Mr Check arrived at my residence at our scheduled appointment time. He presented himself as clean and well prepared to work. I found Dwayne to be focused and diligent while working - no texting or phone calls! Dwayne is fast, although it certainly doesn't reflect in his performance. I am always pleased to use his service and equally pleased to recommend his services.

Dwayne is very professional, courteous, and understanding to my house keeping needs. I am allergic to certain cleaning products, so he's very conscientious of what to use, and the kitchen sparkles!

I found Checkmate with one of his special cleaning offers after I had lost my cleaner due to health reasons. I purchased the 6 hour special price deal offered but Dwayne was able to finish all of the cleaning I needed in 4 hours. I paid him the amount that we had contracted for because I had paid for 6 hours of his time -- if I had only contracted for 4 hours, he might have been able to contract for another customer that day. Much to my surprise in this day and age, he would have none of that and insisted that he owed me 2 hours of cleaning. I finally agreed. His honesty and the way he handles his business is definitely customer friendly. As a result, I am on his regular schedule for cleaning once a month. I schedule for 3 hours and if something takes him a little longer then I will cover his time. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants their house cleaned by someone who likes what they do and is proud of doing a good job. If you need him to do something a little differently, he is very open to change. He said that he works for me and wants to do the job however I want it done. Dwayne is really a keeper!

Dwayne is the most reliable, pleasant and thorough house-cleaning professional I've ever had. He does an excellent job every time. He is a joy to communicate with. My condo is up a flight of stairs with no ample parking. Dwayne always arrives on time, bringing his supplies/equipment (carrying them up the stairs) while arriving with a smile on his face. He is a hard worker and dedicated. He pays close attention to every detail. His rates are very fair & reasonable. I would highly recommend him. Dwayne is without a doubt Reno's top house-cleaning professional and a true master of his trade.

I have been using Dwayne for several months, and I'm very happy with his service. I've used others in the past, and I have found that Dwayne does a far superior job. If it isn't moving, he cleans it. I am very particular about wanting my house clean. My experience with his service is that he just gets my house cleaner. He comes twice a month, and my house is cleaner than the last service I used weekly. If I have a special cleaning request, it is always no problem. A few weeks ago, I asked him to vacuum the drapes in my living---his answer was "no problem". He's always on time and prepared to work. I really appreciate his professionalism.

Cleaning job ok. Things not put back where they were originally. No serious negatives.

Very timely. Was flexible with my need to leave an hour early and reimbursed me for one hour less. Energetic. Used a very acidic smelling cleaning product and said he couldn't smell it. A bit haphazard in the details. What he cleaned was quite clean. Left items in different locations. Turned on light switches until he found the one he needed but didn't turn off the rest of the switches before he left. Seemed very sincere and I wish him luck with his business.

I wanted the house well vacuumed and dusted. OK on the vacuuming, not so good on the dusting as their were serveral surfaces that were not touched. It certainly wasn't worth $130. I have a service on board now that does a bi-weekly job for us at $120 (which we recently upped to that amount from $100 because they do such a great job.

He arrived early to make sure he started on time and worked for 3 hours, as hired. He was very thorough. We were very happy with his work and look forward to hiring him again in the future. We were looking for someone to come in and focus on thoroughly cleaning most of our downstairs so we could focus on the upstairs. The downstairs was very clean and smelled good when he was done. He even took the time to wipe down each chair, including the legs, (they are wood) in the formal dining area. He did a great job cleaning all of the appliances in the kitchen: the inside and outside of the microwave oven, the outside of the fridge, the outside of the dishwasher, and the outside of the stove/oven all looked great. We have no complaints!

They were fine. They came and they were there for three hours. I have no complaints. They did their $69 and that was it. I thought they did a good job. I didn't think it was super outstanding. I thought it was a great deal.

it was the helper who was unprofessional & really didn't know what he was doing! streaks on laminate flooring & when we turned our ceiling fan back on we had dust fly all over our bedroom & bedding. Overall I grade them as a D , do to it seemed they were more concerned about there hours than cleaning the house! =(

He came in a cleaned everything. Told him if it didn't move, to clean or dust it and that is exactly what he did. He even cleaned the top of several tall pieces that had not been cleaned in years. Have already recommended to my friend and she has him coming next week. I think she will be pleased with the quality of the work.

