Timely in responding to things like pump leaks, and gave fair pricing for labor and materials.

They're not the cheapest pool company and we used them for approximately one year. We were never aware that they don't service pools for two weeks in December. I believe that should have been fully disclosed in writing upon using there services. While, the service is not bad, it's not the best either. In the course of a year I must have seen 2-3 different techs and never knew who was the person coming. That part doesn't even bother me. I cancelled my service with them last month because of a letter jammed in my door from the owner Brian, basically soliciting tips for his workers. That p***** me off...because I know a technician had to have been behind it, especially coming home from a long day at work to see that letter on my floor. I pay for a service...now I'm being hustled for tips too?! It's completely unprofessional and if someone wanted to tip the tech, believe me they'd find a way to do it. We've cancelled since this left a bad taste in our mouth and have now used another company, but sadly I won't come back nor support a place that does this kind of crap to there customers.

Brian and his team has done a great job with our pool. He recommended a pool vacuum early on last year and it has performed very well. Our pool pump is acting up and I called him this morning. He will be out today to look at it. I trust his expertise, judgement and skills to get it repaired or replaced.

I hired his referral that made time that day to meet with us. Jerry from Tropical Oasis pools was very honest and had amazing photos of his work. Thank you Brian for being so honest and pointed me to the right direction..

Brian was able to point me in the right direction for the pool problem I was having. He even offered tips to help avoid service calls in the future.

Brian helped me locate a suction leak in my pool system. I had a hard time finding it and I finally called him for help. He found it right away and his charge was very fair and reasonable. I trust him and would call him again.

Called Brian 12/13/13 at 8AM, told him of my concerns as to my pool pump not running at night. He was very nice and gave me a window of time that he would be at my house...the same DAY! He arrived within that time. I told him what was and wasn't happening with my pool pump. He looked everything over, the pump was in good condition however he wasn't sure as to why it would not run with the cold weather..the pump is approx. 5 yrs. old, Pentair. He then did some homework on his cell and then called the rep. from Pentair (I tried to call them and got nowhere)...BAM...got the answer! I appreciate his knowledge and HONESTY! He showed me what to do, when to do it, how to do it...Pool School. He could of said I needed a new pump and I would have never known....I'm sure this is why Brian has so many A's on his Angies List. Much thanks Brian...I know who I will call should a pool problem arise.

I contacted Brian because of his excellent rating on Angie's list and he proved that the A rating is well deserved. He was prompt, professional and efficient. On top of that, he was a very nice guy. The pool was drained when he did his installation so he was not able to test everything out. Once the pool was filled and the pump was turned on we found a small leak. He was here within just a few hours the same day and had that fixed. I was also looking for someone to do the regular pool maintenance and we are outside his service area for that but he recommended someone else and they have turned out to be great.

He arrived on time checked everything and adjusted the valves which were the only problem showed me information. I was very satisfied with his help .

Bought pipe parts, repaired leak and installed new pipe and installed new pool cleaner. Pool works great. Timely, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and very helpful. Grateful for the good service; hard to find. Will definitely use again for pool service needs.

Brian did an excellent job, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted me in getting another issued resolved with a 3rd party regarding my solar heater. He was punctual and took pride in his work.

It went great! I only wish I had been there to ask a few more questions regarding our pool's automated systems, but I'm sure Brian would lend advice over the phone anytime. I would definitely use him again in the future. He provided great info on the servicability of the pool and when we should look at changing the water and getting the surface repaired.

Brian took the pump apart and we discovered that the only problem was that the empeller was jammed with leaves. After cleaning the leaves out everything worked perfectly. I also told Brian that the waterfall over the spa always had an "anemic" flow. He discovered that the pool/spa labels on the pipes connected to the Jandy valve were reversed. By readjusting the valve to the correct position it has now given us a full waterfall effect we hadn't seen in years. I was very pleased with Brian's work. He only charged me for a service call. He answers the phone himself, returns calls and was prompt. I will definitely use Brian again when any pool problem arises.

I had a leak problem in my pool and with the advice of Angie's List I chose to call Brian for help. Brian listened to my problem and referred me to another Angie's List provider, Leak Terminators. No costs and fast service. I like Brian. The thing that I liked most was that Brian is active in Angie's List. He reads the input and adds his point of view. To Brian it's a two way street. Brian was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed talking with him even though he couldn't help me with cleaning my above the ground pool.

I've been using the company's services for several months, and it has been great. Brian and his team are very responsive, do excellent work, and charge very competitive rates. I was really impressed one time when Brian, himself, came over immediately to remove leaves from the bottom of the pool so that a leak could be found and repaired.

He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came up with some very helpful ideas. He was not able to perform the work but he referred me to a pool inspection specialist. I appreciated his service, as he un-selfishly shared information to get me in the right hands.

Brian arrived on time and immediately set to work. I have never owned a pool so he patiently explained the workings of the system, i.e. the proper position of the valves, how to use the skimmer and vacuum. He tested and added chemicals to the pool to bring it to proper balance. Two valves were not working so he went to the pool supply store, purchased the required equipment, returned and completed the repairs. He found that the solar water heater was leaking and recommended a repairman to fix that problem. I set up a weekly schedule for pool testing with him. He seemed to be a very capable and likable person whom I would recommend without hesitation.

Brian and his team are very dependable and at a fair price. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The pool is always clear as can be! Thanks Brian!

I admit our yard with 3 large Eucalyptus Trees do not mix well with trying to keep a large pool clean. Our prior pool guy (not Brian), missed two weeks & I happened to be out of town during this time period; this is what led to the pool turning to the unpleasant color of dark green before you knew it. I buddy of mine knew my horrendous stories of trying to maintain the pool and keeping it clear since moving in January 2012 so he recommended Angies List. After numerous failed attempts with other companies I resorted to join AL with hopes of finally finding someone who could actually produce results.....I finally did with Brian's Deep End. By far the most honest, true to his word, decent gentleman (regardless of the trade & I've lived in Vegas since '99) that I've met who achieved what others could not and he did it on time & on budget. I HIGHLY Recommend Brian!! Since getting it clear I have been very fortunate in keeping it that way by way of another referral I will post soon.

Immediately diagnosed the problem. Didn't try to repair anything that didn't need fixing or up-sell me on anything. Explained how I could repair something easy, if I wanted to and save some money. Brian was easy to work with over the phone and was able to fit into my schedule.

Brian came over to our house within an hour of us calling and inspected our broken pool motor (which was a refurbished motor that a previous home warranty company had installed that lasted approx. 2 years). It was broken and Brian recommended replacing it with a new 2 HP Whisperflo ($475) and a 2 HP Impeller ($50). He purchased everything for us and installed it the next day and now the brand new pool motor is quieter and is working great!! Brian is very professional and honest...we are a military family and he took great care of us!!! I would recommend Brian to all of my friends and family! Thank you Brian! :)

Brian showed up on time and was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with showing me how to work early everything. He spent 45 minutes answering all my questions and said I could call him with any further questions. His friendly manner put me at ease and he even played with my little dog. I will definitely be calling Brian again in the future.
