I told Brian the day that he came out to give me an estimate on getting our pool ready (we had just closed on the house) that because of his Angie's List reviews, I didn't bother calling anyone else to come out. (My husband got on to me for saying this, as most people would have taken advantage of my ignorance and price gauged us! lol) I had multiple companies bidding on our landscaping, yard work, etc, but with the pool, I knew I wanted to work with him. Brain came out on the day and time we agreed upon and basically performed all the work when we weren't home. He left all of the old parts and the new packaging there at the house so that I could see what was replaced. He was very informative and patient with me since my husband and I are new pool owners and do not have a clue of what we needed to do. Since then, I have had a pool light remote stop working and a duck, who decided to take a dip in my pool and Brian was prompt in responding to both incidents. I have hired Deep-endable Pool Service for my monthly maintenance; which is $130/month. Is it a little more than the other "pool guys"? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. I feel very comfortable with Brian and his guys. Brian is easy to work with, he is a professional in his industry, and I would highly recommend him. I feel since I was able to find Brian and all of his reviews here on Angie's List, I owe it to him and the other subscribers to take the time to write this review.

Brian is amazing. I would hire him again in the future. He fit me in quickly and did a great job while he was here. My pool pump wasn't working and he fixed it. He also took the time to teach me how to use my new pool vacuum. He is really as good as all of his reviews say. Call him today if you have any pool issues!

Brian was extremely responsive to my call and provided a quote the same day; warned me that some of the dirt etching in the bottom of the pool might not come out; he and his helper came on the day / time we arranged; acid washed / cleaned the pool (removed all of the etching w/out damaging the plaster); cleaned the filter and re-filled and re-balanced the pool (chemicals); He gave me tips / shortcuts on how to maintain and clean the pool (extremely helpful). He was very forthright and very courteous. He even honored the Angie's list discount after quoting his original agreed to price (I mentioned it when he was writing up the bill and he reduced the bill accordingly).

I thought that my pump motor had burned out and needed replacement. I called Brian immediately because we had used him before and were totally satisfied with his service and professionalism. He quoted a price to replace the motor which was very fair. Since we had used Brian before, he came to the house when we were not at home, looked at the motor, determined that it was not bad and that all we needed was a new capacitor. His honesty saved me over $300.00!

They did a great job, and he referred me to another guy called Mike’s Pool Repair Inc. for what he could not do. He was very good.

Brian did an excellent job. The Pool took 12 hours to drain. He started the draining and left, after giving us information on what to expect as the drain process completed. Upon returning the next morning, he vacuumed out the remaining water in the bottom of the pool and spa and then acid washed the entire pool and spa interior walls. Extra care was taken to clean all of the nooks and crannies on the pool stairs and to scrub all of the inlet valves in both the pool and spa. The in-pool lights were difficult to change but he set to work and got both of them changed out. Brian prides himself on doing superior work and he completely met our expectations for the pool cleaning. What I didn?t expect was that cleaning the pool filters and adding chemicals would be part of the service so I was delighted when that was included in the work. Our pool is 30 years old and Brian told us that it was going to need re-plastering in the near future. He gave us a ballpark estimate of what it might cost as well as tips on how to get the best price. Bottom line, when he was finished our pool was sparkling clean and looked beautiful (see before and after pictures). His company is highly recommended. We will definitely use Brian?s service for our future pool cleanings.

Brian came the same day I called for help. He was helpful, courteous, and efficient. He gave me a totally reasonable estimate, and promised to work asap. It was not an easy job. He owns his own business, and he does a superb job. He came out the day after he inspected it, and suggested some things we might be able to do in the future. The next day, there was a problem, and he came right over to correct the issue. He recommended other companies that could solve an issue with my solar panels.

I had an excellent experience with Brian from the very beginning. He came out to assess a pool that was empty for several months to a year at a house I just purchased. He was able to reassure me that the pool would come out looking great and explained everything in detail on what he would do to get it up on going along with a reasonable quote of what it would cost. We got Brian's Deep End-Able Pool Service from Angie's List and we use them all the time for our pool and they are very good. They come every week for cleaning services. They are dependable and the pool is clean when they leave.

We have contracted with Brian since November of 2012. As new pool owners, we needed a lot of guidance in pool maintenance. Brian shared his knowledge with us every step of the way. Every phone call was answered promptly, every worry and concern was discussed with us at length until he was sure we understood. Since we have had Brian doing our pool service for the past 9 months our pool has never looked so good. Jeremy does a great job every week cleaning and checking on everything. Brian is easy to get in contact with and returns calls promptly. When our Hayward naigator was no longer operating he gave us the choice to repair it or replace it with a pool cleaner he suggested. We replaced the navigator with a much better pool cleaner at a great price. Brian is professional, fair in his pricing and always available.

We left a message in Brian's cell phone and he called us back within minutes. He stopped by on the day he said he would, confirmed his quote, and from then on he came on the date and time he said he would (sometimes a bit earlier, which we appreciated). He did all the work by himself and left the pool spotless. We are very satisfied with his work.

