Ralph did a fabulous job. He was fast, efficient, and very personable. He explained everything to my satisfaction and did a number of little free extras. I will definitely call him with any other plumbing work I need done at the house!

I contacted Lange Plumbing and ED returned my call immediately. ED was very professional and nice to deal with. To my surprise they were able to have a plumber out the same day. RALPH responded to my home and addressed/repaired all my issues. RALPH was the best!!!!! RALPH was professional, polite, neat, clean and great to deal with. Lange Plumbing are the plumbers to call, hands down!

Brian was right on time and did a fantastic job.

I called the answering service at 6:30 am. The company returned my call at about 7am. they said theycould have someone there at about 11:30 am. At 9:30 Brian called and said he was on his way. He arrived in 30 minutes and got right to work. He replaced the cartridges in my tub and shower, checked for leaks, cleaned up after himself (not that he was messy) and was gone in about an hour. He answered any questions I had, was very polite and clean. He performed all the work necessary and did not try to sell me anything. I am very pleased with the service and will definately use them for any future plumbing issues.

They are an excellent company! All calls were returned immediately, and Brian was on time and ready to work! He did a wonderful job. He cleaned up after wards and took time to go over what he had done! We were pleased from start to finish! We will definitely call Lange Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs..

My appt was Mon 10-12. I called them at 12:40 and the dispatcher said he would be here in about an hour. At 2:15 he arrived and I told him what needed fixing. He went above and beyond to fix my sink that was falling, install a new R/O faucet and unclog my drain .Lee was caring and inventive and his work was exceptional. He had trouble with our greasy drain and came back the next AM with some stuff he put in the drain and in 20 min it was clean...I also asked him to look at our toilets...flushing problems and in 5 min he fixed those. I will always trust Lee for all my plumbing needs.

I had recently had two bad plumbers do other jobs. I joined Angie's list to find a good local company and I found one with Lange Plumbing. Brian H. did a great job and he looked over my other concerns around the property. His knowledge reassured me for any future work. I will definitely ask for Brian again. The work was done in January, I'm a few months late in writing this review.

They respond to your calls 24-7. Show up for the appointments and do good work.

Their prices were extremely high. I didn't go with them because their quote was far too high.

After we called them, they came out very promptly to give us an estimate. We had to track them down to do the work. They charged us 25% more than the originial quote. I also have never gotten them to come back out to fix the problems that we had.

Because we were having the tub/shower resurfaced, he completed hooking up the valve, soldering the copper piping and got everything ready for the installation of the fixtures by offering to complete that task after the resurfacing was done. As always, everything was done neatly and completely and we couldn't be more pleased with the job. Thanks again, Brian!

It went well and he took the time to do it right.

They were fine. I spent maybe about $100 on that service. I would rate them excellent. The price was good. I will use them again and as a matter of fact I used them twice.

The instillation took much longer than estimated, which resulted in almost twiice the price estimated over the phone. Also, the sink was never seated properly onto the counter, lleaving about 1/4 inch gap. When my garbage disposal was replaced one month later (it was leaking) it was discovered that it had been put back together improperly, missing a gasket and that other pipes had not been tightened. Overall, pretty disappointing.

Do call Lange and expect good service. We are vey happy

We called both Lange Plumbing and a competitor to get estimates for a leak on the outside wall of our house. The competitor arrived first, gave us their opinion and estimate, both of which sounded unreasonable. Next the Lange plumber, Kip, arrived and gave us an idea of what he thought the issue was. His pricing was much more reasonable but the reason we actually went with his company was because he sounded much more knowledgeable than his competitor. We went ahead and scheduled the work with Lange. The schedulers were polite and courteous.Kip arrived for the appointment on time. He was very professional, worked quick, and worked in the full blazing Vegas summer sun without complaint. Best of all, he did a GREAT job. He was right on target for what he thought the issue was (which was completely different than what his competitor said!) and he fixed the leak quickly. Kip was honest, professional, and did a great job. The pricing was so much better than we thought it would be, that we had Kip also take care of a few other issues while he was here. We would definitely use Lange again and highly recommend them.

