Came to the house was very pleasant and provided information answered all questions did not try to sell us any other services and finished applying the bait and chemicals and left.

I contacted this company by phone since the Angies form would not forward the details. I received a call back from a pleasant office lady who advised me that we can have someone out in 2 weeks. I said that's fine but I'm interested in a whole house inspection and regular treatment program. I explained I live in the forest and need help with the mice/rats/squirrels who somehow manage to sneak in. The office staff replied that that will take some time for an inspection and would be sometime during the middle of September since I could not get off of work for a noon appointment. She asked me 2- 3 times during the conversation if I wanted to schedule a treatment on the day of the assessment. To this I advised I would like to discuss the whole project at the time of the inspection. She sounded like why am I wasting their time if you didn't want a treatment. She told me she would have the owner contact me. Its' been four days and no contact with the owner. I also contacted a local company founded back East called Cats Eye who called me back immediately and had an inspector looking over the house for over 1.5 hours later that same afternoon.

The price is very competitive. If they are running late, they will call you.

I really like them. I have used them for years, and they do an excellent job. You can't beat the price anywhere, especially for the service you get. You get great service. I have used other companies, and none of them did as thorough of a job as these guys. I have a shed in the yard. They spray inside and around the shed. They also spray the grass. They never disappoint me. They came all the way out to my rental house.

While we were renting previous to buying our house they gave us a long lasting and effective pest control treatment at our rental house, including getting rid of wasps. Richard comes out with his wife, who is his secretary. He is always on time. He takes his time and he is full of information as he has been doing this for a long time. He is really knowledgeable about everything he has to do with the pest control, mold, and anything that is going on in a house. My clients like him, and everyone that I referred to him like his work.

Al from Bonanza Pest Control was great! I had a spider problem, and I first spoke to Lupe on the phone. She was very nice and made sure someone could come out the same day I called. Al was right on time and very thorough about what services I needed and what I should have done in the future to prevent more bugs. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. The elderly gentleman (owner) show up about 1/2 hour before the appointment to observe the ants behavior. Since carpenter ants are nocturnal, he will not schedule a visit til late afternoon so he can view their behavior. After observing for about a half an hour, he started to work. Lasted about 30 minutes and all was done. He also notice that I had my yearly yellow jacket nest in my walkway and he took car of that too...for free. I mentioned that I had just had an Arborist come out an inspect my trees and found that I had an infestation of spider mites in one of my pine trees. He sprayed the tree for free. No ants since. If there were, he would come back out till they were gone. Just a wonder gentlemen who loves his work. A truly pleasurable experience. Will make sure he comes back nest year for maintenance.

Dealing with Bonanza Pest Control reminded me of the old days, when a service provider really cared about my satisfaction, had expert knowledge in their field, and did a first-rate job. Richard Haas (the owner) arrived to treat what I suspected was a vole problem, and when he saw no evidence of voles, refused to charge me. I then had him check my garage and crawl space for mice, and he showed me the ample evidence of their presence. He then promptly and thoroughly corrected the problem, and educated me on how to prevent it's recurrence. He genuinely cared about giving me value for my money, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who wants a problem corrected professionally.

Outstanding results. The owner of the company game and quickly identified that the cause of the problem was the presence of aphids in the nearby aspens, which attracted both ants and the yellow jackets. He treated the trees for the aphids and advised on how to follow up. Very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Good pricing for the services. Highly recommend.

After looking at the reports on Angie's List, we called Bonanza Pest Control when we began to find multi-legged insects in our house, a problem which we haven't had in the 15 years we have lived in this house. Had a scorpion in my house. Came and explained scorpions and their habits and alleviated our fears. Explained spraying around the perimeter of the house and that the spray was non toxic to humans. It took him about 1 hour to spray.

Excellent...he went way beyond the call of duty. i.e Put a deceased bunny rabbit in its proper burial place.

Mr. Haas begin by interviewing me about what insects had been seen in my house and garage. He responded by telling me about each of the insects mentioned; where they liked to live, what they ate. He then sprayed the base of each door leading outside, trouble areas in the house, around the foundation of the house and the entire yard, including bushes, fencing and rock wall.
