As a property manager I work hard to make sure your investment is working to bring you a maximum return, and as your agent weather you are needing management, buying or selling your home you will rarely go thru the transaction without knowing what to expect. My goal is to let all of my client feel comfortable to know that current or future investment are in good hands when you have Shirley and the GTS family helping you. Vacancy rating is at 1% and I need rental units as all my properties are FULL!! I am so positive I am what you need as a property manager that I will beat any price quote for property management that you have gotten. Description of Work: GTS took over the management of one of our rentals where we were dealing with some very difficult, borderline dishonest tenants. These tenants were dealt with in a firm but courteous and professional manner, and Shirley Ray got them back on track and paying their rent on time every month. She is simply AWESOME!!! I highly recommend Shirley Ray/GTS Management for any property management issues you may have. In fact, we're so happy with her, that we may eventually end up transferring all of our properties over to her to manage for us. Her costs are very competitive and her work ethic impeccable. Go talk to her. You'll be glad you did!!!

Description of Work: GTS manages two rental properties for me. They do a great job. They found me two very reliable tenants. I rarely hear from GTS as they handle everything. All I have to do is deposit the rent checks that show up every month!

Right after the holiday we were able to get a fine family in your home so you can start getting some of your investment back. Yaaa. She continues to me informed about the property and she does a great job with dealing with the tenants. She makes sure rent is picked up and Since I am not near, I'm glad I can count on someone to do the job and I can trust that my property is being well take care of. I will continue to use this service in the future.
