Description of Work: As a renter I had a problem with an old cat. I didn't notice until it was too late but there was some urine odor problems. Zerorez came did everything they could to remove it. The carpets came out great. I had the whole place done. Just like new and no smell. Also the tech was polite, answered all of my questions and gave me all my options. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: They cleaned our carpets throughout the house. The tech was very knowledgeable about the types of carpet, how they wear and how well they would clean. They are a little pricier than some of the others, but I like the "no residue" part. The carpets did take quite a while to dry.
