Showed up on time, performed work professionally.

Brian quickly determined the blockage was from the hall bath forward, thus impacting both it and the master bath, and beyond the reach of the toilet snakes CD's Handyman had used in a failed attempt to clear the line. He brought in a power rooter and, going in from the sink in the front bath, was able to clear the blockage in only a few minutes. After verifying that all toilets, sinks, tubs and showers were draining as they should, he departed less than 30 minutes after he arrived. The work was quick, complete and, considering what plumbers charge just to show up, reasonably priced. My only complaint was when he brought in the rooter from his truck. It was a moderately large and heavy device on two wheels, which he rolled up the drive, through the front door, across the living room and dining room, then down a hall to the guest bath. He repeated that on leaving. The problem was the rubber wheels were dirty and, while not actually leaving tracks across my light-colored carpet, did leave imprints in a few places where he had to "jump" it up or down a step or over a threshold. I was surprised that he did that with no effort to keep the device from marking the carpet. I let it go without comment because, frankly, the carpet already was in severe need of a professional post-holidays cleaning. Had it been clean, given the light color, I can only hope he would have taken more care, but I have no way of knowing. So anyone in a similar situation might want to address the issue before any such equipment is brought into their home -- a precaution that applies to any plumber or other service provider.

I called them to get an estimate about no pressure in the master shower head. I was in a hurry to get issue fixed. They said that the problem was most likely the cartridge. They said it would cost about $175.00. I received a few estimates but they were able to do it the quickest. They came out on time, did a great job and left. Though I thought it was quite expensive for the labor and the energy surcharge they charged for coming out to the house.

We had our 4-1/2 year old hot water heater fail to keep its pilot light on and finding that our new delivered and installed thermocouple failed to keep our pilot on, we contacted the manufacturer and they shipped us a new controller/thermostat unit. We decided to use Lange Plumbing, as they had very good reviews in Angie's list. We were delighted with our decision. Kip arrived in a marked vehicle within three hours of our call to Lange Plumbing and set to work examined the heater, checked that the all seals were tight and attempted to re-light the pilot. Finding this didn't work, he changed out the controller/thermostat with the new unit shipped from the manufacturer (American Water Heater Company) and presto! We had the heater warming the water. Kip cleaned up and invited me to ask any questions regarding his work, or any plumbing question in general. We are delighted with the results, having had hot water once again for these last couple weeks. Feel comfortable giving Lange Plumbing a call. We are happy with their professionalism and success in quickly addressing a plumbing issue. I've put their phone number in the heater instruction bag on the heater and on my cell phone, in case we should need their assistance in the future.

I loved the fact that they were available to send someone out right away the day I called-- especially since it was close to the holidays. Kip was friendly and helpful and not pushy to try to sell me more or something I didn't need.

They were great. They came out right away and charged me a minimal price. I did receive a discount for being an Angie's List member, which was great.

The kitchen sink backed up and would not drain on Sunday nght. I called Lange Plumbing first thing Monday morning to make an appointment. They were able to schedule an appointment that same morning. The plumber, Ralph, arrived on time, was courteous and neat. He snaked the kitchen sink out to the main line, and got rid of the clog. I asked if he could also look at the faucet which leaks. He fixed the leaky faucet quickly, and was done within about 1.5 hours. It was a great experience. The plumber was knowledgable, courteous, and tidy. I will definitely use them again and recommend them. I felt the cost was fair and reasonable, especially since I got such a quick response to my call. It was all done before I had to leave for work ! Great job!

Overall great job. Our serviceman, Lee, was professional, courteous and knowledgable. Prompt service and reasonable price.

If you need a plumber, run don't walk to call Lange. We were having a new sink and dishwasher installed and some other minor plumbing issues in the house corrected. Ralph came out to give us an estimate and it was reasonably comparable to what the store would have charged us to install the new appliances. First visit-Ralph and his helper(actually his son)came timely. Unfortunately our "new" sink was defectrive. When Ralph placed the sink it didn't fit properly. Long strory, short version-the sink was defective and had to be replaced. Ralph explained the issue to the store and they were also very responsive in getting a new one from the manufacturer. It took about two weeks due to the Thanksgiviing holiday and the aftermath of Sandy. Ralph returned today, installed the replacemwent sink, hooked up the dishwasher etc and finished up the other items on his list. In all respects he was great. Courteous, clean and appeared to be a true pro. My first Angie's list experience and it's made me a believer. Next time i have a need for a service provider, my first move will be to check Angie's list and find a provider with good overall reviews.

