Zerorez Carpet & Tile Cleaning

This is a followup to my prior review. Zerorez offered a $50 convenience fee through the Better Business Bureau. I responded that because there was a time lapse, I felt that half the cost of the glass panel (no labor) would be acceptable. They had the audacity to respond that I never told them what the cost would be and then challenged the BBB, so they closed the case. But hey, the membership fees are paid by businesses, right? For the record, a glass panel repair in 2014 cost me a little over $600. I have the receipt. So Zerorez could have settled this for $300 in today's cost (at minimum but I would have accepted that). Zerorez chose to make me expendable. Bought and sold for the cost of cleaning two small cleaning jobs. Sad. They do NOT make things right! Neighbors beware!

Used Zerorez in June 2023. The technician did not report a problem. Yesterday, I found a star shaped wound with a streaked crack behind where a silk plant had hidden it. Realizing that it is now three months out, I expected some sort of mediation with Zerorez for the glass repair. Martha was unsympathetic and rude, asking me if I ever enter the room and adding that I should have reported it sooner and my home settling could have damaged the glass. Well I would have liked to! They absolutely do not live up to their motto of making it right! The company was very unprofessional and accusatory. I have no reason to try to put something over on them. I just want the company to work with me to fix my armoire!

I haven't shampooed (or had shampooed) carpets in decades. Water is bad; dry or chem cleaning is good. So, even though I was vacating a rental house, I hired Zerorez to clean the carpet. It looks great! I did have to pay an extra $90 to clean a mess my cleaning lady made when she spilled toilet bowl cleaner on the carpet. She rubbed and rubbed (NEVER rub; dab!) and added water, hoping to fade the blue. Oy vey! So, it cost an extra $90 to ensure that got out but I went over today and checked -- it's out. EZ to make the appointment. The man whose name I now forget showed up early; called to see if that was OK. He was polite and respectful. One price surprise: I had been quoted a price for three bedrooms. One bedroom had a walk-in closet; there is an additional charge for walk-in closets. I should have been asked that question on the phone when I made the reservation. Not a huge deal, but a point for future consideration by the Booker. Seems Zerorez cleans things other than carpets. Who knew? Good experience. When the carpet in my own new home is ready to be cleaned, I will definitely call Zerorez. BUT the best thing to do for carpeting is to vacuum it daily and have it cleaned infrequently. When you do, do NOT shampoo it; call Zerorez.

Stains in carpet were not removed. $456.00 is way too much for not removing the stains. I could have bought new carpet for that much money. Horrible job. You should tell customers that you cannot get stains out and if you don't, lower the price. Horrible job.

Excellent job cleaning carpets. They explained what they were going to do. They made recommendations based on the look of the carpet. They got out an old stain from my recliner that I did not think could ever get out.

Anyone I use, I will give them an A. I think they are good. There were no stains left behind after they left.

It was fine. This was the first time but we will definitely call them again.

After Talon got done, the stairs were clean and restored! Also, the guest room carpet looks absolutely new, and the fibers do not feel "crispy," which they tend to when different companies' products are used. Talon also called us half an hour before arriving, and showed up promptly and early in the day as we requested. He represented Zerorez very professionally. I will never call anyone for carpet again except Zerorez.

Absolutely wonderful product. Only cleaning service that managed to get the Las Vegas road black out of our carpets and we've tried them all: chem-dry, Stanley steemer, etc. Technicians were two of the nicest, most polite and professional people I've dealt with. Only negative was my experience with the dispatcher (believe name was Karen); she was incredibly rude and hasn't the slightest notion about customer service. I'll definitely use Zerorez again, but the technician gave his personal cell so I don't have to deal with dispatch ever again. Now THAT'S the way to reach out, promote customer loyalty, and ensure repeat business!!

