One unit not cooling well because of dirty coils due to bird feathers. Netting had been installed to prevent birds from roosting but netting had been torn. Only individuals ever to go on roof were from YES! and therefore had to be who caused the problems. Tried to charge me $284 but argued it was their fault and I should not have to pay. They agreed and repaired the netting too.

Technician was nice so I gave them a B for Quality and Professionalism. The issue I had with Yes was they were extremely over priced.

We called the "Yes Man" to diagnose and repair a chronically overflowing toilet at my 88 year old neighbors house. They sent a young technician who upon arrival called for a senior technician to come out. The senior technician arrived and after approximately 10 minutes of diagnosis (which only consisted of flushing the toilet repeatedly) advised my elderly neighbor that all 3 of her toilets had excessive calcium buildup and needed to be replaced. The senior plumber told us that this is a common problem in Las Vegas and this would absolutely take care of her overflowing problem. We were given an estimate of approximately $600 per fixture. The price seemed unreasonably high to me but the plumber assured us that this included a lifetime warranty which would 100% cover future call outs for the same problem. The senior plumber dialed the home office on his cellphone and asked that my neighbor speak directly to a representative designated by Yes who speaks only to the elderly. After my neighbor spoke at length with the home office she was sold on the service and would not listen to reason. We opted to have 2/3 toilets replaced for $600 each. While installing the toilets a new flange needed to be installed at a cost of an additional $200. After work was finished on 3/13/13 we still had a problem with the master toilet backing up but it never seemed to overflow like before. On 8/12/13 the master toiled overflowed and we again called the Yes Man, this time to take advantage of the "warranty". The same young plumber was dispatched. He inspected the toilet briefly and advised that this would not be covered under warranty and that the problem was caused by a blockage. After a heated debate I convinced him to minimally snake the drain. He refused to use anything but a 6' hand snake and left the property with no resolution to the problem. At this point I called upon a plumber that I use to take care of my rental properties. He was kind enough to come out same day and immediately diagnosed the problem as an obstruction in the main sewer line. He ran a snake through the front yard clean out and within an hour had cleared the obstruction. He billed my neighbor $180 and we haven't had an issue since. (This is being written 6/2/15). In summary the Yes Man has a fantastic marketing department, great responsiveness and a very calculated strategy when dealing with the elderly. They lack in honesty, diligence when diagnosing a problem and providing a complete and fairly priced product to the customer. I would not recommend anyone use this company in Las Vegas. I called to verify pricing and dates with Yes before this review was written.

It was cold and we didn't have any heat. They said the unit was too old to replace parts so they had to replace the whole unit. They do good work but are a little expensive.

Their quality of work is good, but their quote is too high. I would advice them to make things available at lower prices.

They are very good. Super expensive. They gave us a two year contract with the purchase to come and do a service for us. Then we had them do a hot water heater for us. So that's all been on a service contract. He fixed the noise at no charge. I have told people. I have recommended them to people. They say they are awfully expensive. But there work is really really top notch.

It was good. We have a club membership with them.

Very good. It took them about a half a day. The water did not come out after they left. They came right back and turned something and the water started working. The quality was good.

I'm not too happy with them. They are pushing me to get a new water heater for $1400.

Great. We like them a lot. We have used them several times and we like them. Their prices are reasonable. They are polite and friendly. They show up when they are suppose to and if not they call.

Upon doing research after the installation, I have discovered they are pricey. They have done additional work for me involving installation of a new air conditioner, plumbing in my kitchen and replacing a toilet. The technicians and scheduling have both been fine. They will generally come right away.

We have a slow leak in water valve in flower bed. Employee Hipolito quoted the following: $49 for quote (says 'free estimate' - we were charged for 'evaluation') $550 to replace 3/4 PUB for post $45 for home service plan We did pay $49 'evaluation' fee. Due to excessive charge for repair we did not hire for repair work.

Everything went very well. They honored our $50 off coupon for the job, which we received by mail. Our grill, griddle and burner units are all working well. Their work was very neat, professional. They were friendly and courteous.

It went terrible, first they wanted $49 to come out, then $196 to dig 1 foot down in a soft garden bed - and then an additional 300+ to fix a small leak - They take full advantage of landlords and people who don't know anything. Absolutely highway robbery, unfortunately my tenant found their number - it's my fault for not having people I can count on in Las Vegas - - the guy was nice enough, I'm not sure if he is in on the price gouging - but do your homework and check Angies List - this was a terrible expensive lesson.

YES! Las Vegas 8757 sent a team of several guys over and they quickly removed the original system that came with the house (built in 1987) and installed a completely new heating/AC system. They cleaned up all debris and both outside and inside areas were spotless when they left. The guys were well-mannered, efficient, and worked together seamlessly as a team. Yes! Las Vegas has been responsive to any questions/requests I've had since the installation. The office staff is knowledgeable, customer-oriented, polite.

