Fantastic!

In a town that doesn't know the meaning of the word professionalism, working with Brain was a great surprise. Any one of a thousand pool companies could have fixed our pool, but the professionalism and service orientated attitude that Brian exhibited made me a customer for life.

Brian replaced the pool vac with a new one and also replaced the pump lid and installed a skimmer diverter. This immediately fixed the problem and the pool looks like new. Brian also gave me some tips on maintenance that I can do myself. I would highly recommend Brian and will no doubt be using his services in the future.

Brian took a solid look at our system... took the time to understand it, made several recommendations on what to fix. Repairs were made in short order, and it's been working fine since. I intentionally waited many months to write this review, because I feared the flake factor from the last guys. Brian and crew have been to our home EVERY week since as our new weekly providers. They've taken amazing care of our pool, changed the solar heating schedule as the season rolls in, and everything has been great. I've got zero complaints. They show up, they do the work, and my pool is happy. Can't ask for anything else. They truly are dependable and know what they're doing.

Brian provides great service at better than expected prices. I had been using another pool service for the last few months, but the pool just wasn't looking very good. Brian came out and we inspected and replaced the filters (which the other company was supposed to be maintaining). The filters were gross and obviously had not been replaced or even serviced for years. Brian also replaced our old Kreepy Krawly with a new pool cleaner vacuum with canister. I can't tell you how much better the pool looks. The improvement in water flow through the filter was obvious and the bottom has never been cleaner. I would recommend Brian to anyone that needs pool service. Brian also hooked me up with a good guy that replaced our old, worn out pool light. What should've been a 10 min job, turned in to a couple of hours because the old light fixture had been installed incorrectly and everything had to be replaced. Brian had someone call me the next day and we ended up replacing the fixture, re-wired the circuit box, and re-ran the underground wiring. Brian is a stand up guy that will make sure you get what you need at very reasonable prices.

. Brian is very good @ what he does. I found him on Angie's list w/ 200+ reviews and am very pleased w/ how quickly and efficiently he got my pool up and running. I called Brian this morning just to ask a few questions about variable speed pump. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even took the time to stop by my house and look at my pool/spa so that he could give me an accurate quote on a pump. Brian also took the time while at my house to try and help with a spa issue I was having that the home warranty company was on there way to fix. He went as far as cleaning out my filters and I'm not even a customer of his yet! That's customer service! Thank you Brian and I'm sure I'll be in touch with you shortly on that new pump.

We called him on 03/28/2014 to have him look at our pool to get it ready for the season and he answered never have to leave a message. He came out that day and gave his recommendations. We need some tile work done so he had to work around there schedule. He did his work on 4/18/2014, he was on time and very professional he acid washed the pool cleaned my equipment and changer the filters. Was done in about 3 hours, then the long wait for the pool to fill (low water pressure) about 3 days. He finished on 04/21/2014 by setting the chemicals and checking the equipment and showed me some tips for my pool. He did an excellent job I would highly recommend him. Everything went as anticipated. No issues. He provided suggestions for future pool projects and maintenance.

I called on a Friday and Brian was able to come out on Wednesday to drain my pool. On Thursday he showed up with his assistant and acid washed my pool. The pool now looks amazing! They also cleaned my filters and after the pool was refilled, Brian came out to start it up and add all the chemicals. One of the best providers I have ever used from Angie's List.

Brian came early, showed me everything, discussed any problems he found, explained why they occurred and how to avoid them in the future. He and his assistant were efficient, polite, and cleaned up afterward. Brian also helped me find a new pool service. He appears to be a truly honest fellow who genuinely cares about his customers. I would not hesitate to call him again, though his prices are on the high end. After years of poor service, I realize that you really do get what you pay for!

All went well. Brian did a great job, showed up when scheduled, delivered as quoted. He also recommended another individual to do minor pebble tec repairs. Will definitely use Brian's services again.

Brian came out Monday morning and inspected the entire heating and pumping system. He determined what the likely problem was and provided me with options for repair or replacement, both of which he said he would complete today. Brian sent me a text a couple hours later with a photograph of the thermostat for my hot tub reading 99 degrees! We have had Brian servicing our pool/hot tub for several years and he is very professional and his rates are very reasonable. As our pool equipment has aged, there have been replacements and repairs that have been needed and Brian has handled it all without delay and at very competitive rates. If you want a weekly maintenance and/or service provider who is very attentive to detail and responsive to your calls, give Brian a call. You won't be disappointed!

He was excellent! Very thorough and efficient in finding the problem and repairing it. We will definitely call upon him again when we need a service or repair to the pool.

Brian was punctual, responsive, did good work, and went above and beyond what I expected - e.g. Bought and replaced pool pump filters, replaced pool guide blade, replaced drain cover, drew diagram for me on how to navigate the valves, etc. I told him I wanted to watch him as he worked so I could do it in the future, and he had no problem with that at all, and gave me a lot of good advice. I doubt very many companies would be so willing to share their knowledge. I never like spending a lot of money, but this was well worth it.

He was here on time, did a great job. he was reasonable. I would use him again.

What a great experience working with Brian. We had staining on the pool and hot tub and called Brain out to take a look at it. He explained what created the problem and what needed to be done. He made no promises as to the end result, but was willing to give it his best. He drained the pool, did the acid wash, cleaned filters, refilled the pool and will come back to treat it. The results were excellent. We could not be more pleased. They were very friendly, informative, honest and reliable. We liked them so much that we have hired him to maintain our pool chemicals weekly, and clean the filters quarterly. Unable to remove black algae, but didn't charge for attempt. Sub-contacted to have the tile bead-blasted.

This is the second year in a row that we've used Brian for a spring-time tune-up of our pool (after neglecting it all winter!) Last year, we thought we had a black algae problem. Anyone else could have easily taken advantage of us and charged us a ton of extra money to treat our "algae problem," but Brian was honest with us and told us it was not in fact black algae. He had our pool looking beautiful in no time, and had no reservations sharing his insider tips with us on how to best maintain it (as we had explained we would be trying to keep it up ourselves over the summer.) He was very informative, friendly and honest. This year, we decided it was time for an acid wash. Brian drained the pool, treated it, and busted his butt getting it looking like new. After we refilled it he returned and treated it. He is always prompt, efficient, and all-around just a really great guy to have around. I trust his work ethic and integrity without question.

Brian is a pro. checked out my system, gave me a couple of maintenance tips, then swapped my pool pump for an ecostar. definitely will call him for whatever pool stuff i need in the future.

The process went very well. Brian arrived on time and replaced our pool filter the same day, it was great! He re-programmed our pump and it's working better than ever!

I must say they do an amazing job!!!! My pool never look so good...the best part is the communication factor. They are a bit high price, but you get what you pay for.