The technician, Kip (Brian K.) was professional, personable, respectful of the problem and time in which it needed to be fixed (kitchen sink leaking, so we had limited use of it--needed to be fixed w/in a day or so). My husband had already narrowed the area of the problem down, and Kip confirmed that w/o spending a lot of time to do so (as consumers know, time is money with plumbers!). Kip was very helpful in recommending the type of faucet and determining what price range would work for us. The reason for a couple ratings lower than A: I told the person I scheduled the appt with that we found out about the business on Angie's List, and asked her to please make a note that we should receive the discount. The night after the faucet was replaced I noticed the bill didn't include the Angie's List discount. I called once a week for 3 weeks asking for the discount, got excuses the 2nd and 3rd times, and finally got a response after the 3rd time when I expressed my anger instead of being courteous as I had the first two times. I will use them again and I encourage others to do so. Just be sure that the Angie's List discount appears on the bill!

Would not contact this company again.

I got them through Angie's List. They were one of the five or six highly rated companies on Angie's List. My husband and I had discussed using a tankless water heater which was certainly more expensive. The thing that I was impressed about them was that they honestly said that we would have to do certain things for the tankless water heater which would cost us even more. They also ran down the different issues that would occur if we would do it. They said that they could do it as it was one of the services that they offered but they also said that we did not need one. I basically got a lower cost option after talking to them. I am always appreciative of someone who would say that we did not need to shell that kind of money and that we should spend the regular money on a regular water heater as the newer water heaters are really coming up to the speed as far as being efficient. I appreciated that they were honest with me and did not just go for the bill to charge me an extra $500 for a tankless water heater. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The work was done at a vacant house. When I scheduled the work, I asked to be called 30-45 minutes prior to the plumber arriving at the site. On the day of service, I received a phone call from a Lange Plumbing representative who was irritated I was not at the property even though I had not been called. The representative even referenced the note on the work order requesting the phone call. Fortunately for all of us, other work men were at the property and the plumber had instant access to the site. Also when I received the call I immediately drove to the house. When I arrived, the plumber told me he did not have the part, but he had already called his office and someone was bringing him the icemaker outlet box. At the time I did not realize I was paying $98.50 per hour for the time the plumber was waiting for the part. The work site is less than two miles from a well stocked Lowe's. The part is readily available. I could have easily driven to Lowe's and purchased the part which ranges in price from $19.99 to $24.99. I was charged for two hours of work time at $98.50 per hour and was charged $52.85 for the icemaker outlet box. After the icemaker outlet box arrived the install time was less than 20 minutes. I am less concerned about the mark up for the part, because I understand marking up parts is a common method of increasing profit and I am reimbursing Lange Plumbing for the cost of stocking the part. However, I am concerned about paying for the time the plumber was waiting for the marked up part. I feel I over paid for the part twice. I do believe the work was completed in a workman like manner and I do believe the problem has been solved. Also the plumber was an excellent conversationalist. However I did not realize I was paying $98.50 per hour for the conversation. When I booked the service call I referenced the 10% discount noted on the Angie's List website. I did not receive the 10% discount on labor.

An appointment was made and Brian came on the appointed day, calling first to say he was on his way. He removed the old sink and installed the new sink, faucet and disposal. I also had him replace a bathroom basin pop-up assembly and he also replaced the natural gas quick disconnect for our BBQ grill. Everything was done neatly and professionally. Before leaving, he made sure everything was working as it should . We would definitely use Lange Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I was told the repairman would be here between 2 and 3pm. Lee arrived at 1 50pm. I showed him the faucet and demonstrated the hefty leak that appeared when the faucet was turned on, and told him how I was unable to find a replacement washer or valve stem. Lee went out to his truck, came back with a wrench, and fixed the leak in less than 2 minutes. He explained how this type of faucet had packing around the stem and all it needed was for a compression nut on the stem to be tightened - I was unaware of this. Since he used no parts and the fix was so quick and simple, Lee would not take any payment for this service - outstanding! He was out of here in less than 10 minutes.

They said they fixed whatever was wrong with my refrigerator, they said it had a couple of leaks. But in fact, they didn't diagnose one of the leaks. I assumed they had fixed it, but my refrigerator kept leaking.
