They charged me $59 to come out. Then they quote me for $419. I decided not to have them do the service.

They gave me the senior discount, which was very nice of them. Cameron did a great job! He was a real gentleman, ontime, clean, efficient... he found the problem immediately. He was very professional, curtious, and very informative... he took his time and explained the issues that I was having with my plumbing. He cleaned up very nicely afterwards and was a pleasure to work with.

I woke to find water in my garage. Looked and found the water heater leaking. Found Lang Plumbing serviced the water heater I had and called. My information was taken and shortly thereafter, Darryl called me with an estimate. I found the total delivery and replacement above my budget, so Darryl and I discussed only installation and I would purchase the unit myself. The estimate for replacement "only" was a better fit for me. We agreed to reconnect after I purchased the unit. After an hour or so, I called Darryl and he arrived at my home shortly thereafter. He was prepared, professional and respectful. He even answered some questions I had about other plumbing issues I had. He removed the old unit, replaced it with the new unit, alone! He was fast and neat. After he finished, he provided me with information to remove the old unit from the house. With that advise, I successfully transported the old unit to the dump and disposed of it. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Called the office, they were very helpful and gave me a quick quote/estimate. Scheduled for the following Monday. The only hiccup was they didn't show at the specified time and didn't call in advance, however, once I called them they explained an employee had called in sick and they missed calling me to let me know. They promised to move me up on the list to make up for it and they did. They called to let me know the plumber was on the way. He did an awesome job and it was even below estimate. Despite the slight mess up I will definitely be using them again and recommend their service!

Levi was professional and advised me expertly. The sink I purchased would not quite work with my granite and he advised me to keep what I have. He advise me on how to preserve and even repair what I have. He could have installed the sink to make a little money on a job, but he knew I would be unhappy with the look and result. I sincerely appreciate that. Lange chose to win the war and not the battle. They did not provide a service this time, but have earned a customer for life.

Got appointment same day when we called. Plumber arrived within window time and was very prompt in his work. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

The work went pretty well. The worker was expierienced and calmed my concerns with the water heater and educated me on the system. We had some scheduling issues at the beginning. I would them again in the future.

Sought out a plumbing company to install a soft water unit, reverse osmosis unit and whole house humidifier in our newly constructed home. When I called Lange Plumbing they said they could be here whenever I needed. I told them what I wanted and asked if they could install and they said yes, except for the whole house humidifier (but they would assess that when they got here). The plumber was supposed to be at our home after the morning meeting (around 10:00 a.m.) but did not arrive until around 3:00 p.m. I was called and informed that there was a delay but 6 hours is just too long. When the plumber arrived I was informed they could not install the soft water unit because we had an 1 1/4 inch copper pipe and the system we purchased at Lowe's (Consumer Reports best buy) was a 1 inch connecter. Plumber informed me that he could not reduce the connecter because it was against code. However he said for $1100 they could have a custom softener built and installed with a 1 1/4 inch copper connection. Regarding the reverse osmosis unit it requires a whole to be drilled in the granite and the plumber said he did not have the drill bit with him and also that he would not want to do it and be responsible for the granite to crack. Regarding the whole home humidifier, he said an AC company should do it as they can do both minor plumbing and attachment of the unit to the air system. The plumber gave me numbers to his "buddies" who could drill the counter and install the whole house humidifier. Well, I had to leave for two weeks and I came back today and went to Lowe's where I bought the soft water unit and reverse osmosis system. When I asked about the fact the plumber said it could not be installed due to code issues, they said that was incorrect. I even looked up the plumbers code and could not find any text that stated they could not install. So I can only assume the company was trying to BS me into purchasing a personal unit at a much higher cost. Lowe's certified pumpers will be installing our soft water unit next week with the reduction from 1 1/4 to 1 inch and I am certain the certified plumbers know code. I am very disappointed with my experience and could not recommend Lange Plumbing based on this experience.

I have a tankless hot water heater. It wouldn't turn on. I called and they sent someone out within 3 hours. He fix it, (it was a popped breaker). He showed me how to reset if it ever happened again.

