We love Dwayne! Always on time, thorough cleaning every time. Best of all, our cats love him (and they don’t like many people!) and Dwayne uses cleaning agents that aren’t heavy chemical/scent to avoid aggravating my asthma and allergies. So happy with this service!

Dwayne has been cleaning my house for several years now. He does an awesome job. He's always on time and is great at communicating with me about needs and ideas. His work is consistently excellent. I never have to double check to make sure something is done right. He's a professional and takes pride in his work.

We are always satisfied when Dwayne cleans our home. He really makes our kitchen and bathrooms sparkle. Dwayne works constantly and he is very thorough. Occasionally, we may ask him to tackle something that is unusual, and if Dwayne does not have a solution based on his experience, he is quick to research the issue on the internet. We may be unlike some people in that we clear off our furniture and counters, which allows Dwayne to clean our home more efficiently and effectively (and which reduces our cost). We believe that we receive great value for the money spent. We highly recommend Dwayne.

I have used Dwayne for over 4 years now and he is always is fast and efficient. He comes, goes directly to work, doesn't take breaks & is able to do everything I need done in 3 hours. If I need anything extra done, he is more than willing to do it. (Other cleaners have needed 4+ hours to do the same work.) His rates are very reasonable for the work he does. I definitely recommend Dwayne!!! PS--Dwayne gets along very well with house pets.

Dwayne has worked for me for almost 2 years. In that time, I have always been completely satisfied with his work. He finds places to clean that other companies have missed. If I have a special cleaning request, he always is happy to do it--like vacuuming the drapes. He is always on time and is very professional. It's nice to have someone working in my home who is proud of the work he does. Dwayne is very thorough and leaves my home looking great. I'm very particular about having my home look good, and Dwayne makes that happen for me.

Dwayne is thorough in his cleaning but he works fast and doesn't take breaks. He is willing to do anything extra or in a specific way that I want it. He has been cleaning my place for almost 2 years now and have had absolutely no problems. Plus, my cat loves his visits as Dwayne is very good with animals and manages to give pets between his cleaning.

Dwayne has been cleaning my home for almost a year. He is always on time ready to get to work. It is so nice to have a professional doing my cleaning. I never have to remind him what needs to be done. He continually assesses the situation and takes care of what needs to be cleaned. When I have had to reschedule or add to the schedule, he has been wonderfully accommodating. We just are able to work together to come up with a solution that works for both of us. My house has never been cleaner. He is very pleasant to be around and a joy to having working on my house. He is a true professional--and I am really picky about how clean I want my house. I would give him higher than a "A" if I could.

Nothing. Even though they are posted on the site, they do not come up to Incline Village NV. Can't remember if $90 was ever refunded.

I wasn't satisfied. They were on time, and they were professional. They were nice and courteous. When I came home, I thought that there would be a lot more cleaned that there was. They probably did one-tenth of the cleaning than I thought. I mentioned it to them but it took forever for them to clean the ceiling fans. I want to basically find out item by item what they will clean before they leave. They sent two people. They were fine.

As usual, did an excellent job....not only is he very thorough, but our bathrooms always sparkle after he has cleaned them.
