Description of Work: A team of 8 came to the house for over 7 hours inspected the attic,crawlspace,doors,windows and even on the roof. Recommendations were made to add a color coordinated aluminum molding to prevent rodents from entering between the foundation and siding. This service took another day of two workers and was included in the 5000 dollar fee that also included a monthly service call for a year. After the molding I haven't seen a single rat or mouse in the crawlspace so apparently it worked.

Description of Work: Had mouse infestation in attic and subfloor. After 5 days of snap trapping they got rid of the mice. I also had them install some flashing on the eaves, so the bill was high. They mice are gone, so I would give them a recommend.

Description of Work: I had two skunks living under the house. They came out and placed a trap at the only entrance to under the house. They came out every morning and checked the traps. Since the $900.00 was only for two weeks, and I wasn't able to afford another $900.00, after that they would call me to check the traps. Within the next two weeks both of the skunks were captured and the house was smelling great!
