Description of Work: This company was sent out for a home warranty job. The technician looked at the spring and pointed out several issues with our door that would not allow him to fix the spring. He was very knowledgable and very helpful in guiding me through what I needed in order to be able to make a home warranty claim. Even though he did not do any work, I would recommend this company based on the knowledge and help of this service tech.

Description of Work: I knew what I needed repaired was an easy fix so instead of having someone waste time/gas to come and see what was broken I sent them a picture via email what needed to be done and someone responsed within an hour with a quote and detailed description of work. The repair was scheduled the next business day and technician showed up right on time with parts in hand ready to rock & roll. Excellent experience!!!!

I liked that they told us that if anything goes wrong to just give them a call. They did the repair right the first time, because my door opens and closes properly now. I did not have any out of pocket costs because my insurance took care of it.
Description of Work: They replaced the main gear on our garage door opener.

+ -1 moreThe service man from Cactus Garage Doors did an excellent job of getting the garage door running properly. My home insurance sent them out to fix the door and the company did very good work. The service man was knowledgeable in his diagnosis and replaced the necessary parts with no problem. The company provides great customer service, the door works great and I only had to pay the deductible fee.
Description of Work: Cactus Garage Doors replaced both sensors and the circuit board in our garage door system. The service men spent about an hour removing the old components to install the new ones and making sure the door was working properly.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with our new door. It operates much better than the old one, and it is the quietest overhead door we have ever heard. The technicians took a total of two hours to complete the task, and cleaned the garage, in addition to taking the old one and all the hardware with them. We thought the technicians who did the work were very personable, and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Cactus Garage Doors replaced the overhead door on our two car garage. The replacement door was metal, and included a new door opener and new springs.

+ -1 moreCactus Garage Doors were very prompt at showing up after I had made an appointment with them. The guy who had come to my home was very honest and explained what was wrong with the opener. He had put in the new part and I have had no problems with it since. I thought this was a very good company.

+ -1 moreThe technician came over the same day we called, and took a look at the mechanics. He had all the parts he needed in his van, and the door was repaired and tested inside of forty five minutes. He had good behavior, and explained everything that he did. We were amazed how inexpensive it was for a home visit. The door has been working fine after that day.
Description of Work: Cactus Garage Doors repaired our overhead door. The door would no longer go all the way up. The chain was replaced and the gear box checked.
