Richard arrived promptly and sprayed various locations around our house and property to eliminate the awful ant infestation that we had and could not get rid of. He called right before he was heading to our home. He did it and got rid of the ants!

They were busy and booked up so the wait was a bit long. I had to wait two weeks before they had a opening to spray the house. The receptionist was friendly and courteous. They sprayed yard trees and outside of house. Did spray under the house but not very good. I had a lot of black ant problems getting into the house. They were coming from under the house I believe. I could be mistaken. But I did have to ask them to come back 2 weeks later because I had problems still existing with black ants getting in.. They returned within a week and did a light spray again for free (30 day guarantee). Haven't seen any bugs since so I'm happy!

The tech arrived on time, surveyed the area and set traps. The owner followed up a few days later to dispose of the trap and a very large pack rat.

We have had a large infestation of ants in our back lawn for some time and it had spread to a nearby tree. We also had ants along a side wall and across where the driveway meets the concrete to the garage, as well as a large anthill near the driveway. The provider also noticed a number of spider webs around the house and he sprayed those, too. He was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I will use them again in a few months to get rid of pigeons.

Bonanza Pest Control is great to with. Showed up on time, was friendly and did a thorough spraying for insects in the house, outside and under the house. I would recommend this company and their services. Spiders just love to inhabit juniper bushes and now when my grandson comes to visit later this summer and if necessary due to his allergies to cats, well I feel pretty confident that we can sleep outside without the hassles of 'pests'.

Richard was awesome! He went above and beyond my expectations. He gave me some useful advice on how to keep bugs at bay on my rose bushes. He did an exceptional job! Was very friendly and personable. He made right on the bill. I should of paid more but I was misquoted and he honored the price and educated me on the correct future prices. Provider was punctual, we walked the perimeter of the house as he observed areas for ant infestation. We told him where we were consistantly seeing ants. He talked about the different approaches available and made a few suggestions. He did not try to talk us into doing more than was necessary and the products used did not have any odors.

Arrived 10 minutes early, very professional. Crawled under house and treated under house. Answered all our questions, spent 1 1/2 hours on 2600 sq ft home. Excellent value.

I discovered carpenter ants in my garage, patio area, and parts of the house. Based on reviews, I called Bonanza. The woman in the office was reassuring and professional, and I felt better right away. We made an appointment which allowed the tech to spend as much time as he needed to assess the problem. Steve came on time, was very friendly, and obviously knew his carpenter ants! He was able to locate the access points where they were coming from the garage into the house, and took extra care to be thorough. With Bonanza's three-month guarantee, he told me that even though he was pretty certain the results were going to be positive, if I saw any ant at all he would return and deal with it. I'm expecting a good outcome, and would call Bonanza again for any of their services.

I will use this company again. They did a good job, made sure I understood exactly what they were doing and how long the treatments should last. Lasted 3 times longer than expected.

They came out, did a survey, sprayed inside the house for ants, sprayed outside and in the crawl space. Our ants were gone within 24 hours and never returned in 2012. If we do need them again, we will call them. Their work covers a 3 month time period (warrenty).

I needed help for a big fly problem in our Master bath. I called because of prior Angie's List recs and they came out within two hours, explained exactly how the problem started and remedied the problem.

Richard Haas arrived on time and immediately went to the attic to check on a mouse that set up residence. He checked for activity and distributed bait. He went under the house to check for activity or entry and checked around the house for signs of entry. None found. He said that if the bait didn't do the job within a couple of days to call him and he'd come out to redo the bait. His work was guaranteed for 30 days. He came out a second time and laid some snap traps and said to call him if there was any further activity. A week later without any further activity Mr. Haas came out to retrieve his traps. I've had no further critter problem. I highly recommend Bonanza Pest Control and if needed won't hesitate to call them again. A++++

We found termites in a small area of our garage. I called Bonanza and Richard was able to come out two days later to do the treatment. He explained everything very cleary and was quite polite.

He arrived on time - did everything I asked plus somethings that he spotted - and was courteous and honest.
