Zerorez Carpet & Tile Cleaning

On time, courteous, clean, listened for trouble spots and pretreated. Looked great and stayed that way since they don't use chemicals that attract dirt to return. Will definately use the, in the future.

The only warning I might offer is that if you want large furniture pieces moved you need to discuss your needs when making the appointment so the company can be prepared.

ben was able to come earlier than scheduled and he called to see if that was ok with us, we said yes. he arrived and got his equipment out, including his foot wear covers, and cleaned the carpet. he did the job in a very professional manner, was quite personable, polite and explained what he was doing. it went well and he did a great job. the best carpet cleaning we ever had. would definetly use them again.

We have a foster home with 12 teenaged boys in it. As you can probably imagine, things get dirty. We have a very nice sofa and love seat for the boys that they managed to get so filthy I was going to throw it away. I decided to give Zerorez a shot and holy cow am I glad I did. The set was originally red, but the arms had turned this icky, shiny black color. Really just plain gross and I couldn't stand seeing a human sitting on it anymore lol Ray came, was very nice, very professional, took his time and did a wonderful job. He took a $4000 living room set that I was seriously going to throw away and made it look wonderful again. I will definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Overall, the experience has been wonderful! I can't say enough good things about them. They have specials for pricing. The technicians are nice, clean, and courteous. They always show up on time, and even a little early sometimes. The carpets are always beautiful when they finish!

My carpet had never been professionally cleaned, and it was in awful shape, with stains galore. I liked the idea of using a cleaner that leaves no sticky residue behind. ZeroRez gave me an appointment at a desirable time and gave me general price estimates over the phone. I was able to use a newspaper coupon for three rooms for $99. On the day of the appointment, Roy arrived within the three hour window as expected. He was extremely courteous and pleasant to talk to. He answered all of my questions in detail and clearly knew a lot about carpet types and how to care for them. He did not rush and did not try to upsell me on any services. He was very knowledgeable about how to treat the pet urine stains and what options I have if the pets do it again. The carpet looks 100% better now, and I am considering having ZeroRez clean my sectional couch next time. I thought the price was fair, since several areas needed special treatment. From what I understand, future cleanings will likely be about half what I paid this time. I will certainly use them again and request Roy.

It didn't clean my carpet and when I told them that I went over it with my own steam cleaner and I was still getting dirt. They said well you just paid to have us come out to do it once and that is it. They came out and re-did the whole house and it still had dirt. It was horrible.

This is my second time using Zero Res. Based upon the first experience, it was expensive, but worth the price. The quality for price 18 months ago was top notch. This time, not so much. Unfortunately, one spotted area in a room has reappeared, virtually the same, as if a cleaning had not occurred. This was less than one month after the cleaning, but outside their guarantee window. There are only my wife and I, and neither of us are mechanics, so it's not and quot;tracked inand quot; from our daily work. Given the very similar locations of soiling that existed prior, it would have to be a remarkable coincidence if the spotting is new dirt. I suppose there is some disappointment in the overall quality of the job, given the premium and representation that they are the best. They used to be, but this service did not live up to their previous standard, especially after paying a premium for a protection layer. Am very tempted to try another A rated Angie's List vendor the next time I get the carpets cleaned.

We are very happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. The company arrived on time and completed the carpet cleaning in a timely manner. I was impressed with the knowledge the employee had and was able to explain to me everything about their zero chemical cleaning. It was nice to see the equipment the company provided to keep our home in good shape (corner guards). Our carpet is still clean and it is nice to know that it was done without chemicals that could effect our crawler! The only complaint I have is the price, I felt it was a bit high.

All carpets came out looking great. We have a very large dog and the carpets came out smelling good also. Very pleased. The area rug looks brand new!

They are the only carpet people we use. We use them because of the quality of their work and the effectiveness of their product. They do fine work and they do it on time. They are very professional and we have no problem with their work.

We have lived in this house for nine years. We have had the carpets cleaned by three other majopr carpet cleaning services. Zerorez successfully cleaned the carpets better than any of the other companies. The carpets also appear to be staying cleaner, as they don't seem to attract as much dirt as before.

As a bove, the job itself was very good. I have had a lot of trouble finding a decent carpet cleaner in the Las Vegas area. Zerorez fits the bill.

They did a good job and their prices were fair. They came a little later than they said they would but they called.

