Description of Work: Heater quit working overnight. I called Allen Plumbing, Heating and AC after looking for a company on Angie's list. The recommendations for this company were the best of all of the other companies. I called the company at 8:00 in the morning and had a return call an appointment later the same day. He was able to diagnose the problem, show me what was causing the problem and arrange for the parts. He was able to fix the problem the next week, at my request. Two weeks later, I called to have my AC serviced. 3 service calls and exceptional work each time. Don't waste your time, call Lamont.

Description of Work: I contacted Allen Heating and Plumbing to repair a clogged drain for a washer. The drain had clogged and flooded the entire garage the previous evening. I had tried everything I knew to clear the clog, but it was blocked in the primary line. Lamont Allen was on a call in the Lake Tahoe area, but called back promptly to let me know he was out the area but would be available. He showed up on time, researched the issue, and proceed to correct the problem. Our home is approximatey fifty years old, and drain/sewer cleanout is under the decking at the rear of the house. Lamont proceeded to climb on the roof to clear the clog by using the vent pipe. The work was done quickly and professionally for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for ? If you have heating or plumbing problems, Allen Heating and Plumbing is who you want to call.
