911 Restoration of Reno/ Tahoe, LLC

We used 911 Restoration to mitigate water damages to a bedroom caused by water leak in the upstairs laundry room. Chris and his area manager responded very promptly and were professional in finishing the job.

Water from a split pipe inside the walls caused extensive damage to my kitchen -- the wall, cabinets, and even to the floor and joists. I worked initially with Amanda who assessed the problem and provided an estimate. Workers, including JL and Brandon, were efficient and thorough. They even came back a second time to remove a section of the floor that had been badly damaged. Every single contact with someone from 911 Restoration was helpful and professional. I had solicited three different bids from different companies, and although 911 Restoration was not the cheapest, their work was definitely worth every penny. Highly, highly recommended!

We used them for flood/water damage. Their work was professional, neat and exceptional quality. We started doing some of the work as a DIY project but hiring them to do the work was the best decision. We would highly recommend their services and would use them again without hesitation.

We had a pipe burst in the wall. They did water remediation the very next day. Once the water was removed they packed and stored all of our furniture and personal items, while the contractor repaired the floors and walls. Once the contractor was finished they packed everything back into the house. Chris even dealt with the insurance company. I never even saw the bill. Excellent service, I highly recommend them.

Awesome job removing asbestos popcorn ceiling throughout our house in Tahoe. They completely sealed the interior of the house with plastic. Removed the asbestos and disposed of it properly. Reasonable price and everything done on time with follow up inspection. Excellent customer service.

Chris came out immediately. He assessed the extent of the water damage in the walls, floor, and ceiling of my garage and began restoration efforts right away. Although my insurance did not fully cover the costs, Chris worked with me on a payment plan. He and his team were always prompt, thorough, and professional from start to finish. When an emergency happens, Chris shows up! And for a Landlord, that is so important. Chris is a great communicator. He is professional and tries to help the Landlord avoid higher costs. Have used him multiple times in the last few years.

They responded quickly to our call. They cleaned up the water damage to the ceiling from a roof leak. They set up fans to dry the area. They recommended a sheet rock and ceiling repair professional. The work was completed in a timely manner.

I hope I never meet Chris again... I hope you never have to meet Chris or his team, but if you are reading this... you may need them. Let me be clear I love Chris and 911 Restoration. They did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional, and worked with my insurance company. To be clear they were not a provider supplied by my insurance company and that was perfect. Chris was looking out for my best interests not cutting corners. While I hope to never have to see Chris again(unless I run into him at a bar and buy him a beer) I highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever need to!

We quickly determined no mold and no water in the wall. They were very responsive.

They did a good job. Clean-up could have been a little better. Blue painter's tape left on cabinet doors in conference room and bathroom. Other than that, very thorough and timely.
