Definitely call Brian, he was really great. Brian showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment on January 16. Our motor was very loud and he gave me an estimate for the motor and was very thorough in his explanation of what was wrong with it. He also gave me options for a variable speed pump, and explained the pros and cons regarding a variable speed and regular pump. He did not pressure me into buying anything, and was very professional and patient with my questions. We scheduled a time for him to come back to do the replacements and came back on Monday morning (Jan 19) at the exact scheduled time to replace the motor and pump, he was done in about 1 1/2 hours, and spent time with us explaining how he set the electronic controls on the pump and what all the settings were for. I really appreciate Brian's honesty, and great service, and especially arriving when he said he would be coming. I will definitely use him again ( I am hoping I don't have to for awhile), and will refer him to friends and neighbors. Thanks Brian, it is really great to have such great service in this town...

It went perfectly fine. Finding somebody with Brian's level of integrity is a rarity. For those of us who own a pool and/or spa knows how valuable this can be; especially when you are in disrepair like my pool/spa were. Thanks again Brian!

The service went well. A crew of 6-7 came out and completed the job in about 3 weeks in different stages. They were all very nice and friendly. They did a great job and quality work. They were very professional and scheduling was easy.

My swimming pool pump runs automatically for about 3 hours every night in order to clean the pool and filter the water. Near the end of a cycle, a pipe fitting at the Filter Tank broke and released about 500 gallons of water into the back yard. I called Brian and we set up a time to repair it. He arrived shortly before the scheduled time with his Service Van, full of spare parts and tools. He went right to work and was done within an hour . He is very knowledgeable and a real professional in what he does. And the nice discount to Angies List members is appreciated.

Brian treats his customers with the utmost respect. He is extremely fair with his prices and service. He wants you to understand how to maintain your pool and doesn't try to push extra services on you. I've called him few times with an emergency and almost always he was able to show up the next day. His knowledge of equipment is great and all his recommendations for replacement equipment have been great. A+++++

Our pool filtration system stopped working. We called Brian and he came out immediately and diagnosed and fixed the problem. We needed a new motor and he was able to finish the job in an hour. We have used him several times and have found him reliable and knowledgable, he's our go to pool guy!

I called Brian yesterday and he was able to come out this morning. I told him how the pool pump wasn't putting out enough pressure to run our pool vacuum or the pop up system. He took apart the filter and then the motor and found the clog of leaves. He then cleaned it out and put it all back together. Then he turned the pool system back on, refilled the spa, and hooked the vacuum back up to make sure it was all working. I was very happy to have it all fixed! He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. This was the second time he has come out to help with our pool system and he definitely knows his stuff! I know who to call again if I ever have any questions or concerns. Thanks Brian and thank you for playing with my little dog too!

This guys is simply incredible; one of the best business owners I've talked to in recent memory. He provided emergency pool cleaning for me last year so I contacted him when I needed weekly cleaning. He actually turned my business down because he has as many clients as he can service and he refuses to hire more people and expand because of the possible impact it could have to customer service. It is rare, if not unheard of that a small business owner turns away business to ensure spectacular customer service. This guy deserves all the success in the world and I will use his services at the first possible opportunity.

I've been reading the reviews for Brian for a long time, and have asked him to be my pool guy multiple times, but he's just too busy. He's also recommended several other services in the past of which all were very professional and great pricing. So I had no issues coming to him, knowing that he'll give me the Angie's List discounts and take care of me. We come to find out that the pool lighting he can't work on, but refers me to an electrical outfit that he recommended. I'm giving them a try so will see how that works out. The pool filters were quoted at around $300 or so depending on the size of the filter, but since it was a larger filter, it would have been somewhere around $325. I believe if you go to the local pool store, you can probably get these for somewhere around $200-250+ total IF you run into a sale and are lucky with the timing. So including labor, it was very fair when he asked for the $295 ($5 was for a deteriorated O-ring). I'm definitely assuming that the price drop from the quote was from the Angie's List discount by the way. The guy is a stand-up fellow and straight up with his work. He'll always tell you what's wrong and not take you for a spin, of which I've had actually several bad experiences with pool people. Will always come back to Brian for assistance with anything pool related and I welcome others to try him out too.

