They were professional and actually cleaned the carpets. They were very responsive and the carpets weren't overly wet when they left.

I had another company come in last year and cleaned all my carpets. I had some spots that where gone when they finished. However they came back. So I decided to use Zerorez this time. I knew they were higher but decided to give them a try. All is well so far. However I do not know if I will use them again. I feel the price was on the highside. I was also asked to move furniture before they came. That was a first for me. I am talking about chairs, coffee table etc.

I thought the company was excellent in all respects: on time, quick with the work, very professional, did a good job, and were very polite. I was very pleased with their work.

The equipment is good. The people who came out worked very hard and did what they said they were going to do. The result is what they promised. They charged what they estimated.

Doug and Dave did an outstanding job. They arrived during the scheduled time period, were extremely courteous, described the modern high tech equipment they use and the non-detergent cleaning process in great detail; and then they demonstrated the process and provided a cost estimate to ensure we were satisfied prior to starting the job. They cleaned all surfaces of the furniture including tops, bottoms, and backs; no other company has ever done that when cleaning our furniture. Doug and Dave worked diligently from opposite ends of the house, finishing the job in about three hours. They carefully moved tables and chairs when necessary and returned everything to its original position prior to departing. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received today and will definitely be calling Zerorez to clean our carpets and furniture again next year.

Doug came in on time, assessed my home, gave me an estimate. He then proceeded to clean the carpet, moving most pieces of furniture that were reasonable to move. He took about 2 hours and performed an excellent job. He tried to sell me a carpet protecting product afterwards, but was very gracious when I turned him down. He refused to accept any tips from me and only asked for personal reference if any of my friends were interested in a carpet cleaning job.

I have them come in about four times a year to do my entire house. They do really good with it. I do not recall pricing, but it all depends on the square footage of your home. They are reasonable. That is why I continue with them. They do a great job and I have no complaints.

They were able to get all of the spots out which was really amazing too me. I was impressed with the quality of work. I thought that the work was well worth the money and we are going to continue to use this company because they are dependable and reliable.

I was very satisfied with their work. They did such a good job on the carpet that I had them clean the furniture too. I would recommend them very highly to anyone. I have used them in the past, and I will use them again.

We weren't real satisfied with the service they provided. The carpet was not very clean when they were finish and they had to repeat certain areas because they were rushing to get the job done. The reason we went with this company was because they did a great deal of advertising how well their cleaning system worked. We just did not see that in the quality of their work.

They do a very nice job on the carpet and we also had them clean a chair for us. We would recommend them to our friends because we are very satisfied with the way our carpet looks when they are finish. The price is reasonable and the cleaners are very nice too.

Zerorez did a great job of cleaning our carpets. They advertise that they do not use chemicals in their carpet cleaning process. I am not sure how they were able to get all of my carpet clean but they did. I thought the men that they had sent out were very courteous and respectful.

Zerorez did a pretty good job. They left no suds or dirt on the carpet. I think that the cleanliness of the carpets lasts longer than some other companies I have used. They explained the process they were using and took their time to do it right making sure the carpets were clean. I only gave them a B because I have another company that I feel is slightly better.

Zerorez did a great job on our carpet as they removed all of the stains. They even offered to put a stain protector in one room of our home. We were very happy with the way our carpet looked when they were done and felt that their price was fantastic.

We've used this company four times and are quite pleased with them. They move all our furniture and put it back carefully. All stains were pulled up and the heavy traffic areas are well cleaned. Also, they use a very good process with no chemicals which enables the carpets to dry in one hour. They're extremely reasonably priced.