Waaay too expensive. They said it would bring my electric bill down, it didn't ,won't use them again

The plumber was very efficient. When they left I checked the mailbox and there was a card in the mail with $50.00 off any plumbing service. I called, and was told that it could be used for a FUTURE plumbing service, and that the work we had done was already discounted by ten per cent. The work was listed out on the invoice, and we could have got the disposal for at least $100 less at Lowes, other than that I assume labor costs, and they did come within a couple of hours of calling them, but in the future I would take the time to look on "Angie's List" for a recommended plumbing company.

The guys were on time, friendly and informative about equipment and its operation, things we had already come to expect with Yes! During the service, there was an accident where one of the guys forgot to reconnect a wire on the blower motor, and there was a problem when it was turned on. The head technician Jesse Avitia came and told me about the problem, explaining that they thought the motor was probably okay, but to be sure they were going to go get a new one and replace it at no charge, normally several hundred dollars. We would have been clueless if they had said nothing and the motor failed later. Not only that, he gave us a warranty on the new motor, and $50 off on the next repair we need. Mistakes can happen to anybody. It's what happens afterward that is important, and this is the kind of service excellence you can usually only dream of getting. My wife and I unreservedly recommend Yes! to anybody.

replaced a part that did not fix problem called bsack told dispatcher and they said that a repairman was not avable for 2 days called another plumber who arived in 1 hour foxed the problem in min. the charge ws 60 dollers.

The service men were very prompt, professional and efficient. They removed both of the old water heaters and installed the new tankless system. They recommended an electrician to install the required electrical outlet. The electrician arrived timely. They worked until 8PM until the job was done. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We had problem with the system the next day. They promptly came out and corrected the issue. Afterward, they coordinated with the City of Henderson Inspector and the Gas Company to do the final necessary steps to insure the system was code compliant. We are very satisfied with our experience. In addition, we are enjoying the endless supply of hot water!

Mark called and showed up on time he was knowlegable and proffessional. During the inspection he said my starter capacitors were bad and needed replaced if not it could cause the blower motors to burn out. So I let him replace them at a cost of 396.00. After he left I looked up the part number online and found out they only cost 11.76 each. I can underdstand a little bit of mark up on their end, but 1800% is a flat out rip off. John from the company called me a few days later to ask how things went and see if I needed any further services. I explained the rip off charges for the capacitor and said I would not be doing any more business with them because of the over priced parts. I gave him a chance to adjust the price but he did not take it. Only saying he was sorry I felt that way, its not how I felt. I gave you facts that you ripped me off and you choose to do nothing to correct that!

Out of four different service calls, two of the technicians were capable. However the other two were just there to sell me services I really did not need. Once two plumbers came out, an older person and a younger worker. The older person spent the entire time walking around telling me I need this and needed that. After he sucked as much money out of me as possible he said he had to go. After he left the other person told me I really did not need some of the items. I appreciated that feedback. On another occasion I had them come out to quote new a/c units. The sales person tried the scare the client trick. He told me my system could explode any day and he advised me to not let my family stay at the house. He was arrogant and was obviously only there looking out for his pocketbook. YES A/C people must be commissioned because every time they came out I got the hard sell. Some of their workers were knowledgable and I feel sorry for them because the YES business model must be to rack up as much sales as possible, whether the client needs it or not. I have moved on from these guys and advise others to proceed with caution.

ON NOV 18 2011 I HAD A COUPON FOR SYSTEM EVAL FROM YES A/C & PLUMBING THAT I FOUND FROM VALPAK COUPONS. IT MENTIONED THEY WERE W/ HOME DEPOT OR AFFILIATED W/ HOME DEPOT. BEING NEW IN NEVADA I FIGURED THEY MUST BE A GOOD COMPANY BEC THEY ARE W/ HOME DEPOT. SO I CALL THEM TO CHECK MY A/C UNIT. MIND YOU THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG W/ MY A/C. SINCE I JUST BOUGHT THE HOUSE I JUST DECIDED TO HAVE IT CHECKED FOR MAINTENANCE. IT IS NOVEMBER SO YOU DONT USE YOUR A/C. I WAS AWAY FOR 2 MONTHS CAME BACK IN JULY 2012 & THE A/C WAS USED FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER THE EVALUATION. A BUBBLE STARTED ON THE KITCHEN CEILING NEXT TO THE WALL. BEING IGNORANT I THOUGHT THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM THE ROOF. I BECAME VERY ILL FOR TWO MONTHS & WAS IN THE HOSPITAL, I WAS READY TO GET SOMEBODY TO LOOK INTO IT BY OCTOBER. THE HANDYGUY WENT UP THE ATTIC & THE PIPES OF THE CONDENSER WERE SEPARATED. ACC TO YES A/C & PLUMBING IT HAS BEEN A YEAR SO THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROBLEM BEC PEOPLE COULD HAVE GONE IN THE ATTIC. THEY WERE THE FIRST & LAST THAT WENT UP THERE. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THEM OUT BEFORE BELIEVING THAT THEY ARE AFFILIATED W/ HOME DEPOT.. I HAVE HEARD HORROR STORIES FROM A GENERAL CONTRACTOR ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY WERE CHARGING HIS CUSTOMER. BUT I LEARNED MY LESSON - DO MY HOMEWORK