Pump was losing pressure due to an air leak. I called Brian and asked him if he could make it out to Henderson since he usually services pool in the north part of town. He said he could make it in two days. He arrived on time and was working on the pump valves before I even got out of the house. He replaced all the O-rings in the valve and tested the system. Everything was working okay. Nice to have someone who knows exactly what to do and how to do it. Thanks Brian.

It was very easy to get in touch with Brian and he was able to come help us out within just 1 to 2 days. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Our pool was green so Brian talked with us about chemicals and what needed to be done. He gave us an estimate for acid wash of pool and hot tub, new filters, manifold, and chlorinater gauge. Brian returned a few days later and did the job. He was very friendly, outgoing, and informative. We will definitely call Brian again

I moved into my home last Oct (13). My home had a pool and since I had never had a pool before, I searched Angie's list for a recommended provider. Brian's Deep End-Able was one on the list. I chose him simply because of the number of good reviews he had. As luck would have it, he has been A+ in my book. First he arrived at my home and went through all the valves and gauges explaining how the systems: pool pump, filter and solar heater worked. Then he inspected everything, replaced a non functional valve, tested the water and added the chemicals to balance the pool water. His fees were well worth the education he provided me, not to mention the work he did. A few weeks later I noticed the solar was leaking so I phoned Brian and he gave me a name of a person I could trust to look at the problem. Again I thank my lucky stars because the person who Brian suggested was top notch as well....(he tightened a few hose clamps and charged me nothing for his work and only a portion of the service call because he said he was in the neighborhood already). How honest is that? Since that time I have relied on Brian several times. He replaced a pop-up head in the pool, braving the cold water in winter! The pump stopped working, I called Brian. He came right out and even had the proper start capacitor with him. He told me from my description of the problem he thought that would fix it. It did. Next, the gauge on the top of the pump filter started leaking. Brian told me that if he came out he would have to charge a service fee and that the fix in this problem was easy and that I could do it. He told me over the phone where to go purchase the gauge and how to fix it saving me a service fee. I went on vacation and left the pool pump off. When I returned, the pool looked like a farm pond. I cleaned all the debris out of the pool and added chlorine shock (twice), poured in a half gallon of bleach and still the chlorine level was 0. I couldn't get the pool water to balance. Again I phoned Brian. And again, over the phone he told me the problem. Clean the filters because the algae in the water most likely had clogged the filter and was killing the chlorine before it could do any good in the pool water. Again, he was right on. Now, for all those times that Brian guided me over the phone as to what to do, he could have simply made a service call to the house and charged me a fee. But he is like a friend one would call to ask advise. Thank you Brian, I'm sure I'll have more problems and you will be the one I call. If you are searching for a pool guy, Brian is HIGHLY recommended by me.

I was under pressure from Code Complience to drain my pool and Brian knew it. I feel he overcharged me because of that. $500 to drain and clean a pool is a little excessive.

I used my friends Angie's List account to find someone to work on my pool at a house I just purchased. The past pool service provider stopped three weeks before I moved in and my pool was trashed. I called several Angies List pool service providers and Brian was the first to call me back and we set an appointment for the next day. I had two other appointments for an estimate and one didn't show and the other was about $40 less then Brian...but I went with my gut and agreed to have Brian do the work. The very next day he had my pool dropped by and drained my pool and explained the whole process. At 6:30 sharp the next day him and a helper showed up and went straight to work. Brian worked with his helper to start acid washing the pool and then he started on putting in the new pump and filter cartridges. They are a well oiled team. About the same time Brian was finishing up his work, his helper was finishing up the acid wash. The plaster looked like new again in the pool and spa and my new pump looked great and he even painted the plumbing pipe around the equipment. He started on filling the pool and we discussed payment. I settled up with him on his word he would return when the pool was filled and do the start up and show me how the new variable speed pump worked. True to his word...he came back after I called him two days later and spent an hour with me starting up the pool and giving me instructions on how the new pump works. I mention the payment part partial because I saw in one of his last reviews that a client was upset because he was expecting payment infull before the job was 100% complete. I see there view, but seriously the guy trusts us enough not to ask for any money up front and (at least in my case) he had $1500 in just parts already installed. He is the one with over 250 reviews and before he leaves asks to be paid....got to trust a guy like that...he trusted me to install it all with no money up front and just asked me to trust him to come back to finish the remaining 5%. I really like Brian and his helper. Both of them were polite and down to earth. I wont hesitate to refer him out or to use him again. Thanks Brian! We have used the pool every day since you have left!

