Description of Work: When I called Allen Plumbing & Heating, Lamont, the owner called me back promptly and then followed up to get more details before arriving at the house. Lamont & Javier replaced a 20+ year old electric water heater which was not up to modern code standards. I can now feel assured I will have hot water without worrying about leaking or a water heater failure. They explained what they were doing, and also showed me how to adjust the thermostats (2 of them). Another good job.

Description of Work: Bought on my behalf, a hot water heater, delivered and installed it. Efficient, polite, courteous; would definitely recommend Allen Plumbing.

Description of Work: Allen Plumbing/Heating/Air Conditioning continues to be my company of choice. I have had intermittent problems with what may be my air conditioner blower fan. Lamont has spent a great deal of time trying to identify the issue. I've never had a follow up call in the evening from my plumber to see how my unit is working but because Lamont cares, he checks in with me to see his it's working.

Description of Work: ALLEN CALLED AND CONFIRMED HE WOUL BE AT OUR HOUSE IN THIRTY MINUTES. |HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND FIXED OUR AIR CONDITIONER UNIT |IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. HOWEVER ON SUNDAY THE 13TH OF JULY AROUND 4PM |THE UNIT WAS BLOWING HOT AIR. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE AND ALLEN |CALLED ME AT 7AM MONDAY MORNING I TURNED THE UNIT ON AND IT WORKED |ALL DAY MONDAY. ALLEN CAME OUT AND CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AGAIN AT |12 PM AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. MY WIFE ASKED HIM IF THERE WAS |ANY CHARGE AND HE SAID NO I DONT DO BUISNESS THAT WAY. |LARRY M

Description of Work: Allen Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning came out a couple of months ago to turn on our swamp cooler. They cleaned it up and got it running for the season.

Description of Work: He located a leak coming from the packing nut on the inlet hot water inlet valve attached to washer hose. He tightened the nut, which stopped the leak.
