Description of Work: I have been using Zerorez for many years for my carpet and upholstery cleaning. Having used many different carpet cleaning companies over the years, I find their process to be the best. They always do a fabulous job, and their employees are courteous and friendly.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of our carpeting and also cleaned and sealed our tile and grout. Everything went very well. Very professional. Very impressed with the tile and grout cleaning. 14 year old tile looks like new!

Description of Work: My husband would rate higher than I do. He was sold on the lack of chemicals. I wanted it clean. The carpets weren't clean enough, based on the knees of the baby's clothes. Despite always taking our shoes off, within a couple days, her knees were visibly dirty after crawling on the carpets. It took longer to dry than we expected. My husband is still fine with their service so I split the difference of A and C on the rating and gave a B. If you're worried about chemicals, you may be fine with the company, but I just think things could have been cleaner after spending $300.

Description of Work: I wanted to write a report about their supposed "web special", but there is no such thing. They make you fill out the form, and someone calls you, but the price quoted is the same one off the street. When questioned about this, they say they don't know what I am talking about, have never heard of Angie's list, etc. She kept saying the price was a special, that it was for anyone who called in. I did not book them as I do not like false advertising.
