Lange Plumbing is awesome! We had five house guests visiting only to discover that the shower in the guest bathroom was not working! Lange Plumbing was able to send someone out within hours to fix the problem. Our technician, Brian, was very professional and friendly. He arrived within the first hour of the two hour window I was given and he was very thorough in his explanation of what was wrong with the shower. The price was very reasonable and service was finished promptly. I will definitely call Lange Plumbing for future pluming needs.

When I bought my house the inspection showed that there was no hot water in master bath shower. There was cold water and good pressure just wouldn't get hot. Since there were other showers, I postponed getting it fixed because I was afraid it might mean going into the wall or some other costly fix. This morning when I got the paper I noticed there was water bubbling out of a pipe in the front yard. I called Lange Plumbing and decided while they were here fixing the leak that I might as well get an estimate on fixing the shower problem. Darrel arrived about 1/2 hour after I called and in less than 45 minutes had both problems fixed. The part for the shower cost $65.00 which as far as I was concerned was a blessing considering it was an easy fix. From the moment Lange answered their phone until Darrel left my house, I felt like I was in good hands. Very polite, personable, professional. There was certainly no waiting and the cost was fair. It is nice to know that the next time I have a problem, I know exactly who to call. Thanks Lange!!!!

I discovered both my toilets were clogged at 10 pm at night. I called Lange Plumbing because on Angie's list it was listed as 24/7. The technician promptly returned my call that night. After discussing my problem we decided that it could wait until morning. He indicated that he would leave a message for the office to call me in the morning. The office called my by 7:30 am and the plumber was at my house by 9 am. He was able to unclog the sewer line quickly and efficiently. He explained what was causing the problem and what he did to correct the problem.

It went great. The plumber came and we expected the worst, money wise. He was very nice as we explained that our toilets were contstantly clogging. Our home being on 6 years old, this was a major concern. He checked out the toilets and asked a couple of odd but right on questions. He explained to us that 1) the builder put in the cheapest toilets with a very small hole in them and we would happier if we upgraded. He gave us all the points we should look for in a new comode and we are shopping. 2) he reviewed some basic mistakes we had in using and flushing the toilets (who knew?).

Our guest bathroom tub is not frequently used. Over time the hot water pressure decreased to the point that there was just a trickle of hot water coming from the spout yet the cold water pressure was fine. I called Lange and set up an appointment for the following morning. When the plumber did not arrive within the stated time window I called to inquire. After some checking I was told that I had been scheduled as the first appointment but the plumber had mistakenly gone to his second appointment (which was also in my neighborhood) first and he would call me when he was on his way, which he did. He arrived shortly after the phone call. He assessed the problem and had the required part on his truck. The plumber answered all my questions regarding the posi temp cartridge he replaced and made sure I knew where my main water shut off is located. He also gave me suggestions regarding how to protect my landscaping irrigation loop during freezing weather.

It went well. He fixed the broken cap on the clean out trap. The smell from sewer went away.

The main house shut-off valve located in the garage had a small leak and showed some corrosion. I figured at least part of it needed to be replaced. I called a few days in advance to schedule an appointment for when I would be at the house. On the morning of the appointment I received a call from Lange to confirm it was okay to send someone out. I appreciated this as it made certain there was no miscommunication and that we were still on. Within the time frame set up for the appointment, a plumber named Kipp arrived. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained that the valve needed to be replaced and it also needed a pressure regulator (PRV) added to prevent against pressure spikes. I was aware of the need for a pressure regulator, but since I didn't know what they looked like I was unaware that the house did not currently have one. He removed the existing valve and connections and within 2 1/2 hours had the new parts installed and everything looking pristine. He also answered, in detail, some questions about my water softener. I will likely be calling Lange to install a new softener in the near future. Lange is a very professional operation all the way around.

Brian, the plumber arrived within the time frame I was told when the appointment was set up. I showed him where the leak was and he told me that it was a common problem with the type of hose bib that was installed. He shut the water off on the street and removed the old hose bib. He removed some old stucco that had gotten on the pipe, cleaned the surface of the copper tube and installed a new hose bib. Brian gave me some tips on what I could do to prolong the life of the new one. I am happy with the job that was done and would recommend them to someone that needs this type of service.

See comments above. We got what we needed for the real estate transaction but had to have a second guy (general contractor) go out later and look under the toilet, which we were happy to pay for. We just needed to know if there was water damage. Don't think I communicated the need the first time because I didn't know what they were going to do. I appreciate that Ed, the person I spoke to, went out and not just a tech.

Overall, I did not have a problem with the service. It was just the time. She should have told me a 3 hour wait.

I was very satified with job that was done. I had all my plumbing issues solved in one visit. I would call again if I have any plumbing issues.

