Description of Work: The advertisement of new customer specials are not honored when you bring them up, they say 1 hour of response time, it was roughly 4 hours before they got back to me. And they wanted the $25 for not doing anything, just looking at the unit.

Description of Work: They tried to hard sell me into a $7,000 system. They said I needed freon and charged $95.00 for one shot and when all said and done I don't even know if they did add it. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE...

Description of Work: Our chewed wires but they also found corroded parts that were causing our electric bill to run high. They fixed the wires and replaced the parts. The house is now cooler than it was before and is running well.

+ -1 moreThe was was quite intricate and they found ways to complete it all. They did a very good job. They were quite professional and knew what they were doing. I watched what they were doing and they were very careful. They also cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: They completed two things in my home. A couple of motors that functioned as blowers were replaced by much more effecient motors. The air flow goes through the ducts and there were places were the air escaped, raising my bills so they sealed all of the ducts which was very important to me.

Description of Work: We have used their service for about 3-4 years. They recently completed several projects. They made adjustments to our A/C for the summer, took care of our swamp cooler and they put insulation in our attic.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. They were real nice and professional. The guy that came out didn't actually correct it the way I wanted to. I then called him and he came back the next day and got it fixed until it was completed correctly. I really appreciated how he took his time to hear my complaint and how he wanted to get to the bottom of getting it fixed.
Description of Work: I had some issues with my A/C unit in which it kept running continuously. The warranty company sent another company out and they didn't fix it, so the then sent Sotelo out. Sotelo replaced the thermostat and got it fixed.

They managed to stop the leak by adding frion to my unit. I really appreciated their honesty and they gave me a great price for the freon.
