Fantastic!!! My pool hasn't looked so good for years. Very personable guy who was very punctual and explained everything he and his partner will do. First day, started the pool draining, Second day, did the job,started the refill and cleaned up thoroughly. Since I was going to do the startup chemicals, he reduced his price by $50.00. I would rehire him in a heartbeat second.....

It went great, he did all the work in record time. He was punctual and kind to my dogs. He explained everything and showed no signs of frustration after answering many stupid questions. He cleaned up around the installation. He even explained the operation of the system and the warranty in detail. I would recommend him to anyone needing similar work. Very professional!

As always, showed up on time, finished as expected. Explained the process of the new equipment well. Answered all my detailed questions with patience.

Brian was very professional, prompt and friendly. He replaced my old pump with a variable speed motor, I also elected to change the filter at that time. The filter which I was told by several past repair companies was too small for the pool. Brian didn't push selling me the variable speed but just informed me of my options. He replaced them quickly and no problems with the new motor now, can't even hear it while standing next to it. I'm very happy with this company and will definitely use them in the future for all my pool needs.

Brian was very responsive on the phone and making an appointment. He was willing to make some do-it-yourself checks I could do on my own and still needed his expertise. Once the problem was discovered, he gave all the options on solving it... from cheap to expensive solutions. I plan on using Brian again if I get stumped on why my pool isn't working properly.

Brian came and immediately worked to see what was going on with our pool spa. He did several trips to the store to get us what we needed. He was very professional and had the work done on the same day even when his car broke down (had his wife pick him up). He gave us a fair price and did not hesitate to help us figure out how to change colors on our pool light. He did a great job. We will call him again for other Pool matters.

Brian is a self-employed, independent pool service provider. He was prompt, plain spoken, frank and did quality work, on time, according to his commitment. I like the idea of using an independent workman where the worker receives all the benefits of his work without a middle man/manager taking a cut. Brian is knowledgeable and honest about the work needed and did no up-sell. And if he can't beat the store prices like, say, for a variable speed pump, he will refer you to NPS or other supplier who can do the work for less. I will continue to call Brian for all my pool needs.

My Pool pump stopped working. Leslie wanted me to pay over $2,000 for a new system. I called Brian to see if he could install a replacement motor. I called Brian on Sunday afternoon and he diagnosed my problem over the phone and told me how I can fix it myself for about $20. I will definitely use Brian again!

Brian the owner actually beat me to my in laws home, and I was 20 minutes early. He met my father in law and made him feel at ease. He showed him how to control the flow of the pool through the skimmer and bottom drain and how to adjust the levels in the spa and pool itself. He repaired a few worn out seals and set the timer for the pool to be cleaned, He also advised my father in law on how to get the most bang for the buck and not waste too much energy. He repaired the pool vac with parts we had lying around and with parts he provided ( very inexpensively I might add ) and told us the best way to keep it from surfacing and dropping pressure. He checked the levels in the pool and advised my father in law on how to keep it cleanest during the summer and winter. Brian did all of this for an amazingly low price. He was cheerful and patient even though it was searing hot that day and he was getting a million questions thrown at him. I wouldn't want to hire anyone else for the job.

Brain answered the phone when I called to make the appointment. He was professional and an early riser. We were able to make the appointment for 5:30 a.m. on a Monday! He was on time, he quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the pump and for less than we were expecting. He was polite. He was quick.

iFirst of all, Brian answered his phone and was the only pool service who did in the week of the 4th of July. Our pump had stopped working and the pool had been still for two days and was really dirty and hot. Brian was 10 minutes early to our appointment and he quickly found that the problem was a result of the negligence of our previous pool providers not ever cleaning the filters. What seemed like a metric ton of debris came out and the pump immediately began working. Because he lives on the North side of town, he doesn't take clients in the Southwest, but he was kind enough to call his friends while he was at my house who run a pool service on this side of town. They are now our pool service and are as great as Brian. He taught me more about my pool in 20 minutes than any other professional I had called in the 12 years we've had our pool. Three cheers for Brian!

Fixed my spa water from lowering when pump is off (he identified and fixed it in about 5 minutes!). Also, he noticed the in-pool cleaner jets were not working properly (not part of my original call) and took the next 45 minutes investigating and detecting where the problem was. Finally--after taking the actuator apart several times attempting to fix it--he determined it could not be fixed and then replaced it with a new one immediately. My pool cleaner now works great! First, Brian responded to my call at 7am the very next morning . Besides correcting my original issue, Brian took the extra time to investigate and fix the other problem with my cleaner jet actuator--an extra 45 minutes addressing my additional problem that was not on his schedule. There was never any mention of schedule conflicts or rushing to get to the next appointment--he just focused on the problem and moved efficiently toward resolution. Brian is very knowledgeable, personable efficient and reasonably priced.

