*24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE* Complete Residential & Commercial plumbing services. During normal business hours, we charge a $59 diagnostic fee. During this visit, you will be provided with an estimate; at that time, if you choose to have the service performed, the $59 is WAIVED. If you do not desire to have the service performed, you will be responsible to pay the $59 at that time. This fee covers our technicians time to drive to your home. All of our technicians are background checked, DRUG tested (prior to employment and randomly checked), OSHA 10 hour certified, and trained. We’ll listen to your concerns and we’ll do what it takes to ensure you’re completely satisfied. We know what it takes to keep a customer for life. We are not out to get your business just once - we want to help you with all of your plumbing needs and strive to gain your confidence so that you will tell your friends and family. Commercial customers are asked to pay at the time of service unless they have set up an account with us, and those Invoices are paid Net 15. Licenses: We are licensed with the Nevada State Contractor's Board, Clark County, City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, City of North Las Vegas, City of Mesquite, and Department of Manufactured Housing. Description of Work: They responded immediately and the service was excellent. The tradesman Elvis knew his business. In our 30 years in this home, this experience was one of the best we've had. Description of Work: January 2013 I had a PVC pipe burst. this was a cold water supply line to my trailer. They fixed it and charged $118. May 2015 a portion of the PVC pipe they had replaced 1/2013 sprang a serious leak. The tech gave me a price of $176 to repair it. I refused the service and sent him packing. I found a kit at Home Depot and repaired it myself for a cost of $27.53 and it took me only an hour. The original replacement by Lange was defective in that they used the wrong adhesive at the joint that failed. It was a sloppy job and they did not stand by their shoddy work. I must say that this was unusual as in the past they were always A+ but this time I was very disappointed in their performance.

Description of Work: My new water heater broke - 7 months and installed by Lange - and Elvis came out that evening and stopped the leaking all over my garage. The next day a new one was put in at no cost to me. Very pleased and they are very professional. Thank you!

Description of Work: Lee came out on Thursday and installed a kitchen faucet. The nut underneath was very thin and would not come loose. Lee used a Sawsall, removed the old faucet and installed a new one. He came back out on Monday and fixed a toilet. He installed a closet flange and two wax seals. The price is average to good. When is the price of a plumber excellent? I am pleased with the work and would use them again.

Description of Work: The nicest guy you'll ever meet, Ralph came right over on a Sunday morning to fix the river that was cascading down my driveway. He showed me how to shut off the water to the irrigation system, and recommended that I call my lawn service to repair the pipe as that would be a lot cheaper than what he would charge. I appreciate his integrity and will be using his company for future projects.
