Deuce's Pool Service

Called 7 different pool services Ivan was the only one to call back and was at my home in a couple of hours was here 5 min and fixed my problem for no charge. How many people do that? I had every thing set and ready to go I could not get the band around the filter to not leak just had pool replastered 2 days before. I give him an AAAAA+++++ he saved my day He will be the only one I will ever call for any pool service again.

Ian also worked well with a pool replaster company when I had my pool replastered.

Everything is working perfectly and as advertised. Ian provided comprehensive training on the new pump and offered advice to help keep the pool clean and vacuum in good repair. We ended up hiring Ian as our permanent pool service provider. His monthly rate is 10% lower than our previous provider and he spends at least twice the time per week servicing the pool.

Filter was disassembled without shutting the pump off. When the timer went on the entire backyard became flooded. Ian did not want to take responsibility for this, so I deducted the additional $50 water bill usage from his service. Proper experience would have prevented this! Also damage was done on kitchen solar screen window from the cleaning pole and Ian the Owner just defends his assistant stating that if you didn't see it occur and he said he didn't do it, then I'm not responsible! Who would do business with a service that refuses to be responsible after almost a year! I suggest an intelligent person think twice and look elsewhere for quality, responsible pool services.

Ian is a very friendly and professional pool service company owner. Deuce's Pool Service is a quality company here in the Vegas Valley. Ian was on time and is one of the few people in Vegas who keeps his word and is accountable for his work. He was able to clear my pool of the algae and the water is crystal clear! He did the perfect job of putting in the right amount of chemicals as to clear the water and not hurt the pool itself. He explains procedures and the strategy with the pool and arrives each time either a bit early or exactly on time like he schedules. A very dependable and smart guy who I appreciate helping me keep the pool in good working order!

It went really well. He's a really nice guy. Responded quickly to my quote, was punctual, and professional. He also gave us lots of hints on how to deal with our type of pool (we are new pool owners - 4 years) and we relied on another pool company who was just way expensive and wanted to sell us lots of services we did not require. His price was right and the quality of his work is impressive. He is now our new pool guy. He also gave us a discount b/c we are members with Angie's List. So nice to deal with people who have a good work ethic. Will hire him again for sure.

Ian showed up right on time and did a great job. He does my weekly maintenance now and is terrific

He responded fast, got the job done fast,and most importantly, it was done right. He even painted the new piping to match the existing piping. Since then, I hired him to maintain my pool as well.

Ian was great, came over multiple times and was on time every time. I called him to have the pool drained and acid washed because I was told by a pool store it needed an acid wash. He came over and explained that my pool did not need an acid wash, it just needed to be drained and refilled with new chemicals. While he was there he noticed my pool pump was leaking and he explained that if I had a home warranty they should cover that. So he saved me money on my pool pump seal and the acid wash by not talking me into stuff I did not need. Service was great.

Extremely well. Pool is always sparkling and service is dependable. Since I am not able to be there when the service is done, I have to rely on Deuce's dependability, thoroughness and integrity. I have now used them for more than 4 months and am very pleased with the service.

Ian was very professional, kind, patient and on time. Once the air leak was located he re-plumbed the pipe and it solved the problem. I would recommend Ian to all of my clients, friends and family...

The job was done very promptly and efficiently at a reasonable price. Our weekly pool service person had quoted us a very high price to correct the problems. Deuces's Service person did both jobs for less than half the price. We liked him so much, we asked if he would take over our weekly service. Unfortunately for us, his schedule was already full. We will definitely call him for any maintenance issues in the future.

I thought my pump was broken, it wasn't, but he came out scheduled the pump & taught me about my pool & pool maintenance. Very helpful:)

Pool pump failed on 07/07/16, contacted Ian @ Deuces the following morning. Ian was able to come by to assess the problem within a couple hours. He examined the equipment and completed his diagnosis quickly. He stated he would get the parts and be back on 07/09/16. Later in the day he told me he had the parts and would be here Saturday morning around 9:00 am. He texted me at 8:20 to let me know he was on his way and would arrive in 15 minutes. Within a half-hour of his arrival, the pump was fixed and running.

Ian was prompt, courteous, and explained everything including other repair options. Once I decided on the repair, he was prompt and got the fixed accomplished as he advertised. I would definitely use him again.

I called Deuce's Pool Service on a Friday afternoon in a panic after the lid blew off my pump tank (I plead guilty to user error). I spoke to the owner, Ian, and walked him through what happened. We arranged for him to come early the next morning to evaluate the situation. Fortunately the only casualty was the pressure gauge, which Ian went and purchased and installed. He gave me some much needed pool care advice/education and told me to call him if I ever had any questions, which I did take him up on. As new to Nevada and pool ownership it was nice and reassuring to have someone go beyond the job-at-hand. I plan to have Deuce do annual fall/spring equipment service and have them drain/refill the pool next winter.

Did an amazing job!!!!!!!! Ian was prompt and great to work with went out of his way to help me.. My pool has never looked so great.. So we also are having him do monthly service.. I am so glad that I found him and will continue to use his services.. Again I can't tell you how happy I am. He does not overcharge or push for more expensive things he doesn't upsell. I have a huge pool don't know how he does what he does for such a great price.. and also a great outcome.. Would surely recommend him and his service.. Thank you Ian and your team for a great job..
