Description of Work: I used the Truckee office of Alpine Lock and Key to change our rental unit from a traditional lock to a key-less remotely programmable lock. I had purchased the lock and electronic equipment prior to the technician's arrival. He arrived on time and looked at what I had purchased and what it was going to take to install. He provided a few possible solutions, and ultimately I decided to swap out the lock which I had purchased for a different solution at about the same price point. A different technician returned the next day and it took about one hour to install the new lock. He demonstrated how to use it and tested it to make sure it was working properly. Overall very professional and knowledgeable technicians. I will use Alpine again for my Locksmith needs.

Description of Work: The side door doorknobs were completely replaced. Alpine Lock & Key came out the same day I called, and the locksmith even asked me what color I wanted: brass or gold! I was given a Senior Discount which was most appreciated! The young man (Jacob) was very well-mannered and highly skilled. GREAT SERVICE!!
