Plumber arrived at the set time, went to work on the leak. Took about one hour to repair. Replaced the insulation in the area where the work took place, taped the insulation, cleaned up the leftovers and was on his way. Fast, reasionable and experienced. Could not ask for much more. I think I have rated Lange before for this job.

The plumber showed up on time and was neat and clean. He installed the softener that same day. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and service.

The serviceman was excelllent and professional, taking care to protect countertops and flooring. Would definitely use again. The only downside was they gave me a time of between 1:00 and 3:00 and didn't show until after 4:00

Our water heater went out. When we went to reignite the pilot, we discovered that the tank was leaking. I called Lange plumbing early Monday morning and the water heater was replaced by that afternoon. Lee Baldwin was the plumber who did the work, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer, more professional person. He also informed me about a rebate program that was run by the gas company. I discovered that all the information I needed to be listed on the receipt wasn't, so I called the office to request a copy of the receipt with the appropriate information. The person I talked to was very nice and told me she'd get it out right away. I had it the next day. This is the first time I've used Lange plumbing, and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing problems.

G/D stopped draining on the evening of the 12th. Called Lange the morning of the 13th. Kip was out within an hour or two. He removed the (tee), cleaned it, reinstalled it, and it worked. He checked everything and the G/D works fine.

They were in and out fairly quickly. They were very professional and did a wonderful job.

Excellent. Called and was assured would be at our home in 2 hours, came in 3 hours. Professional, polite, double checked the handles and the faucet.

The service technician was very nice and straight forward. The company offers free estimates so this was something they had to work in where they could. He examined the drains and gave a me a best case estimate and worst case estimate for how long it would take to complete. I mentioned to him that I had just purchased the home and he offered to take a look at all of the other plumbing to ensure that no other issues where present in the home, which led to the discovery that the kitchen facet also was needing attention. Overall great customer service, but it cost a little bit more than it would have taken a handyman to complete the same job.

I had a good experience with Lange Plumbing. They did what they were supposed to do and I think that they charged me a fair price. They did a good job.

The plumber replaced the old brass fitting with a new brass fitting, even though he should have replaced it with a plastic fitting. The two brass pieces meeting at the one spot had corroded and caused the pipe to burst. Now that the fittings are the same, it is only a matter of time before the pipe bursts again, from corrosion. Now we are going to have to hire another plumber to come out and fix the pipe fittings again, so that the pipe wont burst again.

Lang Plumbing is one of those companies that really cares about the consumer. My late husband was a plumber for many years so I know an excellent plumber when I see one. He was very professional, charged me for the labor and one part that was needed to complete the job and answered all the questions I had.

I was very happy with the work of this company. They came and corrected a situation that could have been prevented if the first company that I hired would have did better work. They are very reliable and honest. They did not take advantage of me and I like that in a business.

The hot water kept getting colder and colder until there was no warm water in the shower. A service man came out and tore it all apart and worked on it for several hours. When it was approaching quitting time he came out and said it was fixed and he left. The first time it was used there was only lukewarm water. You couldn't make it warmer or colder! We did not have him come back.

I was very happy with the service. The plumber was nice and on time. The price was very reasonable compared to another estimate I received. They were able to do the work without damaging any plants and did a great job of cleaning up when they finished. I would definitely call them again if I have other plumbing problems.

Overall, a very pleasant professional experience. They made it very easy, with fast appointment scheduling and prompt arrival. Their representative was polite and had the job done in 20 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone. Affordable prices as well.

Lange Plumbing did a really great job for us at a really good price. I thought that they were very trustworthy and honest to deal with. I have not had any problems with the pipes at all. They did exactly what we wanted them to do and in the time frame we wanted it done.

We were very happy with the result of their service. The plumber was prompt, and went out of his way to repair the leak without doing to much invasive work. The original quote was two hundred and fifty dollars, but he repaired it so quickly and easily, that the final price was less than one hundred. If we have any plumbing problems in the future, Lange will get our business.
