Terrible service. First cleaner came and tried to take my business private to her own company within 5 minutes of meeting and admitted using inferior products to clean because Carol doesn’t pay them enough. I decided to give them another shot using another cleaner recommended by a friend. This one got the drain stopper stuck in my bathroom sink and tried to pry the stopper out and bent the metal on the drain. I confronted Carol and she said her cleaner didn’t do it saying “The cleaners do not have any tools with them. They only have cleaning supplies. It would be impossible for her to move metal with her bare hands”. Very rude and condescending. I asked for a full refund and for her to fix my sink. She denied the repairs and only offered 50% refund which I refused. Save yourself some trouble and hire another service.

I have used Carol Kings Cleaners for about 5 years now. For the first few years it was at least twice a month. The girl who cleaned my house moved and for a while I was sent several different cleaners. All were fine but one. I called Carol and asked that she never send her again. It has been a year since I have had the cleaning service. We have been renovating our home and needed a thorough cleaning due to construction dust. I requested 2 cleaners for 4 hours each. Unfortunately The same woman I had requested to not come again was one of the 2 cleaners. She started on the downstairs which consisted of a half bath, kitchen, family room, living room and dining room. Dusting and floor cleaning was all that was required in all but kitchen and bath. The second girl arrived 1 hour later due to an accident on freeway. She started upstairs. She cleaned 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms and a large family room. The second cleaner completed everything in 2.5 hours and came downstairs to find that Kathy (other cleaner) had only cleaned the half bath and half the kitchen. When her 4 hours were up I asked Kathy to leave as I could not afford to pay her more than 4 hours. I called Carol King and asked to keep the second cleaner for an extra hour to complete what Kathy had not done. I tried to explain to Carol how bad a job Kathy had done. I asked her to come and see it. Instead of trying to understand what I was telling her she argued that Kathy was her best cleaner. She said she was supervisor material. Carol made me feel like a liar. I was not looking for something free or discounted. I simply wanted the job I was paying for be correct. I took pictures of several of the areas Kathy had cleaned to show Carol. I even explained how Kathy was complaining about another customer and how disgusting her house was. She gave all kinds of personal details. The thought of her detailing the issues of my home to other people made me feel gross. I was accused of not liking this Kathy so that is why I was complaining. I will never use Carol Kings Cleaners again. Carol had an opportunity to make things right but treated me as a liar instead. Poor business practices.

They come every two weeks. They vacuum the entire house rooms and baseboards. Dust and polish the furniture. Vacuum and mop the tile in the bathrooms, clean the bowl, and vacuum the bath rugs. The kitchen just sparkles. I have a large and open spaced floor plan. They wash my slide door inside and out (it's between the kitchen and the family room) they wash the two side windows inside and out. The kitchen is vacuumed then the floor washed. All of the cabinets, and countertops are cleaned as well as appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink). The rugs in they kitchen were so clean I didn't recognize them. The same two ladies come every other week and I am always happy with the result. I have a 2600 single story square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. So it is 200.00 twice a month.

Responded to my request the same day. Rosy, the technician, did an awesome job! Everything was done perfectly and with perfection! Will use them again!

The good news is that they were willing to come out on a Sunday and the woman who was going to the do the cleaning was punctual. We reviewed what we wanted - a deep cleaning because the house was an empty rental that was already cleaned by tenant who just moved out but we wanted it to be really clean for the new tenant. The housekeeper commented that the house already looked good which apparently made her think a light wiping of everything was all it needed because even though we wanted it scrubbed all she did was wipe and rely on the capabilities of her cleaning products. There was no scrubbing on her part. The short end is that after 3 hours she told us she was done. I came in and should have known the fact that she turned all of the lights off was a bad sign - she apparently didn't want me to be able to see all the areas that she had not done. Right away I saw that SHE DID NOT EVEN SWEEP OR MOP THE FLOORS. I asked her if she mopped the floors and she said she didn't know we wanted her to do that. How many people do not want their floors mopped when they get their house cleaned???? We again explained that we wanted it thoroughly cleaned - which should of course include mopping the floors. She mopped the floors without sweeping them first so once they were dry we had to go behind her and pick up debris. Again she turned out all of the lights but we turned them on and saw that there was soap scum in the built-in soap holder in the master bathroom's shower and dripping down the wall. We asked her if she cleaned the shower and she said, "Yes I wiped it down ." It was not even wet and the floor was still dirty! When she scrubbed it she complained that there was no removeable shower head so she was having to rinse it with a tiny little glass that she filled at the sink and walked over to throw on the wall. I guess she didn't want to use the shower head because it would get the glass walls wet and she would have to dry them. So basically she took a pretty clean house and just wiped it down...EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ASKED FOR! Basically we just wanted her to go and we finished the job after she left. How was it handled by Carol you ask? Well she e-mailed us to say she hoped it went well. I called her rather than e-mail to explain how UNHAPPY we were. She offered to have someone come out and fix it but we explained that we had already fixed it because we were pressed for time. She told me twice that I you should have called her essentially putting the responsibility on me. I told her that since it was a Sunday I did not think she would be available to have someone rectify the situation. Then she told me that the house keeper had called her to tell her that we were upset with the job . I was shocked t hear that SHE KNEW HOW BADLY IT WENT AND THAT SHE SHE HAD NOT CALLED US! So after I pointed out that she was remiss not to call she gave me one hour (of the four that I was charged) of cleaning for free. She said she hoped we would give her agency a second chance. Why would we do that when there are others out there who will do a better job?