They are the best carpet cleaners we have ever used. The carpets look brand new when they are done. They are really professional and I used them because they were cheaper. They don't use any soap solution in their cleaning and have a cleaning system that doesn't leave any residue in the carpet. It does not attract any dirt that soap can after we get them cleaned. I loved having them come because everything is clean and smells fresh. The carpets are soft and look brand new. One time I had nail polish spilled all over my carpet and they were able to get everything out of it. My overall experience with them has been good.

The price was good. I would refer them to a friend or family member and use them in the future.

They are very professional and punctual. They run specials and I like to get it on those. I like that there is no residue left behind. They only use real super soft water to clean so I don't get soap that attracts more dirt. I get nice clean carpets so it remains clean for longer time. There are no chemicals, no soaps used and it is all pretty much done with water. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were fine and I had no problems with them. They came, did the job and left. They were very efficient and fast. I was pleased with the job. I would use them again.

They don't really use anything but ionized water so they don't need any detergents and it comes out absolutely beautifully. They also clean the carpets in your car, but also the seats and leather with the same ionized water. I bought a used vehicle and they cleaned the interior and it was meticulous when they were done. When they were done it looked brand new. It was expensive but it was a van and to able to sit in it afterwards instead of 10 years of someone else's dirt it was worth it to me. It really came out beautiful. I'm kind of particular, I've been using them for years and I've never been disappointed.

They are very good. I've used them a couple of times. Both times I had to call them back but all in all they did an excellent job. Both times they missed a few areas. Both times they were very responsive. All in all I am very satisfied with the job. They are very expensive compared to others. I will most likely use them again.

The staff is always friendly and they do a great job. If there is something that you are not satisfied with, they always take care of it.

ZeroRez gave us an over-the-phone estimate for carpet cleaning (based on our square footage) of about $300. When they arrived at our home they said the carpet was very dirty and including the repair (about 4 inches x 2 feet) the price would be much higher. Then they talked us into getting our ceramic tile in the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. The selling point was that the grout would be much cleaner and sealed so that it would stay clean for about a year. The overall price then became $1500.00. (!!!) Because they were recommended by a relative who really liked their work on his white carpet (our carpet is very light) coupled with the fact that they are supposed to be environmentally friendly -- they use something called "empowered water" to clean -- we agreed to have the work done and negotiated a price of $900.00. As I watched the two young men work, I got the distinct impression that one of them was more thorough than the other. It turned out one was in training. The bottom line is, I had to have them back (twice!) to redo certain areas which the less thorough of the two had only semi-cleaned. The corners never got really clean, and my grout was clean in some areas and not so clean in others. The "Sealant" that they used seemed to have no real benefit in keeping the grout clean. And what the heck is "empowered water" anyway? I think a little soap would have helped. To their credit, they did return promptly when I complained and redid the areas I pointed out. The two young men were courteous and pleasant and professional in manner, if not in skill. But the overall result was less than I had hoped given the rave review they got from my brother-in-law. Within a year I bought a Bissel home carpet shampooer and use that to get nearly the same result. I'm thinking the whole "zero residue" idea is more hype than anything else. Zero residue is good, but clean is better.

The work was performed while I was at work. On returning home, there was a large stain on one area rug that had clearly not been touched, my dryer did not work, one of my two air conditioning units did not work, and there was an incredible amount of debris on the floor and furniture below each air duct. I took time of work the next morning for another technician from Zerorez to come to my home, where he removed the stain (it took about 10 minutes and he couldn't understand why the first technician didn't remove it), and diagnose and fix the issue with the dryer (which was caused by the first technician). It took me approximately 45 minutes to clean up the terrible mess and debris left by the first technician (and again, the second technician was quite astounded by the mess left and said that is would be discussed in the morning meeting). I had to call another company to fix the air conditioning unit (at my own cost), which apparently was damaged by the Zerorez technician. This all entailed my taking additional time off work and incurring additional expenses. Torry from Zerorez initially said that someone would call me back the next day to discuss the issue and the additional expenses I incurred but, of course, no one has yet called me (three weeks and two telephone messages later). I am left to bear the expense and frustration of this incredibly poor work. I would strongly encourage anyone to use anyone BUT Zerorez, which has shown an utter lack of professionalism throughout.

Job better than expected. Howvever, more expensive than expected.