We vetted several pool service options before we went with Brian's company. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Any time we have needed Brian's assistance he has been available. Today was a perfect example of his excellent customer service, we received an immediate response. Brian takes the time to explain what is needed and why. He does his best to get us the best deal on any parts we need.

Outstanding service! Our pool motor quit after we added chemicals to the pool. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, Brian answered his phone immediately and was at our place within half an hour. Based on our description over the phone, he brought the proper equipment and replacement parts for what he thought was wrong with the motor. Turned out that he was right, and he had our motor fixed within minutes. Thankfully, we had our freshly added chemicals circulating again and not eating a hole in our pool lining! We'd definitely use Brian's services again.

Another A+ for Angie's List! I called Brian the day before he came over...other's were quite a few days out. Brian showed up promptly on time. [I forgot I had met him about 7 yrs. ago when we first installed our pool and he gave me instruction on the do's and don'ts.] He went to the valves to make sure they were working and even showed me that they were in pretty good condition (yeah, no parts needed). He then went through all of the equipment to double check, explaining to me what does what (I like that). Good new is that it appears everything is in working order (my spa was low on water in the mornings). It could of been a rock or object or worse case a leak.... He told me if I had the same problem to be sure to give him a call and he would come right back out. He gave me a trick to check the water level for future too. Yes, I would most certainly call him again!

Just wanted to send a shout-out to Brian and his Deep End-Able Pool Service. We were out of town for the holiday weekend and upon our return we found Brian at our house performing our weekly maintenance. Brian discovered that our auto-fill valve had broke and he had a replacement on his truck, which saved us substantial money and potential damages from the unrestricted flow of water into our pool. Thank you Brian (ad staff) for your attention to duty and professionalism!

Brian was at my home in less than an hour when I placed my call - he was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes - friendly and responsive at a fair price.

Brian arrived promptly as agreed assesed my pools needs and frankly told me what he could do. My pool was not getting the attention I was paying for nor were the chemicals correct for it's needs requiring an acid wash to repair some of the damage the rest was unfortunately in the plaster and unfixable but the stains the algae etc was successfully treated. At no time did I feel pressured with add on services and more importantly he was frankly honest about what he felt would work and wouldnt an what he was going to do. Having been on the recieving end of less that forth coming pool services in the past I appreciated not only him keeping me informed every step of the way he also showed me what he was doing as he was doing it. I appreciated the honesty and committment to doing a good job for the money paid. I appreciated his work ethic and professionalism as well as integrity so much his co. now provides me with monthly pool service. I can not recommend enough if you want to sleep at night and not worry whether you are getting your money's worth for services provided. Thank you Brian for restoring my faith.

Brian did an exceptional job of explaining what he had to do because proper servicing hadn't been done as had been suspected. He agreed to show up very early in the morning so I could get to work at a reasonable time. He was there early as promised, walked through all that needed to be done, ordered parts and did not boost the price of the replacement parts to me. The parts and repairs were done very quickly. No mess was left, he was so pleasant to talk with, even found a significant connection between his family and ours back in the Chicago area. He recommended a local pool service in our area for future needs as he works mostly in N. Las Vegas and we are in Henderson. Brian is stellar, did a wonderful job, was very dependable and pleasant. Brian did an excellent job. His price was fair (we got 3 estimates) and he was on time and very informative. The subs he referred us to also did great work. We have hired Brian in the past based upon Angie's List recommendations and would definitely use him again.

I called Brian and he arrived the same day to give me an estimate. He was at my house within 30 minutes. My pool had gone to algae h*** because when I purchased the house 2 years ago, we inquired as to how long the pool had been there and how long had it gone between drains. I could never get an answer on that so I assumed that the water had been in there over the recommend time to drain it. The algae build up was starting to become more aggressive. I have a small 8500 gallon pool and when Brian walked in and saw the pool he immediately said "525.00" Sure enough he came in while my trees were being cut down the next day(Tues) and started the draining procedure, On Wednesday I was at work and my wife called and said that he had started at 0900 by the time I got home (around 1:30) the pool was spotless and he had started the water fill. He cleaned my filter and told me to call him once the pool was full and he would do the chemical service. I also asked him about getting a new variable speed pump. He gave me a recommendation that absolutely panned out and I got that done two days later. My pool is now sparkling and my power bills are about to be cut down considerably.