It's no wonder Dwayne is in demand. He is very professional, courteous and kind, and does a great job. He is extremely thorough and easy to communicate with. I am very satisfied and grateful to have found him on Angie's list. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent and reliable house-cleaner.

He got back to me in a very quick manner. We set up a date but then I had to cancel because of illness. I have a very busy life and it took me a while to reschedule. He came on the appointed day and time. We went over the job and he got to work. He did a great job. This is the first time the between my kitchen sink and backsplash has looked like new. He was very polite and friendly.

Overall, things went very smoothly and reasonably priced for my small 2 bedrm condo. In the future, I would just ask to place door mat and bath mat back to their original spots after cleaning. :) Thank you. Cheers, Robyn

Greast communication. On time, they did everything I asked. I prioritized the list and they completed everything in order. This was a rental move out and they did a fantastic job. They were very slow. I expected them to do twice as much work as they did. The work was okay. I wouldn't hire them again.

Th is ht second time Dwayne of Checkmark Cleaning has learned my house. Dwayne is punctual, responsive, and thorough. He does the extras I asked for -- during window blinds for example. My wood floors look great and the shower stall hasn't been this clean in forever! He charges $35 per man-hour and works hard and is focused on making sure you are happy when he leaves. Our house is a 200 sq ft home, one level, mostly hardwood flooring with area carpets, and two adults plus two pets. Took him four hours to leave it sparkling!

He did a really great job. However, he must have hit one of the dials on the gas stove, so by the time I got home I could smell gas before I even got close to the front door. I had to call the fire department.

Dwayne has been cleaning my home for about 3-4 years now. He is very clean, prompt and though. Before I hired him I had tried a few other commercial cleaning services and they were not good at all. Dwayne has gone above and beyond my expectations for cleaning. When I first hired him, my house was pretty neglected, it wasn't flatly, but I work 60-80 hours a week and had no time for dusting, baseboards, etc, and my house was looking dingy. Dwayne and I came up with the idea that he would work on one room at a time every other week, until everything was up to standard, then he began bi-weekly cleaning services. I couldn't be happier, my house looks as good as the day I bought it, and it is so nice to come home and not have to do it myself. I have 4 indoor cats, so it can get pretty messy, but Dwayne makes the cat hair disappear and keeps the light carpet well- light, and he is very mindful of not letting the cats get out of the house. I couldn't recommend a better person for the job, and now he works for a co-worker friend of mine as well. He gets 5 stars in my book!

This company is very responsive and punctual. We booked them because they had a great deal going for $69 for 3 hours of cleaning or 1.5 hours with 2 cleaners. They came to our house to do the 1.5 hours with 2 people. I thought it was a great price. We didn't stay at the house while they cleaned, but they said they would do the full 1.5 hours. We had requested for them to do the basics for the rental we were moving out of: -baseboards -kitchen/appliances -bathrooms (sinks and showers) -glass and windowsill -vacuum carpets and mop kitchen floor (which is very small) I felt that with two people and 1.5 hours, there would be no problem getting all of this done, however, when we returned later that day to check on the house, most of the things on the list looked like they had not been done. The appliances were cleaned very nicely and the bathroom sinks and showers looked good, but the rest looked like it had not been touched. The windowsills and any shelving were really dirty and the baseboards had not been cleaned. They may have vacuumed some of the rooms, but the kitchen floor definitely had not been mopped. I realized this was a special they were promoting and they were working with a limited time, but I was a little disappointed with the amount of things on my list that did not get done. It's difficult to say if they spent the full 1.5 hours cleaning because we were not there. Unfortunately, our old landlord is now charging us for the remainder of the cleaning that needs to be done out of our deposit.

They use swiffer sweep mops to clean walls instead of doing it by hand which was not very effective. They will make an effort to clean what you would have them its just their cleaning material that made it ineffective. Dwayne and his partner were very nice and eager to clean what you would have them do.

Dwayne always sent a reminder the day before his scheduled cleaning. He showed up on time and always did an outstanding job. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality housecleaner.

Arrived timely, and worked diligently. My wife and I were sufficiently pleased that we arranged to have the owner, Dwayne, clean our house on a bi-weekly basis.

I have used the service twice and was going to continue to do so through August but am now moving out of state. Dwayne and crew were on time both times I have had them come over and the house was clean as expected when they left. In short they do a great job that exceeds expectations.
