I work all week and so the weekends are the best time for me. I called many places and was about to give up when I called this place. I contacted them because although my home wasn't horrible it just seemed a little too much for one working person to do the lady who answered the phone was friendly, professional and actually pleasant to talk to. She said service could be provided the next day (on a weekend) The lady who showed up was professional friendly and I immediate felt at ease. The quality of personnel they hire is top notch. she did a fantastic job and did it in a timely fashion. This is one place i have added to my contact list and should you choose them, you wont be disappointed! I highly recommend!

It is such a treat when you have an additional set of hands to help you with household chores! I've used Carol King's Cleaning Service off and on for the past year and a half and have never been dissappointed. Each employee has their own personal touch but I've never had a bad one yet. They are punctual, thorough, friendly, and trustworthy. I have to admit I was a little nervous about leaving a complete stranger to clean my house for a few hours while my daughter went out for breakfast, but everything turned out well. They even do things I frequently forget about like cleaning the toaster and wiping window sills. Carol always trys her best to get someone to your house ASAP. The price is amazing too!

They arrived promptly and they did a great job. They have very reasonable prices. I didn't like how they moved things around and didn't put them back. There were a few things they missed so I had to continually watch them to make sure they did what I wanted to.

They were able to accomodate me on short notice, arrived on time, and did the job I hired them for.

The woman arrived late because she could not find the house. Once here, I showed her my supplies and asked if they were adequate for my requests and she said fine. We left so that she could work. When we returned, she had just pulled out of the drive. The blinds were erratically swiped, the floor was still dirty, the countertops were dirty. When she cleaned the master shower, she simply repeatedly sprayed it with the Dow shower spray that I use between cleanings and never even scrubbed it! She broke a lamp. I called and Carol said she would talk to her and call me back. A week past and she did not call. I called her and she was unwilling to refund any of the money and said she could not believe the house was not well done. Even when she admitted that the spray was used and not cleaner and that the blinds were not properly cleaned. I am going to sue in small claims to get my money back.
