I can't tell you how happy we were with B and B. I will always use them. They were on, time, the price was amazing, they explained what repairs were needed in depth. I have not had the pleasure to work with such a polite and professional business in a long time. I even received a handwritten thank you note. B and B is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

Very prompt, courteous service. He explained what was wrong and how we can clean it ourselves in the future. He (Steve) offered suggestions without trying to sell us anything new.

Mike answered the phone himself when I called. When I described the service I was needing, we set an appointment to meet a few days later. Mike was a couple minutes early for the appointment (which I love), and I when I answered the door he introduced himself and handed me his business card. He proceeded to inspect the fan I had purchased and set about looking at the location I had chosen for the install. He was quickly able to determine that the location was fine, but needed to look at the electrical supply to certain that the circuit could handle such a large load. We decided that before any work started, an electrician needed to be consulted. As this was right before a holiday weekend, an appointment was set the following week with an electrician that he has worked with in the past. As in the first appointment, Mike was right on time, as was the electrician. It was deteremined that the because of the large size of the fan, a separate circuit would need to be run so as not to trip breakers when the fan was in use. A installation date was scheduled at that time, and the fan was installed 6/26/13. Both Mike and electrician arrived promply at the appointed time and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Later that evening, Mike stopped back by to make sure that everything was working properly and that we were satisfied with the job done. My husband and I now consider B and B to be our first choice in HVAC and he will certainly be called upon for any future service, repair or installation. Unable to determine quality of service because the company never called me back

Was a pleasant experience, the estimate was right on and the servicemen were punctual, courteous, and professional!

Mike was very professional and knowledgable. He serviced and inspected a 19 year old furnace and made suggestions regarding keeping an eye on it. He didn't attempt to charge us for items/work not needed.

He was very professional. He came when he said he would. We had an appointment and he called before he came. He was very thorough. I would hire him again.
