Zerorez Carpet & Tile Cleaning

That is a good one that I have used and I never used anything else. They pushed the couch away from the wall so they can clean the carpet very well. I have used them for probably six years. They don't use a shampoo instead it's a treatment that they use. The carpet is so soft, it feels like it's brand new. You can walk on it and it feels so soft. When you lay down on it, it smells so good.

Their price was real reasonable for the work they did. They pre-treated and the carpet looked brand new. This was after several cats, two kids with all of their friends and my husband works construction so it was either rip out the carpets or have them cleaned. The cleaning has made the carpets last a few years longer. I have highly recommended them. I thought the price was more than fair.

My experience with them was good. They had a special for three rooms for $99. I paid more than the special because I had stairs. The quality of work was very good. Their pricing is reasonable.

They are wonderful to work with. They have a fabulous product, great service people. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

The 2 men came in, gave us a reasonable price. A little under our last carpet cleaner. They moved the furniture that was agreed on then went to town cleaning the carpet. The carpets looked and smelled fresh. They dried in about 6 hours. We definitely would use them again. The price, the cleanliness of the carpets after and the short drying time sold us.

We got them off Angie's List. We have done ourselves with a carpet cleaner. We had a company that was doing the work. I smoke in the house and we have had dogs ever since we have lived here. The smoke stays in the carpets, so the carpets were a little dirty. They were nasty. Zerorez totally cleaned the carpets and got the stains out that had never been able to get out. The carpet smells great. It didn't stay wet that long.

There were different technicians on each day and they each did a good job. Two suggestions when it comes to pricing: First, add the and quot;fueland quot; charge into the cost of cleaning. Second, add the teflon carpet protector in the cost of cleaning and advertise that it's included.

The gentleman who did the work was professional, courteous, and did the work in a timely manner. The rugs were beautiful when he was finished. I have used Zerorez for at least 5-6 years and have never had any complaints.

The technicians were professional and courteous. There was no attempt at an up-sell. I paid what I was quoted over the phone. The office called earlier to advise they might be a little late (but they arrived right at the end of the window promised). I appreciate the fact that they valued my time and kept me in the loop. They used a plant based spot remover then began cleaning. The carpets look like brand new. I am so pleased and would happily recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpet cleaning without chemicals.

The technician was punctual and professional. We had new carpet installed in our house when we moved in, and I was nervous about having it cleaned. I tried to postpone cleaning it by using Woolite Carpet Cleaning Foam on some spots in our hallway, and the Woolite actually lightened the carpet. I thought we were going to have to replace the carpet, but Zerorez was actually able to get the spots out. I like the fact that there is no soap residue. Zerorez is a little more expensive than other providers, but worth every penny.

They were wonderful. They were here right on-time. They were just really good. I even liked the technician that came out. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again, and I would also use them for my air ducts if we need to get them done too.

I called to arrange carpet cleaning and possibly also floor tile/grout. I have parrots and have lung issues myself so I am very specific in my requirements for NO chemical fumes or any residue in the air. The young man who answered the phone in the call center (I could hear other voices in the background, so I assume it was a call center rather than a local company office) was uninterested...not rude...just not interested. I asked to verify the absolute lack of fumes or chemical residue and finally got a and quot;yeahand quot; out of him. I asked, since the and quot;dealand quot; I was calling about in the newspaper was for three rooms, if I could have two rooms and an area rug done instead. and quot;Noand quot;...not and quot;sorry, we can'tand quot; .. just and quot;Noand quot;. OK..fair enough. As I'm looking at my calendar to schedule the appointment I asked if they moved the furniture. and quot;Noand quot;. I'm not talking about the heavy stuff, like a china cabinet, I'm talking about couch, chairs, end tables...and quot;Noand quot;. I'm sorry..that's too many and quot;Noand quot;s for me. I'll look elsewhere for service. It's a shame...I'm impressed with the positive reviews here...but I can't move all of my furniture and my husband has an injured back. Guess Iand quot;ll check with OxiFresh.

Very pleased with the results without the soapy residue

These guys are the BEST. We have had several people clean or carpets. Hands down this is the best method. They use almost steam temp PH balanced water. The suction is great and it only takes a couple of hours to dry. The staff is alwasy friendly and fast. We have used Zerorez several times and will only use them in the future. Highly recommended !!!

They did a great job even on the areas heavily soiled.

They were professional, timely, but I did not notice a difference between them and my own carpet cleaner.

I had moved all furniture in three rooms so that they could clean the entire rug in these areas. Then I had them clean the walking areas in three other rooms and the hallways. Overall it took them approximately less than two hours.

I was pleased with the end results from Zerorez Carpet Cleaning. The carpets were clean. It was easy to get them back out. There were a couple of spots that needed extra attention after everything dried. They came back out and did it and it was no big deal. We have one thing that they are going to come back out and take a look at. There was a little over spray with what they used on the tile and it got on the stainless steel appliances in a couple of spots. That is not completely resolved yet. They are coming back out to see if there is anything they can do. We have used some stainless steel cleaner and it is not coming out. It didn't eat through it like acid, but it is cosmetically obvious. I would give them a B as of right now since the issue is not completely resolved. It cost more than other services, but they did what they said they would. The service was better. We got the results that we would expect from the higher price.

My carpeting is over 15 years old and has alot of worn paths that get dirty pretty quickly. The cleaning seemed to be pretty good, but within a week or so it appeared that stains and worn paths reappeared. I thought the price was pretty high also. I have had a different company here a few months ago and they did a great job and the carpets still look good. I will not use Zerorez again. Just not good enough.

After listening to the radio ads I was expecting some new method of cleaning but it was just carpet extraction minus the chemicals. The price was a little more than I expected and the carpets did not stay clean any longer than the previous company that I used. They were on time and the workers were professional.