I've just slammed Zerorez only to learn that the company that scammed me was only posing as Zerorez and not actually Zerorez! When the owner of Zerorez saw my post he immediately got a hold of me to make things right and shared with me that he did not even have a service Technition named Daniel! He told me that he is getting calls on a daily basis of a company posing as Zerorez and he gave me a $100 gift certificate for the next time I needed my carpet cleaned,,,surely not a company / person who would have treated me so poorly! I was scammed and it was NOT by Zerorez. Please disregard my earlier post that claimed Zerorez was a bad company...The only bad company that was bad was the company POSING as Zerorez

We use Zerorez Carpet & Tile Cleaning quite often. They were here about 8 months or so in July of 2016. It normally costs $100. Normally two people come to complete the service. I would guess that it takes them right at an hour to complete the work. The workers are nice guys. They have good employees. They leave the area sort of kind of clean when they are finished.

They did a very good job with the carpets.

I was completely dissatisfied with them. I had to have my carpets redone before I sold the house. I don't know what they did with the carpet, but it had a horrible odor. I don't have pets, and it wasn't too old. It looked worse after they cleaned it than before. The price was quite hefty. I wanted to get something done right, and it wasn't done right. It had a chemical odor that wouldn't leave the house. The couple that bought the house had a baby, and I didn't want the baby crawling around with that chemical odor. I had it done again by another company. They were not good and I was not happy about that. I would never use them again, and I'm surprised that they are still in service. Maybe it was just a bad day for them.

This job was a fail. Pet stains still showing and had 2 appointments with them and they both were late...3hrs and 2 hrs respectively. I am in the home rental business and have not seen a company operate like this. Complete disregard for time and energy.

They were reasonably priced. It was professionally cleaned and looked nice. I just liked the job that they did.

They are really good. Price is routine. I have used them several times. The thing I like most about them is the carpet is not saturated and it dries very quickly so you can walk on it.

Actually, I would say it was very good. But they were too quick. I wasn't here, my wife was here and by the time I got back here they were done cleaning carpets. I wondered how they could clean a full house of carpets that quick. I think they did a good job. I was gone for maybe an hour to an hour and a half and then they have the whole 2,900 square foot home done. From my understanding they don't use any chemicals; they use high pressure water with no additives or anything like that.

Andrew cleaned our carpet and kitchen tile. He was prompt, professional, and did a great job. Our 20 year old carpet looks great and feels so soft.

I called them with the Angies list special price of $29 per room cleaned and sanitized. The "salesman" came out and educated me on what a room was and I found out that I would be charged for 3 hallways and closets and other "areas" not included as rooms. They upsold me charging me extra for pet stains, cleaning, carpet stretching, stains, etc. and the total was $980. I was expecting to pay somewhere around $300. But I went forward. I feel ripped off cause the sanitized and the special was not applied, and where they had stretched the carpet, it quickly buckled again and it is detached from the hold down strip--looks awful, and I paid an extra $200 for that! They did not come back out to see this, nor did they do anything. They called me back, but nothing was accomplished. I paid nearly $1000! I feel like a fool. thanks ZeroRez!!

Everything went great. The tech was late but they called immediately to let us know that he would be late due to truck issues. Completely understood that life happens sometimes, but appreciated the call. Received another call from the tech letting me know he was on his way and when he'd be there. Very thorough and professional. Carpet is so soft now. Looks great too.

They were prompt and courteous, job was completed efficiently and to our satisfaction. Carpets looked great! I would highly recommend them!

Andrew from Zerorez did a fantastic job on my carpeting!! I scheduled the cleaning after I moved out of the apartment I was renting, so I could get my full deposit back. Since I had a dog, some areas of the carpet were very dirty from foot traffic. Andrew got it up out, and the carpet looked cleaner than when I moved in! He even texted me a picture of the carpet when he was finished. Since I was traveling out of town the day of the service, I could not be there to let Andrew in the apartment. I made prior arrangements with the apartment complex to provide the key, and on the day of the service, they claimed they did not have authorization. Andrew was finally allowed access, but it caused a 30-40 minute delay in his time. He was very kind and understanding when speaking to me, and I was grateful for his wonderful service. I would definitely use Zerorez again!

Our carpets were very bad, heavy traffic patterns and lots of dog urine. There were spots of our carpet that I didn't think would ever look new again. There were some spots that weren't able to be made look new, but I didn't expect that. The technician that was sent out was great, and spent hours trying to get the best results possible. I told him if he got our carpets looking new, he was a miracle worker. He got close. I will certainly be using Zerorez again, and requesting the same technician.
