Darrell was very professional. He inspected the items we identified as needing work, did troubleshooting to ensure what we thought needed work actually needed work, and then he quickly did the work. He was punctual, fast, and pleasant. We have another new plumbing problem we just identified and we will contact Lange Plumbing and specifically ask for Darrell to do the work.

He came out when he was suppose to and he was punctual and did a good job.

This provider showed up promptly, was very professional in dress and manner and performed all work agreed upon after explaining all aspects of the situation. Very good!

The plumber was prompt, professional, pleasant, personable, and quick. And he also asked if we had any coupons such as an Angie's List discount, which we did.

Lee was here early and politely waited outside until I was dressed. He said it would take about 4-5 hours. I left my number for him to call when he was done so I could come back to pay him. He called after 5 hours. He did destroy only 4 tiles. He was very pleasant and professional. I'm glad I used Angie's List and that I chose Lange. If I ever need plumbing again I will request Lee.

He arrived on time. Explained what needed to be done and repaired the items.

I had another plumber come to the house for a whine in the pipes. He told me it was probably a loose pipe contacting with wood and nothing could be done about it. However, the whine was really annoying so I looked through Angie's List for a different plumber and found Lange Plumbing. The plumber arrived promptly, listened as I described the issue and then had me replicate the problem. He immediately identified the problem as being in the toilet, not the wall. He had a replacement part on his truck and replaced the part. Took less than 1/2 hour for the entire process and the problem was completely fixed. I will definitely use Lange for any future plumbing needs!

It took awhile but they did unclog a very serious problem and it is cleared. thank-you....................

The other companies contacted were $1000.00 plus cheaper! Plus the warranty for the selected company was a year longer.

Lange responded immediately to our leaking hot water heater problem. Ed gave us a concise breakdown of the cost of replacing the hot water heater over the phone and scheduled it immediately. Ralph arrived right on time and explained everything involved with replacing the hot water heater. He did a fantastically quick job of taking out the old water heater and installing the new one. He gave us a tip on how to keep it in good condition. We will definitely be using Lange Plumbing again for future projects based on Ralph's outstanding work.

$157 is a lot for a few easy pieces to replace but unfortunately I have a renter who wont even lift the toilet lid and obviously has never tried to fix even the simplest fixes. Lange did an excellent job, responded immediately, very professional, and their work is good. I used them before and was happy with their work replacing a toilet seal. They are reasonably priced and worth it because they do good work.

I called evening on 12th and left message...they called me first thing next morning and came out at 9am...So I consider that good service......Plumber was very polite ...answered my questions and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. The only thing I question is that I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hour to complete job...it took not quite 30 minutes...so I am not sure if a larger amount of time is quoted to justify price.......but I was told the valve was 145.00, the rest was labor.But overall, I would call them again as I appreciated how courteous the Plumber was and the Promptness to get out and fix my problem.

They were great. Antonio was the one doing all the work and he was excellent, professional and thorough. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood what he was doing. We would always recommend them and also Antonio is great.

We were very please with their service. After our call Kipp called us back and came out right away. He did a very good job and is a very pleasant person to deal with. We would use them again. When we woke up at 6 a.m. and saw that our garage was leaking water on our driveway we knew it was our water heater and we need ed help. We went to Angie's List and made the call to Lange Pumping and left a message. Our call was answered right away and they sent our an service man named Kipp. He was very experienced and put in a new water heater and we are happy with his work.

Service went well. It was a pretty simple job replacing water heater. The key was to get it done asap, which Lange Plumbing did.

Arrived within the arranged two-hour window. Knew exactly what to do (replacing the anode rod and two outside hose bibs). Total time on the job was 1 hour. Charges for time and materials was generally what I expected.

I called Lange Plumbing, explained what was wrong with my shower. My Hubby managed to fix our shower so much that I had to call the plumber. Hot was cold and cold was hot and off was a severe drip. The office called asked if the time was conivient, sent the plumber at the perfect time and within a half hour it was fixed. Perfect, Perfect, Perfect! I will call them again if Hubby fixes anything related to plumbing!

Brian K. (Kip) showed up on time. My husband stayed with him. After discussing the problem, what we thought was only a leaking valve, he found that the water heater was leaking and would have to be replaced. He quoted pricing and codes long enough to go past the hour mark. He also took a short call from 'honey' . Much to our shock, what he said would not cost much more, wound up costing $1080.00 after all the "discounts" including Angies. (The quote was $1300.) I told him that we would not go with that price, as it is WAY too high. We feel that all he was doing was buying extra time to go over the hour mark after we said that we would look elsewhere. We told him this. We paid the $190.14 and asked for the copper "scrap" that he took to his truck.

They were excellent. They were not only on time but even came early. Their guys had finished another project early and asked if they could come early.

He showed up on time, reviewed the problem. He set an appointment for the next day as he had to pick up the part. He came back the next day and repaired the pipe.

It took them 5 days to get here, and it was an emergency. We had to turn off the water at the valve when we were not using the water.

My sewer clean out started backing up when my mom was taking a shower. I called Lange Plumbing and within 15 minutes Ralph was at my house. Ralph worked in the 100+ degree temperature until he was sure my sewer line was clear. This was not an easy task as he had to run the snake several times before he was sure he had dislodged the obstruction. He also checked the sewer clean out on the other side of my house to make sure everything was flowing as it should be. I would absolutely recommend Lange Plumbing to my friends. Hopefully I won't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Lange.

I had some issues with my water pressure, so I emailed Lange Plumbing. Within 2 hours, I had someone at my door to help. Amazingly quick service. They fixed my problem within 15 minutes. Incredible service! The price was a little steep for the 15 minute stay, I thought. However, I couldn't ask for quicker service.

Brain, aka Kipp, is extremely good at what he does and I will call him, and this company from now on for any, ALL of our plumbing needs. The first time I talked to him I explained we had lost one of our dogs four days earlier and that my husband was out of town for a few days. Not the best time to get a leak. We talked about animals, he met my very cranky bird and our remaining 2 dogs, my bird actually liked him. He was professional, patient, compasionate, and funny. I trusted him the moment he rang the door bell.