Lee was the plumber that came to my house. He was on time and very professional. He listened to my concern and investigated possible causes. The Rinnai was installed by another local plumbing company, that I have written a post on previously and no longer do business with. Lee noted that the gas meter was to small for the added load of the Rinnai and should have been changed at the time of installation. Which the plumbing company that installed it said nothing about. Lee directed me to call Southwest Gas and the meter will be changed.

Cameron showed up on time, was very friendly and checked out the problem right away. He told me what I'd already suspected was the problem and gave me an estimate of the cost. After he replaced the faulty valve, he showed me what the problem was with the old one. I was very pleased with the response time, cost, professionalism and speed of repair. I will definitely use Lange Plumbing again.

Lange Plumbing arrived on time and was professional. He got right to work on the clog removing it quickly. Once job was completed he took the debris from the sink/garbage disposal out to the trash. The kitchen was left neat and clean.

They are always fast and courteous and give way more of their time and information. I always feel good about their work and am very pleased with this company for more than 10 years.

I recommend Lange Plumbing to all property managers and landlords because, if need be, the job can most often be taken care of over the phone(!) Ed is the courteous dispatcher and Ralph has been the one who gets he job done. Both are friendly and professional and I have always felt that the price was fair. (This is the 4th or 5th time I have hired Lange Plumbing to take care of my plumbing needs.) THANKS AGAIN

I thought the plumber did a very good job. The cartridge assembly in the main shower was broken inside the wall and he had to do a lot of digging around to get at it. He wound up using a torch to cut through the broken part to get it out. It was a fix that required someone who knew what they were doing. After the installation he tested the system and found leaks that he repaired. We have had no problems with the shower.

My husband was on a business trip and last night I smelled an intense electrical-like burning smell in the garage. I isolated the smell as coming from the water heater. I turned off the gas line and the pilot light and contacted Lange Plumbing at 7:30 am. They were here by 9:00, an hour earlier than their earliest estimated time of arrival. The plumber, Ralph, could not have been nicer, more honest, or more helpful. Although the burning smell was faint by the time he arrived, he did smell it - so I knew I wasn't crazy. He looked all over the garage and outside the garage to see if he could find the source of the smell. He lit the pilot for me and waited to see if the smell became more intense. He would not claim with %100 certainty that the water heater needed to be replaced immediately, and wanted to be honest with me. He did believe though that because the tank seam had a very large split in it, and was 11 years old, that it needed to be replaced very soon. He thought that the smell was caused by condensation burning off the inside of the tank. He did tell me that I could wait to replace the water heater, and that it might not break, and or flood for months. However, he did show me that if it did flood how the water would end up on my garage floor as well as inside my hall closet and hallway floor. He spent over 45 minutes here for only $100 with the %10 off Angie's List coupon. He never talked down to me because I am a woman, which I find happens with technicians with some frequency. Needless to say, we're going to replace the water heater and use Lange Plumbing to do the work.

He showed up in the late evening when I expected a reschedule because of the complexity of the plumbing problem. To my surprise, he tackled the job immediately and stayed beyond his normal quit time until the job was complete. There was a suggested several hour cure time before the water could be safely turned back on. He left me his home number with a promise that he would "come running" if his work leaked. When I turned the main water on, it did not leak. Antonio did a great job.

Came out same day, and took care of several things we needed done to have use of our appliances for the weekend after moving into a new house. Great service, efficient, completely satisfied.

Ralph, the plumber who came to do the work came in a timely manner as agreed. He was dressed appropriately for the job he does. He is a very friendly and personable guy who knows his craft very well. He diagnosed the problems and provided the solutions in a professional and informative way. Ralph solved my toilet problems in 2 different bathrooms. On one he replaced a leaky wax ring and on the other he suggested the toilet needed to be replaced, told me the reasons and I feel he saved me from a bad situation. I felt NO PRESSURE to do more work than that was required. I highly recommend Lange plumbing in general and Ralph in particular for all your plumbing needs.