On thanksgiving nighty, my Garbage disposer failed. I phoned Lange plumbing friday around noon (today). I got their answering service and not too long after, Brian returned my call and I told him as best I could what was happening with my garbage disposer and drain. After speaking to Brian on the phone, I opted to purchase a new unit at Lowes. I also purchased a new faucet figuring it would be easier to replace my failing faucet now while the plumber was already at my house. Brian showed up on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

I called Lange Plumbing on Monday, 11/5/2012 to see about having a plumber come to my home to take a look at a couple of issues that had arisen after having work done by another, unlicensed, plumber. The person on the phone was extremely cordial and willing to listen to my tale of woe. I made an appointment for the next day, Tuesday, 11/56/2012 at 3:00 p.m. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Ralph, the plumber assigned to my problems about 1-1/2 hours ahead of schedule to see if I was available at that time since he had finished with his last appointment early. We met at 2:00 p.m. and by 3:30 he had dealt with my major problems and had gone on to replace two faucets and a sink as well. Ralph was extremely courteous and conducted himself in a professional manner the entire time that he was at my home. Each location that he performed work was left cleaner than before he arrived! If the need arises, I will definitely call Lange Plumbing again and specifically request Ralph to do the work. I had envisioned the job being extensive and expensive and neither was the case. I feel as though I was treated fairly and given a reasonable price for the amount of work done! Thank you Lange Plumbing and especially Ralph!

I called Lange plumbing because of the high rating in Angies List. They sent Ralph out earlier than the appointed time to install a shower handle and shower head. It turns out I ordered the wrong assembly (Moen rather then Kohler) so he couldn't replace the defective one. We chatted for a time which I found very engaging. Ralph gave me an address of a plumbing supple store where I could try and find a replacement for the defective shower handle and suggested I return the assembly I ordered on-line. Ralph did not charge me a service fee for the visit. I will definitely use Lange again and ask if Ralph is available to return to do the job.

I called them this morning and they came out two hours later. I was having a washer and dryer installed, and the installer was not able to connect the water line. I looked through the magazine that I get once a month from Angie's List and found this company on the Honor role page. He only charged me for the service call and not the full price because he was only here for three minutes. He was such a knowledgable man and was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. It was wonderful. Ralph Ferrante made the whole manageable and comfortable. I will definitely use Lange Plumbing again.

Pleasant and professional from start to finish. Provided a 2-hour window estimate of arrival time; called about 15 minutes prior to arrival. Friendly and efficient. Worked quickly and asked if there was anything else he could do. Checked on getting replacement parts for additional repairs not included in original work order; they were not available at local supply, so promised to stock them should I request additional service. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent job, at less than the estimated time and cost. Very prompt arrival. I will definitely call again next time I need plumbing work done.

. As always Lange Plumbing is on time and does the task efficiently and the work is always done to complete satisfaction. The prices are what is quoted and they do the work in as little time as possible. I have always used Brian and he is excellent, but I would think that all of their plumbers are equally good.

GREAT SERVICE, WOULD USE AGAIN.

The plumber they sent out, Darrel, was very informative and answered all our questions. He did a fantastic job and we were very impressed with him. We will most definitely use Lange Plumbing again.

It was a wonderful experience and I am so glad that I joined Angie's List.

It went great. The only hiccup was that they had trouble finding my place and then it was raining heavily by the time they got there and had to come back the next morning to replace the pipes. Once there job was complete I could not be more satisfied with their work and I think the price they charged was more than reasonable.

Lee arrived within a half hour of calling on a day when it was raining like the dickens. He made all repairs in less than an hour, including bleeding the tank from our reverse osmosis which made it work once again. He was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. What more could you ask from a plumber? We are thrilled to have a plumber again and would recommend them to anyone who ask.

On this visit, the technician adjusted the pressure regulator valve, elimination the noise. He also replaced both water valves in the laundry in a timely manner. After completing the tack, he cleaned up the area. Total cost for this job was $235.00.
