Arrived on time, polite, and completed the job in a timely manner.

Very good communication. Lamont let me know the approximate time he would be coming to the house and then let me know when he was on the way. Very prompt. I will be using him again, when I have a heating or plumbing problem.

Was trying to get a second opinion after getting a high estimate elsewhere but couldn't get this company to even return my call.

Lamont was in and out in about 1.5 hours. The work included: draining the old coolant, running the compression test, fixing the leak and re-charging the system. He also gave us many tips on how to seal our ducts and insulate them on our own as he felt a house of our size would be very expensive if we used his services.

I called on Saturday and set a time for Monday morning. Lamont called me on Monday morning with a time he would arrive and then called me about 1/2 an hour later and said he could arrive earlier. He arrived when he said he would. Looked at the air conditioner; cleaned it and tested it. It is now working GREAT. He also told me what caused the problem and how to avoid the problem in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

I called to make an appointment to get some plumbing fixed, and the person who answered the phone told me they can't make me an appointment, she will send a text to the plumbers and they would call me back. I was at work, and don't know when I could talk to them. I explained I would call back later and she says it won't make a difference, we answer the phones. you guys need a new system. I called to make an appointment not a call back. you might be good plumbers, but I will never know.

It went very well. We were pleased with Lamont's work. The furnace is great. We haven't had to use the air conditioner yet, but it seems good. We were happy he worked with us on the placement of the air conditioner. Lamont makes sure the job is done right. I prefer his approach compared to the large outfit that put in the previous furnace who just sent out anyone to do the work.

Lamont is always knowledgeable, patient, comprehensive and professional. This was a big job renovating our master bathroom and he provided several options on how the work could be tackled and also handled a very frustrating engagement with a local plumbing supply store. We have used Lamont on a number of jobs both big and small. He's also taken on the maintenance and tweaking of a solar hot water system installed by someone else who was so painfully incompetent we asked Lamont to look it over, get it working properly and take care of it in future. We will ALWAYS use Lamont and his company for all heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs and strongly recommend him to family and friends. Awesome company!

We have also used them to add gas lines to the kitchen and laundry room as well as install a new furnace, water heater and A/C. We love them.

They arrived at the stated time. The work was excellent, and it was completed efficiently and without a problem, despite a severe mid-day rainstorm. Cleanup was good. Only caution: be sure to negotiate and agree on details of total cost before work is done.

Given our job was a non emergency, it took a while for Lamont to get on our job, but he was aware of our deadlines to move into the house and got the job done with plenty of time to spare. Always quality work done and he is such a pleasant person. I consider him a friend at this point, not just a great plumber. When we have the house warming for our renovated home, Lamont and his family will be guests.

Allen Heating and Plumbing is an excellent , professional business and I would highly recommend to anyone needing these services.

He did a good job at a reasonable price, however after doing the initial inspection, he forgot to come back to do the job, I had to call him to get him back.

Lamont came out and got my furnace working. Three days later it stopped working again. He refused to come out again.

This company never returned my phone call so I got someone else who we're glad to get my business.

Called them about mid morning and got a call back in just not short after, asked me when would be a good time to take care of the issue. They had a gentleman that was just getting done on another job and asked if I would like him to come up today. Same day service I was in shock. Javier was here when he said he would be and did a great job with the repair. I will be calling them again.

Our large water heater started leaking the afternoon before Thanksgiving. The water was pouring out from the top and since it was only 7 years old we asked if they would come and check to make sure it had to be replaced or repaired. The owner of Allen plumbing was on the job and asked about the warrenty ; I checked and we were past the date. The employees and owner were professional, friendly, informative, punctual, willing to come out while other companies had already let their employees off for the weekend. We definitely would use them again. Price reasonable for what they did.

Everything was first rate. Returned calls promptly; arrived on time; informative; excellent work.

He was supposed to get back to me-but never did. Was very professional and courteous.

Early on the scheduled morning, Lamont called to let me know he had an emergency furnace repair but would still be able to take care of my project a little later that morning. It was nice to know that he would not leave someone else who really had an emergency just to be on time for my project - which was not an emergency. He showed up as promised. He took care of accessing this valve set by moving the dryer and washer out of the way for me. He was able to install new 90 degree brass ball valves that were easier for me to access and close when necessary. He also replaced the hoses. Although I do like to do small project around the house, I would never have been able to get the old valves off and then could never have soldered in the new valves without burning down my home. I would call Lamont for any heating, cooling or other plumbing needs for this old house.

I called , got answering service and was told Mr. Allen would call back within an hour. That was the last I ever heard from Allen plumbing.

I did talk to him about future work and haven't heard back from him. I know he is busy but that is our only disappointment. He has always been extremely responsive, friendly and fairly priced. We will use him again!

I've used Allen Plumbing a couple of times over the past year and they've been exceptionally responsive and professional. Not only did they correct the problem, but they offered me suggestions and advice for preventing future problems. They're always friendly and helpful and show up when they say they will.