I noticed the problem late afternoon on a Wednesday, Brian said he would be out Friday morning between 8:30-9:30. He was here before 8:30, identified the problem immediately, had to make 2 stops and 4 calls to find the part, but returned and within the hour the repair was made. After he turned the equipment back on, we noticed a leak in another pipe, He again, identified the problem and had the part in his truck to repair it. I had already paid him prior to finding the small leak and he said no additional charge. Brian was very professional and courteous, I asked many questions and he was patient and extremely helpful. Just replaced our old pool repair company with Brian permanently.

Brian was awesome!! My pool motor would turn on but it was grinding and the cleaner wasn't moving. I was leaving on Vacation the next week and needed someone here quick. I called Brian, he immediately answered his phone. I expected i'd need to make an appointment at least, but Brian was at my house in 1/2 hour! After looking at it he knew that air was escaping from somewhere and there was no air pressure to kick the cleaner on. He went and got a new lid first in case it was escaping from there. It was in bad shape. We let it set until the next morning when the timer was to go off and see if that was the "fix". Brian wanted me to let him know 1st thing. It wasn't the fix so I called him and he came right back over. My unit is 17 years old but Brian said he wanted to rule out all the inexpensive possibilities before even thinking about replacing it. I was so relieved because with going on vacation I didn't have the money for a new pool pump right then. He suggested replacing all the rubber seals on the pump (a GO KIT). He went and bought one, brought it back and that was it. It worked! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! Thank you Brian!!!

I phoned DAY BEFORE for an estimate of replacing a pool pump. The NEXT MORNING he was able to stop by to give me a free estimate. Upon Brian's arrival he immediately handed me his business card (professional gesture I don't often see). He turned on pool equipment from the Control Panel and from the sound he heard he thought I might not need the pump replaced. He wanted to TROUBLE-SHOOT FIRST. So he replaced the CAPACITOR and the PUMP BEGAN TO OPERATE! I am grateful to Brian for saving me the cost of a new pump. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM! Oh, and at the present time, he has a "discount on service calls" coupon. (I neglected to print the coupon to take advantage of the offer. So I mention it now in hopes that others may save even more money). Bottom line. I will continue to use Brian's services for my pool service needs.

Brian was a pleasure to work with. He came out the same day to inspect my leaking pool pump. He discovered that the casing was cracked and gave me the option of replacing the entire unit with a more efficient as opposed to continuing the problematic patch job that had been done by a less forthcoming company. Brian installed the new unit a couple of days later and I am quite happy with the replacement.

Now, I have Brian doing my weekly pool chemical treatments. The pool has never looked cleaner, fresher. For those of us amateur pool owners who thought that we could maintain PH, and such, let Brian show how its done.

Brian came at the appointed time and got right to work. he did all that was required plus more. Very professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and gave me updates when I came outside to check. He had to do more work than he initially thought because the height of the pool was above that of the pumps.etc and had to drain the pool about 10 inches or so to put in a check valve so the Jacuzzi wouldn't drain after the pump stopped. I am thinking it took him about 4 hours of nonstop work to get it all done. He even spray painted the replacement parts to make it match. His work was clean and he seemed to enjoy what he did. Very pleasant to work with and answered all our questions. We were very impressed with his knowledge and skill. We will recommend him to anyone we know in need of pool help.

Service did not go so smoothly. First, took several messages to get Brian to call me back. When he did, he was very nice and professional. He was at my house on time and pointed out several problems that needed to be fixed. I agreed and he returned later that day with the parts and completed the repairs (I thought). Within a few days I realized the part and install I had payed for did not fix the leaky jacuzzi valve so I called Brian to tell him. He apologized and told me he would be out within a few more days to try to figure the problem out. It has been 3 weeks, and not a peep. I now need to call in another service. I know he is one of the busiest pool services in Las Vegas for good reason, but I feel a bit cheated.

I found Brian here on Angie's list and hired him to do two separate pool inspections on properties that I was looking into purchasing. A typical home inspector here in Vegas will do a basic inspection of pool equipment for an additional fee, however, I don't believe that they have the in depth knowledge to fully evaluate a pool and considering the potential cost of repairing undetected defects in a swimming pool, I decided that it would be money well spent to hire a pool professional to perform the inspections. Brian was exactly the guy I was looking for. He showed up right on time on both occasions. He exhibited in depth working knowledge of all aspects of the pool equipment and water quality, giving me great insight into the condition of the existing pool equipment and also a clear idea of how well it had been maintained in the past. He pointed out potential areas of concern, as well as repairs and upgrades that had been performed. There were structural questions concerning both pools which Brian admitted would be better addressed by a pool builder or structural engineer...he didn't try to diagnose issues outside of the scope of his training...this is the mark of a true professional. He was extremely thorough and provided me with exactly what I was looking for: a solid understanding and familiarity with my potential new pool. Brian provided this with a completely professional approach. He let me know about other services that he offered but never tried to upsell me on anything. He gave me his prices for work that the pools would need and then left it alone. No pressure. At one of the properties Brian was inspecting, the seller of the house was being rude to Brian and myself. I was concerned that it could get ugly, but Brian remained cool and professional the entire time. After the inspection, I apologized to Brian about the home sellers attitude and Brian just said that it wasn't a big deal and that whatever negativity the guy had going on had nothing to do with him. I thought Brian was really great and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or to recommend his services to my friends and family.
