $70 and scheduled appointment for March 31. Checkmark was very responsive from the initial purchase of the service thru the actual 3 hours of cleaning. The team showed up on time, performed 3 hours of cleaning and did an excellent job! Will use them again!

Duane arrived on time and ready to work. He was quiet, but very professional and after showing him around the house he wasted no time from start to finish. Was very pleased with the quality of work and the attention to detail. Highly recommend!!!

The was the second time Dwayne cleaned our home and while he is a little slow, he is extremely meticulous and works constantly. In addition, he cheerfully listens to our requests as to where things should go after cleaning and readily complies. We were a little surprised that he charged us more for the second round of cleaning, but again he does above average work. We do have one pet peeve, and that is we would prefer a three-week cleaning cycle, but Dwayne says he can only clean our home every two or four weeks.

Does an o.k. job, is getting better the longer we keep him. Has been unprofessional on a couple of occasions making comments to family members when we asked him to do a few things we had previously agreed upon and he did not do. Drove me really crazy at first because he would not put things back where they came from. He is getting better, the longer he works for us. I mean a garbage can in the bathroom, was in my closet. Bathroom rugs are moved to clean the floor and not returned to their proper location, like in another room. But it is getting better. He does a decent job and I don't have to do it myself. Lets be honest, that is at times, worth every penny!

We have a 7000 sq ft home and it is difficult to find a cleaner that pays attention to detail and professionalism. Duane has both. Very happy with his work

I have used every housekeeping service in Reno/Sparks and fired them all. I was giving up when Duwayne was referred to me by a client of mine that used Duwayne. He came over the next day to give me an estimate and took the time to understand and write down what was important to me as far as cleaning goes. Duwayne is by far the best housekeeper I have ever had and thrilled for the referral. Duwayne is always on time, does a spectacular job and is trustworthy. I have no problem at all leaving him in my home while I'm away. I am SUPER picky and difficult to work for. I know this and explained to Duwayne that I expect everything to be clean when I return home. My home looks wonderful when he's done. He takes whatever amount of time needed to ensure nothing is missed. My home is 2800 sq. feet, two stories. I have tons of mirrors that need to be cleaned each visit and always want my wood furniture polished. My home sparkles when he leaves and I can't tell you how nice it is to finally find the right person and be able to come home and smile. Thanks Duwayne for all you do.

Duane is cheerful and professional, right on time, did a great job in the time allotted. I will use his services again. He also made sure I was satisfied with the job and had me check over the work before he left.

Duane was prompt, efficient, thorough and cared about what was important to me. For example he asked me what my priority was for the time allowed. To me it was important to clean the kitchen and the floor. I know that my house needs alot more help, but that was what I needed to feel better about being in my own home. He is a likable person who I felt comfortable having in my home. Thank you.

I have had this housekeeping service on a regular basis since May of 2010 and am very happy with the work performed. I chose not to go into specific details.

Duane was recommended by a friend. I called him Sunday night to get an idea what was involved (I've been ripped off before). He was very pleasant and professional. We made an appointment for him to come over the next day for an estimate. He called ahead and arrived exactly on time. His estimate (which he stuck to) was a great price compared to others I had received in the past. Once I agreed to the price he was able to start Immediately. During his time there I asked him to do a few extra things which he did well and with no complaints or extra charges. He finished on time and like I said before did an excellent job. Duane is very nice to talk to and he is an animal lover. I would and will have Duane come back again. He even said after the initial cleaning the price tends to come down. Yippee!!!!