Water was not coming out two of our faucets. It was nothing more than a matter of unscrewing the end cap and cleaning the filter. It only took him about 5 minutes. The service guy was very friendly and punctuual. I guess my only negative comment would be that he told me this is most often the case. If that is so, it seems that the person I talked to on the phone could have asked if I had checked that. Then, of course, had I been thinking, I could have checked that myself.

I have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past, where as, what ever the issue might be, they always managed to find something else I needed to replace. I even had a plumber admit that part of his job was to sell additional products and/or services, whether needed or not. After checking the reviews on Angie's List I decided to call LANGE Plumbing. I spoke with Elma and explained that I needed an honest plumber that I could count on for all of my plumbing issues. The next day Darrel arrived to take care of the shower problem. He was very professional and told me up front how he was going to solve the problem and how much it would cost. Darrel made the necessary repairs and answered all of my additional plumbing questions. LANGE is now my plumber of record.

I told them before I left the house that I did not want the unit replaced. The water heater was under warranty and less than 5 years old. It could not possibly have been rusty in that amount of time. He gave us a sample and the sediment was beige, not red or orange.

We had a major freeze, every plumber in town was busy. I called Lange, they said they would be out late afternoon. Their office called my husband when the plumber was on his way. He arrived about 3:15 stopped the leak, gave my husband some advice on preventing future leaks, and went on his way. He had the materials on his truck, no running out for parts. These people are my heros!

Called company to schedule an appointment. Plummer arrived the next day to replace busted sprinkler pipe/regulator. Plummer was very nice and professional but I taught the service was a little pricy.

I called Lange's Plumbing told them I found them in Angie's List..Told the customer service person that I had a leaking Pipe outside..she got my name,address, and phone number said they'd have someone out the next day..Brian called my husband that he was on the way. I explained the problem he so the leak he repair it told me what to do, where the shut off valve were. The main water valve, just the house and the water irrigation valve. Mr. Brian K. was so helpful.He said don't use a towel which we did we covered the top.And he told us the towel got frozen and the water had no where to go it expanded the inside valve which it started a leak . I told him I thought the ice build-up on the ground was mine put I told him I kept tracing the frozen water but it wasn't coming from the sprinkler in my yard. He traced it to my neighbors garden there may be a leak in his hoses and he explain to my neighbor that the water is coming from his yard there was proof of a heavy soaking..My neighbor said he'll have the sprinkler system check-out..Thank you Angie I give lange's Plumbing a 5 Star for a job well done..I will recommend that my friends get Angie's List.. I came at four in the morning after a 22 hour work day to find out my water had been shut off. Not knowing why, I did some looking around my house and couldn't figure out why. I always pay my bill on time so I knew the water company couldn't have done anything. At first I though my pipes had frozen but it hadn't been below freezing so knew that couldn't be it. After searching around for reasons why I finally went out to the water meter to find a nice little note from a neighbor that they shut my water off because of a "major" leak on the side of my house. Once I turned the water back on to see what was going on I saw the back flow valve for my irrigation was spewing water everywhere and it was a serious leak. It had been leaking for a number of hours because my water meter was already 3,000 gallons over what I normally use in an entire month. Unfortunately there was a large crack in the brass fitting before the shut off valve so I had to turn the water off at the street. All I wanted to do was take a hot shower! Anyway, I called Lange Plumbing the next day and they were able to get someone out within a few hours. These guys are great. When I first called, Ed answered the phone and was extremely courteous and helpful answering the few questions I had. They sent Kip out to do the actual work and he was great. Very professional, polite, & knowledgable. He did a temporary fix so that I could at least have water to my house and then came back the next day to finish the job. I wasn't able to be home when he came back the 2nd time but I was very happy with the job he had done. He re-wrapped all of the pipes and insulated it all and it looks 100 times better than before. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody and will be calling them again the next time I need their services! Thank you!

The first contact with the company was with the person who answered the telephone. She was extremely helpful and had a very pleasant and professional approach to dealing with customers. She asked all the right questions and when I told her that my call was NOT an emergency, she asked if she could schedule the service for the next day, which was great. She gave me a time and told me the technician would be in uniform for easy recognition. Ralph arrived the next day at the appointed time and went to work. He fully cleaned the lines under the sink and stopped the leak, then explained to my wife this is something we need to do in the other house we own to prevent leaks there. He then went to work on the toilet but had to go after parts since this unit had a pressure tank and he did not have one on the truck. He made a very quick run and picked up the parts and repaired the unit. He completely cleaned his work areas and then left the parts he replaced for me to look at after I came in from work. Ralph was very professional and made sure my wife understood what he was doing and why. I really appreciated the service and the professionalism displayed by the folks from Lange.
