Description of Work: They replaced my 50 gallon electric water heater in May of 2014. After the installation, the tech put the circuit breaker back on and a wire sparked and shorted out the heater elements. He had to replace them. In January of 2015, I lost hot water and they had to come back and replace the heater elements again. There was no charge, since the unit was under warranty. | In November of 2014, I had a sewer blockage. They had to do a lot of work, the biggest being hydro jetting the sewer system. This alone was $2200. 3 days later, it blocked again. They had to come back and hydro jet again (no charge.) At that time, I was told that because of the age of the house (43 years), I could expect problems underground where my water lines were. I was told that it could cost as much as $15,000 and insurance doesn't cover it. Why then was I told before I gave them the okay to do the work, that this would take care of my system for a good 15 years. Also, I was told when they scoped the lines that they looked like brand new. This actually upset my wife to the point that she told me she wanted to sell the house! | When they replaced my water heater, I had started an annual contract with them that included an AC check, a furnace check, and a plumbing check. It seemed as if every time they did a service check, they found things that should be replaced, and they weren't inexpensive. I am now at the point that when my year is up next month, I am cancelling the contract. I know that plumbing work is very expensive, but they seem to be really over the top. I originally thought that you have to pay top dollar to get top quality work, but judging by the results, I don't consider this quality work. I've already had another plumber here about a different issue, and they seem to be more efficient and reasonable. I'm sorry, but I just cannot recommend YES Plumbing.

Description of Work: Don't remember when or how much. I just remember the work was good but very expensive. Cost caused me to look for someone else with more reasonable pricing. I think it was a very overpriced air conditioner install. Something like $8000. WOW.

Description of Work: We have a maintenance agreement with YES! for plumbing, a/c, and furnace. So, when our faucet needed replacing, we called them. We selected the faucet and they installed it. They made sure the water pressure was good and in this case, they detected some odd material blocking the hot water side of the faucet. | |We are very satisfied with their work. They are very easy to reach by phone 24 hours a day. They are also very accommodating in selecting an appointment day and time and always call when they are on the way which is very important to me.

Since I carry AMERICAN HOME SHIELD, my co-pay is $75.00, regardless of the cost of the service call/repair so long A COMPANY is a provider for AMERICAN HOME SHIELD; therefore, when I need a service/repair, I contact AMERICAN HOME SHIELD and "THEY" assign a service provider. YES is a service provider for AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. However, I, still, highly recommend the company.

Description of Work: Seasonal A/C system check went smoothly. The plumbing part, had the master bath toilet rebuilt. Exterior work, had a control valve replaced for the house water pressure not to be so high and a cut-off valve installed to shut off water at the house instead of at the street. Pleased that both techs were well versed on their fields of expertise and found out how another company had installed the wrong type of water heater explaining why the pilot light keeps going out and the air conditioning unit is placed to close to the house and property walls where it does not get the proper air circulation to run efficiently.

Description of Work: We are out of town landlords. Our tenant complained that the heater was not working in the condo. We hired Yes! to diagnosed this issue. They told us we needed a new HVAC system and quoted $9,000! When we mentioned that we wanted to do comparison shopping, the sales guy gave us a hard time. We were under much pressure to get the heater fixed in a short time period. So we went ahead and did it. The job was done well be the technician who seemed very skillful. But Yes! didn't even provide a proper invoice after we paid the full amount. Really feel like being ripped off.

Description of Work: General plumbing repair. They are fast and efficient. I've worked with them 3 times. Other 2 times, they sealed walls and canned lights. Attic insulation, Attic vents. And also replaced old HVAC units. They are high priced, but they are fast....each time i've worked with them they came in for a quote in the morning and were able to get the work done the same day.

Description of Work: I called them to check for a possible leak going down the outside wall to our home. They were on time and professional. They checked and verified that the house was safe but noted there was a possible leak from our drip system. They also noticed a problem with the valve to the house water shut off. With my permission they fixed the problem. I am most grateful for their attention. They saved us from a possible future disaster -- water-wise.

You always receive a call from them 1/2 before they arrive and you are told the name of the technician that will be arriving. I would recommend them to everyone......you pay for the best and you get the best!

Description of Work: These guys came out to give me an AC/Heater replacement quote through Home Depot. They office was great about the confirmation call and then the Advidor showed up as promised. After an evaluation and discussing unit brands, I decided to hire them for the job. (I had already done all my homework the year before so I knew brands, pricing estimates, and the process.) I even discussed with them the negative comments I had read from years past and asked him how his company had improved. I felt comfortable with the Advisor's comments knowing that Home Depot was putting their name behind this company as well. Much to my surprise, they were able to schedule the replacement that very day! The Advisor, Jason, got on the phone immediately to arrange for metal measurements, picking up of the unit in Vegas, and ordering the crane to my house. Everything went without a hitch and my installer, Lance, appeared to be thorough and knowledgeable. Everything looks nice and is working fine so to the best of my knowledge, this company did an excellent job for me.

Description of Work: This place is a total RIP OFF and should be reported to the attorney general. The service person came to my home and inspected all three air conditioning units. He found several problems and recommended over $11,000 worth of repairs. My suspicions arose when he tried the hard sell and did not want to leave without closing the deal. I felt that I was at a car dealership and not in my own home. I called another contractor who told me that my units were fine and did not need any repairs or replacements