They did a super job. They dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and flipped mattresses. They even pulled out the refrigerator and cleaned behind it. They also cleaned the air filters. Carol, the owner, is extremely accommodating in making appointments and scheduling. Cathy that did the work is like a little ball of fire. She starts working and never stops while she's there. She goes above and beyond and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend them. They have excellent customer service.

The lady (I believe her name is Sheila) showed up on time and spent about 3 1/2 hrs cleaning my bathrooms, carpet, hard floors, and dusting. She did a great job.

she showed up on time, a great plus! she walked through with me, asking what specifically she was going to work on, then i let her do it. she even gave me pointers on how to clean and what tools to use.

I was contacted promptly by Carol and she worked out a date to have our home cleaned. The service was as promised and my wife was very happy with the finished product. I will use her services again without question.

I have been using Carol King's for about 4 years and they have always been so professional. I've had a couple different cleaning ladies and all did a very thorough job. Carol has always been able to help me out in a bind. Their prices are very fair for the excellent job that they do. You won't be disappointed if you want very quality service.

Carols Cleaning Service, Carol was very pleasant and could help me out on very short notice. She could send one gal due to the fact this was short notice and over the holiday demand. I was fine with that. Carla arrived on time, was very pleasant, when I stopped by Carol and sent another gal! so everything I had instructed that needed to be done was done in a timely manner. I am very pleased of the services provided by Carols Cleaning.

Carol Kings Service did a very good cleaning and was on time, however Carol said that they were not responsible for damages for anything their employees may do. After one cleaning a small item was damaged. We discontinued service immediately. My emails went unanswered.

She's on Angie's List. She doesn't do it herself but she sent a girl named Amy out to clean so I don't know how many people she has. She did a nice job and she was very thorough. I hope to use her once every two weeks or at least once a month but right now I'm with my mother. My mother is 96 years old and she had a mini stroke so everything is just combobulated and up in the air. I just had her do the dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and the hallway but they are large rooms. She washed the floor, vacuumed and even did the baseboard. She was very thorough.

They do a very good job. The different people are all friendly when they come into my home.

Amanda from Carrol Kings Cleaning did a wonderful Job! She was very polite and very friendly. She arrived on time and started working right away. The Cleaning took 4 hours at $25 an hour. Worth every penny. In the end, the house both looked and smelled awesome. We plan on using them again, and have already referred the company and Amanda to a friend.

I really liked the fact that they were available right away. Their price was okay. I thought they did a good job.

Upon entering my home, the carpet "technician" proceeded to bash my home by calling my 2 year old Mohawk carpet "s--t", "bad", and something to be expected in a slummy apartment (even though I paid a good amount of money for that carpet). And from there, my experience with this cleaner just kept falling downhill. OK, at least it wasn't all bad. My carpet was cleaned, and it was cleaned in a timely manner. The carpet looks better now than it did on Friday... And I wish my story could end there, but there's more. Before the "technician" left, I noticed my internet connection (I have home wifi) was off. When I stepped outside my room, I noticed nothing in my living room was working, then I saw that my microwave and refrigerator had shut off. I then found out that while this guy was working on my carpet, the power was knocked out of half my home, including my air conditioner! I then had to call the company that installed our electrical circuit breakers to figure out how to restore power to my living room and kitchen. That succeeded on Saturday, but I still had no air conditioner. I ultimately had to call an A/C specialist (and a review on him is coming soon!) just to check my A/C, confirm it's OK, and help me redo the electrical wiring to restore my central air. I sent them an email about this earlier tonight, but they seem to be brushing this off. If you order carpet cleaning from this service, check to see where they're plugging in. And don't be surprised if your house gets insulted.

That went very well. There were just 2 of them. They told me they were very fast and very thorough, and they were!

. In one day she spends six and half hours and she did a good job. It seemed to me that I rather have someone who has a couple of ladies who would come in and get it all done in a couple of hours than take all day. I would rather try someone else in the future.

They charge a lot. They have a 3-hour minimum. They charge $50 an hour. Two people came over and it took about 5 hours. They do a good job. I've only used them once before. I liked them. They called the day before. When I set it up she said they would call and that if I didn't respond they wouldn't show up. I advised her that I work really long hours and I can't always answer the phone so when she calls I call back sometime that afternoon to confirm. She has never over billed us and the first time they went over 1 1/2 hours longer and she called to let me know so it is all up and up. They are always on time. I like them and I have set up for them to come every two weeks.

I am completely satisfied with them and they do a great job. They clean out thoroughly every single thing. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

The cleaning crew arrived on time and went right to work. When the house cleaning was done they called the carpet cleaner to come in. Everything went very smoothly.

We had a young lady come out here and she was very good. She came twice. She was here for about four hours. The price was exactly what was required and it was $75 for three hours. Then I can’t remember what it was after that. She is very thorough, very efficient and very pleasant. She did all that I asked her to do.

No complaints. I have been using them for 4 years