Brian does not have the ability to clean calcium from tile, which in my case was not necessary, but I found this surprising that he could not do it. Arrived on time for first appointment to survey and quote work. Arrived the next day to begin draining pool on time. Got the drain started OK. Was scheduled to start the acid wash at 6 AM the following morning, but did not arrive until almost 7 AM. The pool had a significant algae problem which the tech really struggled to get clean. The tech had to speak his boss several times to make sure he was doing the job right. In the end the pool plaster got clean with moderate wear to the quartz plaster finish. This is only the second acid was in the pools 15 year life. Brian replace the pool light for which I was charged $120. I don't feel this was a reasonable charge, but Brian told me he usually charged $150. i added this to his work as an afterthought, since the pool was drained making the work simpler. After the pool was refilled, Brian and his tech returned to commission the pool. He added chemicals to treat and balance the water. He quoted $275 to replace the cartridge filters which really needed replacing. the tech misidentified the size so the actual bill for the cartridges turned out to be $320. My suggestion to you is to get all quotes in writing and hold him to them. Also, since he is based out of North Las Vegas, he does not want to do service on this side of the valley. in part I chose him so that if he did a good job, I would want to keep him on for the service. Angie's List showed him to have more service calls in this part of town than any of the other highly rated poll guys. In the final analysis, the work was satisfactory. Cost was slightly higher than comparable companies. Not equipped to remove calcium scale from tile.

Initially everything went fine but Brian was very arrogant and abrasive. This was our first time using Angies list so we overlooked his personality and hoped is work was as indicated. We have no complaints about his work, the pool looked better than it had after it was first installed. Our main complaint is that he wanted to be paid before the pool was completely full and at that time we didn't know if everything he installed actually worked. Everything is working fine and we are happy with the products. It was also nice that everyone spoke English. We would not use him again. We will try someone else from the list.

Brian is a good pool guy. He has good prices and has the knowledge needed to do things right. He is pretty easy to get ahold of and pretty personable. Overall I'd recommend him.

I called Brian's pool service because my pool pump wasn't working. He answered the phone himself and said he would come by in an hour. He actually came by in about 40 minutes, looked at the pump, and accurately diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He took the pump apart and found a broken plastic ring around the impeller that was keeping the pump from working. He went to a pool supply store and returned in an hour with the necessary parts. He repaired the pump, and it has been working perfectly ever since then. I was impressed with his knowledge and his attitude. He was completely professional, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend his pool service company and have already called him to drain my pool since the water in it is 12 years old and very full of dissolved solids like calcium making the water extremely hard.

We bought a house with a green pool. Contacted brian because of the review on Angie's list and boy are they all right! Brian is the best pool guy I've ever used!!! He was so nice! He went above and beyond in customer service. He kept us updated on his progress and gave us a lesson in how to maintain and service our equipment. Thanks Brian !

Wow! All I can say is wow. I called Brian at 10:30am and my pool is up and running at noon! Very prompt, strait forward and honest! Told me what I needed and most important, ddn't need! Very refreshing in Las Vegas

I called Brian in the morning, and he fit me into his schedule that day with other clients in the area. He was polite, prompt, and very fast about his work. Once diagnosed, he went and retrieved the part replacement and returned quickly. He also showed me a few tricks to maintaining my 20-year old filter system, which was really awesome. Pool is back up and running correctly. I will definitely give him a call again when I have a problem, rather than try to fight with the system myself.
